I'd mark the bread as okay, but nothing special. The brisket was flavorful. The lean brisket wasn't all that moist, but lean brisket never is. It still tasted good. The marbled brisket was very nice, and the fat was rendered well. The ribs were dry and disappointing. The cracked black pepper sausage was.... well... really, really good. Very lean and tender, wonderful flavor. Their BBQ sauce is strong - a little goes a long way. But, I'm not much of a sauce guy, honestly. The baked beans were a little too firm and basically just taste like BBQ sauce. The mac & cheese really needed salt, but I kept coming back to it, so it must have been good. LOL I haven't tried the baked potato, but it looks good. Then again, it's a potato. I think if I eat here (or order from here) again, I'd go with just the cracked black pepper sausage and marbled brisket. I wouldn't order either of the sides again, and I won't ever pay extra for their bread again, either.
