Too bad this restaurant is in Richmond. I was in the area and found this place close to where I would be working. The friendly owner waited on me. I ordered the Enchiladas mexicanas and they're delicious. They come with rice, beans and cubed potatoes. I saw fruit drink dispensers with the name Frutiva. I should have tried one. The generous serving of the vegetarian enchiladas was $10. It's refreshing to see moderately priced food. read more

Hey, I'm back again with another review. This isn't my first time here this is actually like my third time I normally get all steak but today I got four steak three chicken. However, I will say this time I did not like it. I'm not sure if the canned chicken or maybe pre-cooked cubes that you just warm up but it didn't taste good ... i end up getting a stomach ache. The smell of the tortilla in the chicken almost smelled like dog food. I know it wasn't dog food, but that's the smell that it gave . I said I normally eat here but for some reason this time it was just a bad batch. I'm gonna have to give it a five out of 10. I will go back and maybe try something different on the menu but the ninety nine cent street tacos. Chicken pacifically is a no for me. This time it was bland . Idk taste way different from when I first ate her last year . The place is very cozy and I love the inside . The customer service is always pretty good. I love to support mom and Pop shops, but I wouldn't be myself if I didn't tell the truth. Better luck next time hopefully when I go back, I can edit it. Give it four stars instead. Los 3 Regios is small spot in a shopping center with really really good tacos. I love the fact that breakfast tacos are available all day and chicken and waffles are on the menu. I'm gradually eating my way through the menu and haven't found anything less than great. The restaurant is a favorite takeout place but it's not fast food so order in advance or be prepared to sit and chill for a ten minute wait. read more

I hate to say it but absolutely none of the food out of the three separate dishes that we ordered were palatable. I will admit I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food or Latin food and I'm open to different styles of cooking the dishes, but this was a flavor, texture, and execution in the kitchen issue. The cheese for the chips and queso is also kept it too high of a temperature so it's causing the cheese to be grainy and separate did not like that at all. read more

Service is kind and quickly can order. However, that's where it ends. For 3 breakfast tacos, it took over 40 minutes. Even people who catered from them came to the location to double check what's the hold up and there was only one family dining in. Breakfast tacos are okay. Ambiance is modern and clean. I want to try them again but the kitchen needs to be more efficient. They got more food supplies much later and it looked like it was for the catering so they seem a bit less efficient and prepared for that. There was an older lady and a couple after me and they were not happy about the wait. A guy who ordered way before I did end up leaving angrily and didn't even demand for his money back. He kept coming back to ask about his food and the poor boy said it's in process. You can still that poor customer trying to stay clam by sitting at the picnic table outside the restaurant then coming back in multiple of times. I used to come here before Y Taco Bar became Los 3 Regios, but it was such a pleasant surprise to see that the Y Taco Bar menu has been expanded upon, not discarded completely! I got the Street Taco plate with Al pastor tacos and an All The Way breakfast taco (for later), totaling $14.61. The food was filling, the ambiance was welcoming, and the staff is so pleasant. Cute little place within a shopping strip! I wasn't expecting the chic, clean look of the restaurant. The Quesabirria was AMAZING! Great flavor, crisp taco, packed with flavor! The location has good seating on the inside, prices are fair, and you have tons of options to chose from on their extensive menu. Inside the place seemed very clean, the the gentleman working the shop was incredibly nice and provided us great service. I'm a sucker for all things breakfast tacos, and Los 3 Region has breakfast tacos all day long, which to me is something incredible! Have now enjoyed eating here twice and am so happy to report it's legitimately good Mexican food! I've had pleasant and prompt counter service from the gentleman who seems to be the owner both times. My first visit I had chilaquiles and horchata and my brothers had breakfast tacos - everyone was happy and full! The manager gentleman also made sure we had enough napkins and salsa for our meals. Food is great here. Very authentic and delicious, the Barbacoa is so freaking flavorful! Place is pretty tiny, but I feel like it'll expand soon. I suggest you take out if you don't want to feel cramped, but if you want to eat in, it's a great atmosphere. My family and I ate in and the owner of the restaurant made sure we were okay. Their other worker checked on us and she was very nice as well. They can get packed at times, just be mindful of their staff as they only have 2 in the front. Ordered breakfast taco, burrito, and a chicken fajita quesadilla. Flavors were great but they got 2 of the three orders wrong. I asked for no cheese or bacon in the breakfast taco and they gave me so much cheese. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and they gave me steak. We have lived in neighborhood for years. This is located in a small shopping center. The employees were nice and attentive timeout needs. I had the migas tacos and it was exceptional. Good size as well. My wife ordered the eggs and potatoes breakfast. She loved the tacos. The beans were fresh. The only minor criticism is that her tortillas didn't taste entirely fresh. This used to be a great place to go and get Tacos or coffee and breakfast and now it's just awkward. Instead of ordering and sitting down it's now trying to be a "sit down" waited on place which was so awkward. It was hard to enjoy a conversation because there was no background music or any other noises in the place. Drinks are set up as a come and serve yourself but the waiter was acting like they get you everything so that's weird. Food was luckluster at best. Used to taste fresh and have big portion sizes and I just was like, I wasted my money on this.
