When I asked an employee for help, they had an attitude and acted like it was a problem to even assist me, then sent me to the manager instead of handling it professionally. The manager apologized and told me I would get my wedges and a dessert for the inconvenience, but the employee still only handed me the wedges and ignored the dessert part. I then had to stand around and wait AGAIN to speak with the manager and wait even longer for the dessert I was already told I'd receive. We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We went on a busy sports night because there was a coupon for 6 meal for two (meaning you get two entrees, 2 sides, and 2 drinks). I didn't realize at first that the coupon was for online orders only, and that confusion was honestly my mistake. Our waiter was very helpful and, after seeing the coupon on my phone, got the manager involved when the check came. The manager was incredibly kind and understanding and ended up giving us 30% off our order, even though she absolutely didn't have to. I didn't make a big deal about it at all, which made the gesture even more appreciated. Ok, so, the dine in experience is typically decent. However, we order takeout most of the time bc their BOGO is during the week when we're busy. And that takeout experience is just not good. 1. The portions of the sides make you feel like you're being robbed. You get about half of what you get dining in even when you order a large. I'll go in & take videos just to prove this. 2. There's ALWAYS something missing. Always. This last time, it was the celery, ALL of the sauces & they gave us 1 wipe for 60 wings & 2 large sides and a large order of ranch. Just minimal effort. And by that point that you're picking up, you've already tipped someone who doesn't really deserve that tip. On takeout, I will do a 10% tip & if they do a good job, I will give more. They make me regret the 10%. You get home & you think everything's there, and you realize, nope. You can either drive all the way back to the other side of town, or just accept what you got. You ordered takeout bc you don't have a lot of time to waste - so you deal. But come on. In this economy, you don't want to spend money just to have food you can tolerate. You want food you can enjoy. If you like BWW, I don't know, maybe try a different location or a different wing spot. I did find a pizza joint recently that had mindblowingly great wings. Visited this location today for the bogo special. Per usual the staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. My experience from start to finish was seamless. The manager Mike Infante is always attentive and willing to assist. The feeling of the restaurant reflects his ability to lead his team while teaching great customer service. Servers are decent when you let them go on autopilot but get annoyed easily if you ask questions / have any other issues - can't really expect much from a chain anyway. The food is great. Tried out this location, we usually got to Rosenberg location. The patio here... absolutely disgusting! Cigarettes on the tables and the floor, tables were dirty so we went inside. Malaysia (hope I spelt it right) was the server for the bar area and she turned our visit around. Yes, it was busy and loud because a football game was going on but she was attentive and friendly. She had a lot of tables to tend to and could use some help but she did great. I always like to compliment servers for great service. She's great! Can't beat the BOGO deal on traditional wings on Tuesdays. it's like a party when you get 10 wings plus BOGO because 4 different sauces! You can go with the same favorites or try new ones! sThe sauces and flavors can't be beat. I like the spicy garlic and thai spice, but these may only be my preferences. Also you can season the wedges or fries with the dry seasonings, and it's all so yummy. Service can be great or so-so. All in all, enjoyable meal once in a while on Tuesdays. My to-go order on a Friday evening, however, was so-so. Perhaps there is difference between to go with the packing vs eating right away from dine-in. Went to BWW Sugar Land last night for dinner. After we left 30 minutes later my husband fell horribly ill. He was very sick! Let's just say it wasn't pretty! He was sick all night. I wouldn't have left a review but this is the second time he has gotten food poisoning from this location. The service was good. The ranch seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Chicken was dry and seemed over done in my opinion. My concern is if the chicken was fresh or handled properly. Possibly cross contamination? Either way we will not be coming back to this location due to this being our second bad experience. He loves wings and for him to say never again is pretty bad! My fiancé and I decided to drop off and pick up BWW to go after a long day at the dealership picking up a new car. Since we were tired, we opted for just ordering online and picking it up to eat at home. I always have been a fan of BWW and you can't really beat their boneless Thursdays deal. As always, the boneless wings are on point and always delicious. However the fries and onion rings that I ordered seemed to lack in quantity. This was our first time dining at Buffalo Wild Wings, so didn't have any prior experience to base this off of, however we left feeling disappointed. To begin with the restaurant was freezing, there were people sitting in their booths with actual blankets around them! We huddled together at our table and tried to keep warm while we waited 15-20 minutes for our food to come. We ordered the 10 boneless wings plate, two all-American burgers, and the southern chicken sandwich. The southern chicken sandwich was supposed to have Swiss cheese, slaw, pickles and bacon aioli. The wings and the burgers were good, other than the fries were literally cold (which wasn't a surprise given the temperature of the dining room), but was a disappointment nonetheless. But the real issue was with the Southern Chicken sandwich. It arrived on a bun and only a bun, missing everything else it was supposed to have. After a few minutes when the server checked back in I mentioned that the sandwich wasn't correct she insisted that they make me a correct sandwich. She took my sandwich to the back and 10 minutes later returned with my exact same sandwich, but with a cup of cabbage (not even slaw!) on the side. Nothing else had been added. She said that's all they had in the kitchen, and was that OK? This was very baffling to me, but she genuinely seemed like she didn't know what to do about it so I just let it go. ‍ I know they are known for their wings and all the different wing flavors, so if we ever do go back we will just stick with the wings menu. But at this point, I don't see us coming back anytime in the near future. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. The servers at this location are honestly great. They've always been attentive, friendly, and do their best to make sure you're taken care of. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management. The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism and poor judgment during my visit. Instead of addressing concerns in a respectful and customer-focused way, their attitude came off as dismissive and condescending. It's really disappointing when you have good servers trying to do their jobs well but leadership that creates such a negative atmosphere. Management is supposed to set the tone for the whole establishment, and in this case, it was a clear example of how poor leadership can ruin the overall experience. I hope this is addressed because the staff deserves better leadership and customers deserve respect and fair treatment. read more

If i could give this place a zero i would , when we walked in no one was at the hosting stand so i walked further in just to look to see if there was any seating available when a worker rudely yelled at me "excuse me hellooo ? one minutee !!" . After waiting he sat us in a booth , we waited about 10 mins to even have a server come up to us , the server we had was wiping down tables near us and had seen us being sat . This place is a joke! They spent so much money messing up the layout and 'redoing it', isolating regulars and can't even keep their AC on. Management is a joke and doesn't listen, doesn't care about staff that brings regulars in due to great service. Walked into the Sugar Land Buffalo Wild Wings to play some golf and relax. As I was walking in, I had to stop and pick up chicken wings on the floor. The place was very trashy and the bar and tables were covered with gnats. It is almost impossible to eat or drink there unless you are ok with a little bug protein kick. The Golden Tee was sticky as where most of the tables I saw. Went outside to the patio and there was trash everywhere. Looks like they may have tried to sweep because a lot of it was in a pile next to the wall. The manager was hanging out even after I mentioned the sticky tables and gnats. This location is on the low end of BWW's that I have been to. Our waitress, Aruchi was great and did the best she could with what she had. Walking in, there was nobody to greet you and we had to stumble around to find someone to help us. Additionally, there was no ice for the drinks for some reason. Apparently, the manager implemented a policy that if you get 15 wings you must get 1 flavor or 3 different flavors on 5 wings for each flavor. They said two flavors was not possible as it did not fit in with their system. Seems as though 2 sauces would have been more simple to manage given they messed up the sauces for my order when I was forced to order 3 different flavors. I have ordered 15 wings and split 8/7 with two separate flavors before. I am not sure why it's more complicated to do two flavors when three separate flavors got screwed up anyway. Not a big fan of "chicken wings", but the Buffalo Wild Wings was very close to my hotel. After checking out the menu on-line, I placed an order. I was a little surprised at the variety of the menu. I ordered the sampler appetizer and a cheeseburger. Everything was just as I ordered and I was very pleased. I'm guessing not many people order a burger at a Wings restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness and very good flavor! The sampler appetizer was great and it gave me a taste of a variety of starters. The boneless wings were a standout and I really enjoyed them. My daughter and I ordered BBW on the app for their buy one get one free burger and fries for National Cheeseburger Day. The app was quick and easy to use. The pickup was seamless and the food was ready when we arrived (on-time). The burger was the only issue. The meat was overcooked and overall it was a horrible burger with a greasy taste.
