I wanted to order my son the chicken tenders but they didnt have any. Then I asked for the chicken and cheese boudin balls and they didnt have any of those either. My daughter ordered the stuffed wings but by the 2nd bite she wasnt feeling them. My son enjoyed the boudin balls and the stuffed wings. The boudin linked looked overcooked, so no one ate it. The brown sugar lemonade was good. Wasnt sweet as I suspected it to be. Paid a little over $51 including the tip. We went balls deep! Can you say that in a review? Boudin, jalapeno poppers, brisket Mac and cheese, and the TikTok "famous" Flaming Hot Boudin. Dominique said his "pops owns the place" and this location is easier to catch than their last one. All the makings of a pit stop dive with real characters behind the scene, it might be worth a little drive out to Rosenberg from Houston. Dominique was helpful and even gave us a complementary gumbo. **AIR CONDITIONER BROKEN** My first visit to this establishment. I walked in and it felt like outside. There were two huge fans blowing but it surely needed to have the air fixed. The young lady fixing the food in the back looked so miserable and surely was unable to smile through that heat. I almost wanted to go and buy a fan just for her. The cashier was very nice she explained the menu and provided samples of the chicken crackling. It was MAGNIFICENT AND SEASONED SO WELL. I literally ordered a 1/2 pound of it. It seems like it is cooked to order with a seasoning and oil in place. The batter on those chicken crackling will make you slap someone. The boudin seemed old and it had no seasoning. I literally took two bites and threw the rest away. I am originally from New Orleans but has also lived in Baton Rouge and frequently eat boudin and crackling. I was very disappointed. They were out of SMOKED boudin and BRISKET boudin. I ordered the spicy boudin and honestly it had no spice I almost wondered if they gave me the wrong boudin but I made no fuss about it. There was a gentleman who was outside taking a break but then he came back in to serve the guest. He was very nice and surely was helping everyone in all of that heat. It is hard to keep a smile on your face for guest with the heat inside and trying to cook I would like to suggest uniform shirts maybe because everyone clothes were not that great. PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING and I believe the owner should take more pride in the establishment and workers. There is also a bar set up to the left of the store and there was also a fan there as well. Mostly everyone was getting the gumbo so I assume it must be great. I really want to try to give this establishment another chance. Yesterday I order pizza and today, my 2 year old son and I are paying for it. I should have listened to the Holy Spirit and left as soon as I entered and saw the untidy kitchen. I ordered pizza as I mentioned above. I was only able to eat the meat on the pizza and not anything else. It wasn't pizza bread, it was one of those weird frozen Sandwhich breads. I would have appreciated a pillsberry dough bread better than this. Couldn't bite into it so we just ate the meat instead and threw away about 3 pounds of the rest. And now I'm regretting putting my son in that danger. He has lost so much weight and I don't know what to do. It's been over 24 hours. First off CHICKEN CRACKINS WERE DELISH! Boudin balls were yummy and I love the mild sauce. I'm a non spicy lover so have by options and delicious food is a must. Cannot wait to go back and try more! We were in town for a concert in Sugarland at SFC and found this gem on Yelp. The food was fantastic. Authentic Cajun Food including a Smoked Chicken Jambalaya and some great Gumbo. The service was excellent. They are proud of their food and wanted to make sure we enjoyed it. Very eclectic atmosphere with Boudin Company inspired music and movie posters. I launched a search for some good boudin near my location and found The Boudin Company. If you happen to be familiar perhaps you are aware that they have changed locations. The restaurant is now in a building next to what once was (or perhaps still) a gas station. Be aware that parking is limited in the front of the building. The interior has a modest decor, a clean dining room with a large order counter and a digital display to view the menu. The owner mentioned that they are progressing towards a better decor and adding a daiquiri station. Ok back to why I'm there, the boudin, the links are reasonably priced and taste great. I purchased the Smoked Brisket links and absolutely loved them. I was allowed to sample the gumbo and was impressed and will be on my list to purchase on my next visit. read more

The chicken was really Fucken good nice and juicy with just the amount of breading. The fires were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside just how I liked my fries cooked. They done changed locations on me since the last time I was in here. They're right off the service road & 36 now, next to the gas station. They also improved their menu since the last time I was here (at the other location across town). Today I grabbed spicy pork egg rolls, Brisket Mac & Cheese Boudin balls & a roasted lobster boudin sausage. I started with the egg rolls. I was blown away at how great these were. The boudin inside was perfectly cooked and moist combined with the perfectly fried crunch of the egg roll shell. Cheese was nice and gooey and everything was overall seasoned well. Then when you dip it in the spicy sauce, it takes it to a whole new level. The balls matched the egg rolls. Perfectly fried, nice crunch on the outside. Mac and brisket was done well. Noodles were perfectly cooked, brisket tender and all the flavors gelled together nicely with the cheese. I had the lobster boudin sausage with my dinner and it was also good. They also let me sample the chicken gumbo. Wasn't a fan. Roux was a bit too dark/strong for me and it was bit salty. Won't be getting the gumbo on my next visit. Overall, much more impressive experience than my first visit. Definitely worthy of a stop here! read more

The staff was friendly, but they literally didn't have a few of the key items on the menu or just didn't feel like making them! Crazy right! I asked for a chicken sandwich and was basically told it was in the brine and unbattered, no one wanted to batter the chicken so I couldn't order it, lol. Greatest boudin pizza ever! You have to try it. My favorite was the crawfish boudin pizza, but they do have others. Their entire menu looks desirable and I've had most of it. I like to get the brisket boudin with spicy sauce. It is thick like ranch and has a creole type spice. Their French fries are tasty, I like the ones with seasoning. Reminds me of creole tajin spice. My husband is from Scott, Louisiana, the epicenter of boudin and we have struggled to find quality boudin here in the Houston area. This place is worth checking out and maybe even the drive from the Northside of H-town. Super friendly owner, obviously proud of their products and eager to share. We had the pulled pork sandwich with Cole slaw on it. Excellent Smokey pork. Coleslaw a nice touch. Also had the chicken and sausage gumbo. Very nice. They make their own andouille, which is a nice coarse version, and good. Tried the boudin balls. Wasn't crazy about the boudin texture, a little too gummy. We brought a link of the brisket boudin home and really enjoyed it. Texture was better but could have used more liver and green onion.
