Once my stylist tracked the location down, I immediately went to get my own small size shrimp scampi pizza. It was amazing! I love the feel of the shop. The service was great as well.

I was ready to make this my new, favorite pizza place. But how can I rate something that isn't able…read moreto take my order? Sicilian/Detroit pizza is my favorite, and we've been looking for another source ever since Barry's closed, and I search online every 3-6 months without success. So I was surprised & thrilled when I got a flyer in the mail for Jet's. And they feature Detroit style. I tried to order online this evening. I made an account and built the order and put in the credit card, and submitted it ... and the site declined the card. More than once. It's the same card I use everywhere else, and I called VISA to see if it had been hacked. They didn't even have a record of it being declined. So the Jets website has a problem and didn't even try to process my card. No problem. Their flyer gives a phone number to text in your order. How cool and easy is that! I texted the order and the coupon code and told them I'd be there in an hour since I was driving from Clear Lake. And I was really pleased; it took 62 minutes to get there. But they didn't have the order ready. They never got the order, even though they agreed that I texted the right number. So I've got no pizza and I'm frustrated & disappointed with Jets and can't recommend them. And still looking for Sicilian/Detroit style pizza in southwest Houston.

The slightly burnt, extra crispy crusts are divine. The rectangular pizza may look small and you might question if it's enough but a 8 corner size pizza was more than enough for 3 people. I was fully satisfied with my portion. This carry-out only location is very cozy and narrow but it's super clean and well-kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The energy is just very welcoming and great all around. Plus, the pizza came out pretty quickly. I also really appreciate that they charge only half the price of the topping for half the toppings, unlike some places that charge the full price when you order a topping for only one side of the pizza. So happy to have stumbled upon Jet's Pizza. I highly recommend it!

I will say, I'm not a fan of the turkey ham but the beef and pepperoni are great and the veggies were fresh. I glanced at the menu once and already knew what time it was: "10 hot buffalo wings, extra sauce... and add the spicy fries, please." Listen. We ate the wings and fries, saved a few wings for the next day, and somehow they were even better paired with a nice cold Dr. Pepper. That's how you know they're good. Came back again on Christmas Eve and ordered the same thing. Once again... great wings, spicy fries, Dr. Pepper on deck. I was fully satisfied. Now, a quick service note. When the guy (with the AirPod in his ear) brought out our food, we noticed we had regular fries. I asked, "Are these the spicy fries?" He took them back to the kitchen and added the necessary ingredients to make them spicy, which I appreciated. That said, both visits the service was okay, but it could use some improvement. Greeting customers when they walk in would go a long way, and calling out names when orders are ready instead of bringing food out and waiting for someone to look up for the "your food is ready" signal would definitely make things smoother. Food? Solid. Wings? Worth it. Service? Could be better.but I'll still be back.
