I love the Pizza here. Service is hit and miss. However my wife said the young lady who took our order over the phone was rude. Also, 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes. We ordered a pizza and took off a meat and a vegetable. I then added two herbs which they charged me extra for. Did they subtract the price of the items I removed? At least for my experience: I ordered online.... 2 pizzas. 1 calzone, 1 cheesy bread for delivery. Usually for delicery with Pizza Hut / dominos/ papa johns it takes up to an hour if not more.. Ordered online for pickup. 15 minutes later Hubby went to pick it up for me and he saw the order come out and get placed on the waiting shelf but he didn't know if it was my order or not. The youngsters working there didn't pay much attention to him and after he waited an additional 10 minutes he asked them when would i be ready. So they looked up the order and of course it was the order on the shelf. They offered no apologies other then saying they though he was there for a different order. Around 2 pm with still no delivery i called for a follow up on my delivery and assured by the staff member it would be be there in the next few minutes. 2:32pm delivery is still not here and Dominick tells me that the driver went to deliver other orders ahead of mine so i decide to cancel the order and asked for my refund. This is the 2nd time This location has done this to me. Terrible service and then to be asked to be patient with the delivery especially when its already late and the pizza is probably already cold and soggy like it was the first time. The delivery was early and courteous, however, the pizza itself was subpar, to say mildly.. we ordered one with the regular crust and one with thin crust. Once you pick up a piece the topping just falls off. The crust was so soft and mushy, that we had to roll up every piece to be able to eat it. The taste was ok, nothing special, but not bad. Ordered a a small cheese pizza and a larger pepperoni for dine in yesterday. The cheese pizza was okay but was more than half crust. The large pepperoni pizza was a huge disappointment. It had one piece of pepperoni per slice. I have a picture of half the pizza that I shared with friends. When I asked the staff about it, the young lady said well maybe they used to do more but that's what they do now. Ordered dinner for delivery tonight via their online portal. We ordered two small salads, a small cheese pizza, and a medium supreme. We placed the order at 7:11 and it generated a delivery time of 7:54. At 7:23 someone from the store called me to clarify a note on the account and made no mention of any delays. At 8:06 I called to inquire where our order was. We were placed on hold for 7 minutes and no one answered. I hung up and re-dialed. The gentleman on the phone said it was on the way. At 8:25 I called back again to check on the order. This makes it 31 minutes late per their own online estimate. The woman on my phone was a little condescending (I said "we ordered about an hour and a half ago" to which she corrected with "it was an hour and 12 minutes" - well yes, but that wasn't really the point). The order finally arrived at 8:35. The food was great; had customer service been better there would have been a better rating. I got the gyro from here and it was pretty good I don't know if the tazzekki sauce was traditional but it was still good. And the mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce was also really good.
