But within the past month or so, I feel like the quality and overall experience have really changed. My pizza has been burned like this more than three times recently. I normally don't say anything because I feel bad complaining, but it's getting frustrating when it keeps happening. I've also noticed that employees are frequently on their phones while working. I completely understand checking your phone here and there, but when it's something I consistently notice, it does make the environment feel a little less professional than it used to. It honestly sucks because I used to love Mods and it was always my go-to. I really hope things improve because I'd love to be able to enjoy coming here again like I used to.

Not sure how they managed to get the cheese and toppings to slide onto the side of the box, but I should have checked before I left because that box was not shut all the way. The establishment does not have the healthiest of choices, but I have supported them on a regular basis for 10-12 years.
