We noticed a lot of people place to go orders here and call ahead for pick up. There were several bags of eats waiting as we witnessed people roll in and pick them up while having small talk with the owners. All those items looked delicious and we plan to come back and try those out. We also talked to the owners for a bit, they're a husband/wife team who've owned/operated this place for a while. Super polite and gracious, they helped me navigate the menu and explained what the items would be like when I ordered. Sadly I could not get the Aloo Pie (sold out) but they assured me it's worth having and to come back and try it (which we will). Pearland is lucky to have this place here. They only serve one kind of soup, Red Pepper. Lucian's also serves oxtail and goat, but I personally REFUSE to devour that kind of livestock! The menu has affordable prices. Lucian's are sports fanatics, noted by their collection of flags and their TVs only shows sports. Yes, they also offer champagne and spiked sodas for those of you who drink (NOT me). My only complaint is that they charge a "non-cash adjustment fee" of 4% which is basically just a fee to cover their credit card processing fees. It may not be much but it makes me feel like I'm being nickel and dimed as a customer. It's definitely not enough to keep me from returning.
