The Aliana location is the worst Jack in the Box in the franchise. 99% of the time you will not get your food at the window, even without a car behind you they will ask you to pull around and park. After not going for 4 months my son and I went to the drive-thru tonight. Person in front of us was asked to pull around, but she just pulled to the corner of the building at the end of the drive-thru. They attempted to ask me to pull around but saw her parked there. No one behind us and took 18 minutes to get our food. Two burger combos and two tacos. Girl at the window never spoke a word. Attitude taking my credit card, handed me back my credit card. Attitude handing me our drinks and when she handed us our food she did so while slurping on a drink of her own. Then gave me a go to hell look as she handed me the food slurping on her drink. I've had some bad experiences at Jack in the Box in the past, but this location is the worst I've ever experienced, but at least they're consistent in disappointing. I know it's fast food, but it's the only place open when I get off of work after the night shift. Well, sometimes it's open. Sometimes there's a sign on the drive through saying they're shut down for maintenance... for several days in a row. Last time I could only order stuff made in the fryer "because the cook was about to leave". This time they were only accepting mobile orders, but only on the app. The website said online ordering was unavailable. And after all of that, if the order is correct, and that's a big IF, sometimes it takes an absurdly long time despite being the only customer. I truly wish there were ANY other establishments that were open before 6am on my route home, which sucks because I love Jack-in-the-box. Oh and according to one of the workers, don't bother going on Monday mornings, they will be closed. If I knew how to give less than one star, this place would have a hard time even earning that. For early morning commuters, there's a Whataburger a couple of miles down the road. It may be out of the way, but save yourself the headache. read more

I waited 15 mins at the order box for someone to finally answer and let them know that I was picking up for someone, only to be told to come to the window when I wasn't even done completing my own order. I made a review a year ago stating how awful this location was. There was never any staff, they were always shutting down randomly. Don't get me wrong the management is still shit and they run off any decent employee they do get. There's been a couple great employees I've had the pleasure of meeting Sophia ( no longer works there) Johnathon (fired) and Kefrivk. There's been so many times the staff has told me cooks don't show up and they have to make the food and take orders. Not even the managers come up to help them despite how busy it can get. Still only getting minimum wage. Kefrivk is probably the main reason I started coming back, if they were to let him go I honestly think that place would go to shit. He's there like every time I go. No body else. My outlook on the grave yard shifts has definitely changed and I should've updated this a while back. It sucks this is the only 24 hr fast food chain in that area. You would think they would capitalize on that. Staff is a reflection of the management. If the management did a better job They would be doing everything to keep the people they have instead of punishing them for mistakes that could've been avoided. They did not say hello, acknowledge us, nor did they show any intention of helping us. There was no one inside besides us, and one person was in the drive through line, so they were not swamped with orders (1115 AM). One employee was putting together orders, the other spent five minutes trying to figure out the tea machine, walking by us multiple times.
