We ordered from here because we live near brazos town center and this place delivers. We ordered chicken Alfredo, wings, and a gyro. The Alfredo and the gyro were SUPER BLAND. I asked for extra tzatziki sauce. They delivered it dry with a tiny side of the sauce. The wings were supposed with a side of ranch. They didn't. 33 dollars and change for the 3 entrees. Worst pizza place ever!!!!!!! With so many choices to eat at around here, pizza is what we had in mind. Decided give it a shot to see how good the pizza was. My bro and I walked in, didn't even get greeted, didn't receive any kind of service and wasnt even told the daily special. We order a medium pizza at 14.99, another guy walks in after us and gets a medium pizza for 9.99. The staff was young and unfriendly, the only upside the pizza was bad. It was great but it wasn't bad. This location has horrible service and that usually is my main turn off. I really wish I could give them ZERO stars but I have to put 1 star unfortunately. read more

Let's see, it was too cold for me to want to go and get something to eat so the only thing I could think to get was pizza. I'm not a fan of pizza hut and am dominoe'd out so I wanted to try something different. I decided with pepperoni's 8" pizza the new Yorker and added mushrooms and banana peppers and 6 piece wings. The pizza was a lot better than I expected, tasty actually but a bit disappointed on the very few mushrooms and banana peppers that were on there. The wings were pretty good! I did get this delivered and only took about 35-40 mins which isn't too bad. Will def order again. read more

I don't always eat at Pepperoni's but when I do it will be this Pepperoni's location. Really don't like the other locations I've had but this particular one has been pretty fast in delivering, and the quality taste and appears to be better. Only 4 stars just because I love pizza and well this doesn't taste like my NY style pizza but its still good never the less. read more

I ordered 10 piece wings and a gluten free margarita pizza trying something new since they offered it. I had never tried gluten free before. When my 15.99 pizza got here I was excited and thought hey this may be kinda good since its like a thin crust. Smelled great looked a Lil weird but I was ready to try it. I tore into the crust thinking it was going to easily bite and chewed. IT WASN'T, I had to tear of a chewy piece of basil flavored mush that was crunchy only on the bottom. It felt like jelly. I called the store to request a replacement seeing as I tried there gluten free crust and it was nasty. The rude phone girl said noo its so much extra to order gluten free and id still have to pay for a new one even if i got the same kind of pizza just different crust. We love the food at pepperonis. We love the lunch specials as they are great food for a great price. We stopped in after a movie and ordered 2 lunch specials and another small pizza. The meal comes with a salad whick usually comes out quickly. Our pizza came before the salad. I let her know and she was very apologetic, however however you eat it's just not right. I was very upset on how this came out. We were basically just forgotten. The pizza and salsa was still great but this time the service was very poor. read more

Food is good, but we usually only order when we have coupons. The quality of the ingredients are good and I believe them to be above the average as compared to the large national chains. Their consistency is not perfect, but no one is. I would probably suggest that they keep trying and also to make a little effort in maintaining their dining area. read more

I love that all of the ingredients are real, whole foods. That is the main reason we order from Pepperoni's. We have had food from both the Fulshear and Rosenberg locations a number of times. The Fulshear location produces a very dry thin crust pizza. Toppings come dried out. We usually get chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers and spinach. We just spent $75 on an order from Rosenberg using a coupon code. Got 2 salads, 2 -2 topping medium pizzas and 2 liter of soda for $24.99. Added another thin crust pizza and 20 wings. The salads were fresh and good. I enjoy the Greek salad and my husband gets the regular green salad. Pizzas were ok. Got two regular crust pizzas with pepperoni and bacon for the kids. The thin crust pizza I mentioned above was cooked nicely but had very little flavor. We subbed pesto for red sauce. We got 20 wings, half boneless and half bone in. They were the tiniest wings I have ever seen. Quite disappointing. The boneless ones were chunks of chicken smaller than the size of a Chick fil a nugget. And not very flavorful. For the price I definitely expected more. I am almost willing to forego a healthier pizza for ones with more flavor and wings bigger than a parakeets. read more

Ordered this the other night, the sauce is pretty much Prego chunky sauce. It took longer than expected to get delivered and was luke warm. Aside from the sauce it was pretty tasty (the cheese and crust were good). The pepperoni rolls were not very good, soggy wet with grease and made 1 pepperoni slice used in each roll. I understand they have several orders but when I called to inquire about ours I was told that she would call the driver and have him run stop signs and stop lights in order to get it to us. I used to live in Sugar Land and used to order from them weekly without issue. I recently moved to the Rosenberg/Richmond area and have been disappointed with the last 3 orders. Pizza has been either undercooked, wrong or lackluster. I order custom pizzas and never had an issue with the SL location but as soon as I moved to the Burg my pizza orders have been months in between as opposed to weekly. I dont know why I think things will change but so far its the same ol' soggy, undercooked crust, messed up orders and missing/wrong items. They dont read the requests, check the customer request or, and it feels like, they dont care as long as the order is out the door. I wouldnt care if I ask for the pizza to be "well done" and it take an extra 10, 20, 30 or even an hour longer to get, but when I get pizza and the dough isn't cooked through then it almost makes me want to throw all of my good memories away and never order from here again. Pepperonis y'all need to do some serious evaluations with this location or you will be losing a long time customer! read more

I like pepperoni's pizza better than others due to its ingredients plus it's not greasy unlike other pizza brands. The negative factor in Pepperoni's is the customer service. I came there with my family of 4 adults and a little girl. We wanted to eat at home but the counter staff said we could not buy a kid's meal and take it home. When I asked she said, because there are people that are buying a kid's meal but don't have kids at home. I explained to the staff that we have this little girl with us and she wants to eat her meal at home. Staff told me that it's the store's policy. I called for the manager hoping to get a more sound judgment as part of customer service. The manager said the same thing! We ended up having to settle with a different order. Ridiculous! We ordered Spaghetti and a meatball sub. The Spaghetti was a good amount of noodles but the sauce tasted like tomato sauce no seasoning and they gave me a small meatball and a half! The Meatball sub was a half sandwich there was more bread and cheese and in the middle two small meatballs. When I asked the cashier she said that those were the portion sizes I told her that for the price they charge for there food there meatball portions should be a little higher. She said sorry but that's the portion size. So if you want a meatball sandwich subway atleast gives you 4 meatballs for a half and 8 for a whole for a cheaper price I wont be ordering either one of these items again.
