I substituted their queso for the ranch that it's normally topped with, as Ranch just doesn't belong on a dish containing eggs! The queso was a good choice, but unfortunately the eggs were cooked way too long and the yolks were solid, rather than runny. I asked to have the dish remade, and they got it perfect! The cook even threw in a side of hash browns, which were excellent. (Hint: dribble some of their queso on the hash browns!) I ordered a single pancake on the side and it was huge! Their pancakes are excellent. Clarissa was my server and she did a fantastic job! She had no problem taking my order back to be redone, and she did a great job of checking up on me and keeping my coffee cup filled. The dining room and the restroom were both clean and inviting, and they had both the music and the air conditioning set at just the right levels. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm pleased to give them five stars.
