Sadly, this place has been consistently going downhill in recent years. I stopped ordering delivery due to hour-plus wait times and incorrect items being delivered, and for a while, pick up worked just fine. Unfortunately, that didn't last. The store seems dead more often than not when I go in, and it's abundantly clear why. They can't get pizzas ready on time for pick up, and the pizzas have maybe half the number of toppings that you'd see from other locations, much less the advertisement photos. For a while, they were offering curbside pick up online, but none of the employees actually cared to bring items out, so it was pointless to order curbside because you'd just get disappointed and have to walk in anyway. The employees seem miserable here. They rarely greet customers, walk away from the front mid-conversation, and you might be standing around a good 10 minutes before anyone comes to the front to see who walked in. I've notified Pizza Hut corporate about the bad experiences several times, but it's clear that this is a franchise location, so PH defers to the owner, who tries to blame the customer instead of fixing anything. read more

While waiting for my pizza, I was making small talk with the person there. After a coworker mentioned his affection for chicken bacon pizza on white sauce, I was wanting to taste it for myself. I was not disappointed! I've only ordered white sauce pizza once at a former coworkers request because she didn't eat pork. She asked me to order a chicken spinach and beef pizza with white sauce. I couldn't remember how it tasted, so I ordered half the pizza with bacon-other side with beef with chicken and spinach on the whole pizza with hut crust. The difference? The chicken bacon spinach is the winner! Taste like chicken carbonara on pizza. Delicious!!! Only thing--and this is a good problem...this store is very busy but very small. The lobby is extremely tiny. I ordered online and from the sounds of it, other customers had too, but they still were lagging behind pulling and preparing orders. The poor crew members working the counter had both registers running but still had a time getting people cashed out. Still they didn't have an attitude about the busyness and worked really hard to get people out the door. This was a Friday night, so maybe that's what happens on Friday, but the pizza was great and it was ready when I reached the counter. No complaints on the food and customer service, but they'd probably benefit from a bigger storefront. The area has grown tremendously! read more

Honestly, this Pizza Hut consistently delivers solid pizza time after time. I go out of my way to pick up my pizza from this location because the other locations that deliver to my house are garbage. Over the years, my family and I have ordered all different types of pizza here and they have all been great. Pick up has been timely and we have never gotten the wrong order before. Worst customer service ever. Don't bother going to this location. They messed up our delivery. Put olives on our pizza & no sauce??? I asked for a refund or if they would please pick the pizza up and deliver my correct order. I didn't mind the wait. The manger said no to both. She told me they made no mistake. I explained I order there pretty frequently and I get the same pizza EVERY TIME. And my husband HATES OLIVES. She said that's the order that was put in. Maybe the call center got it wrong. She explained that the call center is not related to the actual pizza hutt location. Eventually we argued enough to where my husband drove back up got a refund ONLY for the price of the pizza. Not tax or the delivery fee. Worst customer service EVER. Do not patronage this establishment. They don't deserve to be rewarded for terrible service. read more

They are lazy and do not want to do there jobs. I sat in the car 10 plus minutes waiting on a curbside order that I eventually had to go inside and pickup in my robe. They don't answer the phones and this was the night crew on 12/20/2022 at around 8:10 PM. Perhaps they should resign if they do not want to do their jobs. It's Pizza Hut. Nothing fancy or special. I do think they should look into their hiring process and get people with more of an upbeat attitude for work. Each time I've come here the person taking orders just looked like they couldn't care about anything. No sense of humor or nothing. People should learn to enjoy life more. I understand we all go through things in life but situations like this make companies lose loyal customers. Customer service is what makes company outshine others. Anyone can make good food but let's be honest, you can have good food but if service is bad I will not return. Hope they can take constructive feedback and work on it. read more

They said they were busy. I waited for 1 hr and half. The driver said he called and because I did not answer he made a second delivery and then dared to tell me was going to bring me a cold pizza. I've seen the reviews on this particular Pizza Hut and was very hesitant to go, but was pleased... with my service at least. Pizza Hut prices are ridiculous and getting out of control. The pizza is OD greasy and nothing is to original at this point. I went for a stuffed crust pizza and wings and spent almost $30. My pizza quality was poor, the toppings weren't that good, everything was coated in grease, and the stuffed crust certainly wasn't worth the $24 ticket. I pay those type of prices for Pink's or Russo's where everything is fresh and damn near authentic. But, the manager was very astute in making sure my order came out close to the promised time that is advertised in the lobby. My food was supposed to come out in exactly 25 minutes, and I had it in 26. She was active and up front, giving her customers feedback and communicating with the staff in the back. She enjoys what she does and it show, now if only the food quality could match the quality of the awesome customer service that would be great read more

For all of us there is that time when Pizza Hut comes into our lives and onto our dinner table. On a particularly busy day when the kitchen sink decided to be clogged and cooking was an afterthought, I gave in and placed an order with these guys for delivery. I chose the Garlic Bread Pizza and overall it was decent. It's buttery garlic bread slices topped with cheese and your choice of one topping. The butteriness of the garlic bread was different as far as a "crust" goes and it made it slightly soggy with crisp bread crust edges. Again, it wasn't bad. I'm just not used to this type of "pizza". If you're going to eat caloric then go all the way colossal caloric. The cheesy bread sticks, I shamefully admit, were the guilty pleasure of the meal. Deconstruct them and they are baked pan pizza crust cut into strips, topped with melted mozzarella. Like Pizza the Hut in "Spaceballs", these breadsticks were loaded with and dripping cheese. The marinara for dipping was more liquidy than thick and I passed on it. Orders can be placed by phone or online. Pick up is also available. My order was placed by phone and the employee I spoke to was courteous and got my info correct. Delivery was on time and the food was hot. Prices are very reasonable and many meal deals and special offers are available. It's not my norm for pizza but if I ever need a quick and convenient delivery meal during a hectic evening I would consider giving this place another call. read more

Worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. They hand me the pizza, sealed, no quality check. Driving home, I could smell that it was burnt. It was not only burnt to a crisp, but they had put triple pepperoni on it (which I didn't ask for). Tried to pull off a layer of burnt pepperoni only to find that there was almost no cheese on it at all. Just a pile of burnt grease. Tried to eat it anyway, but it was disgusting.
