Pablo's offers very good food and drinks consistently from one visit to another. My most recent experience was the Mahi Mahi fish tacos with red cabbage. I love this fish but this one was a little overcooked and dry. The seasoning drives the flavor making it acceptable and a good dish. However, the cilantro rice had no flavor and adding salt at the table couldn't rescue the dish. The service is fast but our server was very mechanical focused more on execution than customer service. I like Pablo's but the busy periods with large crowds makes it less favorable.

Another great experience for Father's Day. Our waiter so kind as to grab an umbrella and walk my mom and me to the car because it started pouring randomly when we left. Food is always great! I love the red snapper with oscar topping, the sauce over the fish is so flavorful. They were out of the crawfish quesadillas which my husband and sun were upset about but it happens!

My friend decided she wanted to come to this restaurant because it is her favorite spot and she wanted to celebrate her birthday. She had spoken so much about it I was excited to come. Open arrival in the evening we were greeted by staff food smelled good so I was excited. The location has plenty of parking as it is liked in a plaza. The ambiance was clean and the bar was pretty big. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, beef chimichanga, and I ordered the Puebla which had shrimp and habanero glazed shrimp. My beef on the plate was well seasoned and but the glaze on the shrimp was a lil too spicy. Everything else was fresh. I was disappointed that my friend ordered her chimichanga and the waiter brought out chicken was suppose to be beef then when it finally came out there was a long hair strand in the food. Then the third time she just kept it cause she didn't want to cause any trouble. We all ordered a margaritas I ordered the top shelf which was good. Overall it was my first time and the time it took to receive the chimichanga and the inexperience of the waiter not knowing the items and various substitutions on the menu was disappointing. I'm just concerned on the cleanliness of the kitchen. I had such high expectations on the spot. I'd tell people to give it a try as I'm not sure if I'd should come back. Also when the manger came to the table we showed him the meal he said a curse word and took the dish.

Margaritas, tacos, and salsa. Amazing. Service byAlyssa, impeccable.

Alyssa was on bar tonight. She is a always composed, NEVER gets an order wrong, and always attentive. I have seen her swing from hostess to bartender and never falter. She is a definite asset to their esta in.

Matador on a sizzling plate. Came out room temperature without any sizzle.

Walked in around 7pm with wife, kids, and in laws. No one greeted or seated us. We sat around for a few minutes trying to get the attention of anyone working there to no avail. Realizing we would not be seated, I had to walk to the back and let them know there was no one at the hostess desk (From the look I was given, I'm assuming the hostess desk up front is supposed to be unoccupied) Then I was asked "how can we help you?" A bit strange considering this establishment is a restaurant. I didnt think I had to let them know that we are here to eat dinner. Anyways, we are then guided to a table by another employee and we noticed almost every single booth is open and asked if we can sit in one of those. He said to give him a minute and walked away. The entire family now are just standing next to people eating, waiting for this guy to come back. Once he comes back he did not allow us to pick which table to sit at. He guided us to the other side of the restaurant and put us in a far away corner. At this point, it just seemed like they did not want our business. Our server was pretty much nonexistent. The plus side was that he smiled and was somewhat friendly. From walking in and getting our food was about 35 minutes. The sizzling plate came out without any sizzle and was room temperature. Food was overall okay but the poor experience definitely did not help. It would have been nice to have picked our table since the vibe was much more alive on the other side of the restaurant compared to being stuffed into the corner by the bar. If we sat where we wanted, maybe we would have seen our server more than twice. All of us wanted dessert but agreed it would have been too difficult to order and we did not want to be left hanging here for another half an hour. Luckily I was able to find and flag down our server before we were done eating to get the check so that we wouldn't need to sit around for a while when we were ready to go. Have gotten food here to go almost every time Im craving texmex (since it's 5min away from home) but this was my first time dining here. Will most likely be taking my business elsewhere now after this experience. 2 stars because the food was ok and servers/employees smiled (even though the service was non existent)

Easy to find and plenty of parking. The bar area had plenty of TV with lots of seating as well as the regular area. The waitress was nice and attentive, she gave my daughter flour play dough and that kept her quiet the wholeeeee time! Queso (5/5) - perfectly spicy and creamy Ceviche (2/5) Beef fajita & shrimp (4/5) - love the butter dip with it Tamales (4/5) Overall, good food and nice atmosphere with a big menu that'll make everyone happy. I would definitely come back.

Salad with homemade ranch. Chicken and steak, enchilada w/ white sour cream sauce, cilantro, lime rice.

The food and drinks are always good here very yummy. The service is good. The bartenders are always sweet. Great place to eat by yourself or with family and friends.

We had a surprise party set up for a friend of ours, so we had about 30 people including kids…read more Alexis our server did an excellent job on keeping track of our orders despite the amount of people. The wait time was as expected for that amount of people to come in. I had the fire roasted salmon and I loved it. It was a great contrast of differing textures and flavors. It was a lot better than I expected. The portion for me was perfect, I was full and satisfied by the end of it. They do an excellent job in trying to accommodate everyone and they made an effort to regularly check in. This place has that woody, western vibe to it. Definitely a little pricey on certain menu items but aside from that a good time overall.

Came here on a weekday at night and didn't have to wait too long. We got the seared ahi tuna,…read morespinach and artichoke dip, smoked gouda burger, and cajun pasta. The ahi tuna wasn't the best. It wasn't fresh and the feta cheese was a bit too overwhelming. As for the spinach and artichoke dip, I felt like it was okay. Didn't really like the tomatoes as it made the dip runny and hinder the taste from the star ingredients of the dish. The smoked gouda burger was the best. The meat was cooked perfectly and the amount for each ingredients were given generously. I also really loved how you really can taste the smokiness from the bite. As for the pasta, I thought that it was good but not the best. It was starting to get a bit heavy with the amount of cheese and I do wish the cajun flavor could be a bit stronger. The chicken was also on the dry side but it's still pretty decent. Overall, this place is okay. Service could've been a bit better since it took a while for us to find someone to help us on our water refill and check.
