My husband and I went at 6:30, the restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered 2 pizzas. My husband asked for his pizza to have a drizzle of buffalo or sauce on top, they drowned his pizza in buffalo, then they drowned my pizza in garlic. Our entire car smelled like garlic and buffalo sauce! When we ask if I could just have garlic around the crust area, at first they said no and because it would make a mess then proceeded to put garlic everywhere! When we got home, I was halfway through my pizza when I felt a piece of hair get caught between my teeth. I looked at my pizza and saw either another piece or a the same piece of hair just broken off, baked into the cheese and garlic near my crust! YUCK!!! read more

Went to this place to pick up a pizza for my mother in law. Place was clean when entering Staff was very attentive and nice. Guy accidentally put pepper in the pizza when we didn't know salt and pepper was together so since my mother in law has a strict restriction to pepper, the team remade the pizza. Even cooked bother pizza and gave them to us for the price of one. They didn't have to do that but they said they would end up throwing it away. My mother in law loved the pizza and gave the one with pepper to her husband. Definitely will recommend people to come and try this place out of your really into pizza. I love MOD pizza but this location is just....ugh. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but service is SOOOOOOO SLOW. There's never more than 2 ppl working! Honestly I could handle the slow service if the temperature in this establishment wasn't set at "deep freeze". This place is always uncomfortably cold, coupled with the slow service it makes coming here kind of miserable. Food is great but service and ambience need some work. I come here because this location is convenient for me, otherwise I would patronize the Sugar Land location. read more

Absolutely loved it here! Even the kiddos loved it. The flavor is amazing and how awesome is it that the toppings are free? The customer service was through the roof. The guy that helped me choose what I wanted to order was so sweet and understanding. The lady who checked us out was so nice especially about my loud kiddos. Well, it's Mod Pizza, so the food is delicious. Can't say much for the service on my two visits there so far. Both times it seemed it was a great bother to them when I asked questions. Sorry, I don't have everything memorized. And what if I were a brand new customer to Mod Pizza? That wouldn't be a very good introduction, would it? And it's not like it was busy either time. Like the last time I was the only customer in the store, unless you count employees taking home pizzas. I don't think this location is long for this world unless business picks up. Or maybe I just tend to drop by at slow times. I do want it to stay in business in spite of my dislike of the service because...... If I'm home and have a craving for Mod pizza, I will go to this one because it is very convenient. However, if I'm coming home from Sugar Land I will stop at the one on 59 and 99 rather than this one. Even though they have usually been busier than the two times I've been in the Richmond location, they have been much friendlier and happy to answer questions. read more

Don't even get me started! About 6 months ago I got curbside and they had me waiting outside for over an hour. I called over 10 times to check in on my meal and all they did was laugh in my face. They finally bring me my food out with a sorry apology. I told my self I would never go there again, but today I wanted to see if they improved. NO! Same issue.. waited 45 minutes. This is crazy.
