If I were to rate this on a scale out of 100 I'd give it a 99/100 because they don't have lonestar light on tap! Ordered crawfish with potatoes and mushrooms. Received crawfish with potatoes and corn. Ordered was fixed immediately. The crawfish had a decent spice to them but they tasted old and overcooked. A lot of them were mushy or hard to chew. The majority of them were small. The potatoes and mushrooms were good. Big Ben's Monday night wing deal is the best kept secret in Sugarland. On Monday night, they do half off wings, so you can get 30 wings for $17. This is an insane deal. They have very yummy and unique flavors like their Cajun sauce, which is basically the crawfish seasoning sauce, the peanut butter and jelly, a sweet chili, and the basic buffalo flavors amongst others. Each night at big ben, there is a food or drink special, so even if you do not come on Monday night you can still enjoy an amazing deal on another day. I have been coming to Big Ben for a while. I feel like it is the best sports bar in the Sugarland area, and I love coming here to watch Houston sports with my friends. A fun fact: when I got into medical school, the first celebration beer I had was at Big Ben. Every time I have visited Big Ben, the servers and service have all been top-notch. Tried the Burger as it was on special on Thursdays. I had been going for three weeks straight to get the burger. Had an issue with the mixed drink and there were issues trying to get it done right. They told me that they would take care of it but they never took it off the bill. They are not great at dealing with customer issues. The basic response I got is if you dont like the way we do things feel free to leave. One customer is not going to hurt our business. I was told that ny one of the bartenders. Hence I never been back. I had referred at least 4 other people to the restaurant during the time I had been going. Not spending my money at a place such as this. read more

Haya is always a super personable and hard working team member. Amber also takes good care of customers. Unfortunately the rest of the crew is not up to previous levels. They seem to be overworked and burned out. The past few times the food has not been anywhere near as good as in the past. I think it's time for us to explore other places and maybe come back in six months or so to see how things go. That said we will probably come back if Haya is working but otherwise head on to other places. read more

Amazing service! I had hummus, peta bread, and paneer tikka and the quality was too good. Our server was Paloma and she was very sweet and welcoming. Overall, it was a very nice environment with great music and a beautiful ambience. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to do a gathering or a hangout. The crawfish is ok as it taste like it is boiled without seasoning and then coated with the seasoning again it is ok, and is served with a little container of spice for the crawfish, be sure and stir that as all the good part of it settles to the bottom. The music sounds like there are two different bands battling or two songs on at the same time and it is So loud its painful, if you ask them to turn it down that will say ok with a smile but not reduce the volume. The wait staff are polite but you will need to buy two drinks at a time as they are understaffed and it takes a while for a soda refill. I am in my 30s and love music and play it loud but here it is so loud it's more of an assault than a pleasure. read more

We order pick up food from their website, it was our first time trying anything from them, so we order the large platter to try a little of everything, I was mostly curious about the scotch egg, plus crawfish and the chicken sandwich. OMG it was so much food. So here my breakdown Try: Fried Chicken sandwich Fried okra (My partner don't like okra and he enjoyed them) Fried pickles Chicken tikka (this was probably the best thing we order it was so juicy) Scotch egg* (If you never had one before, it an experience I never had one so it was something new, while I cant said I liked it as much, it was worth trying if you had one better you can skip this) Skip Coconut shrimp ( 90% coconut, 10% shrimp) I usually like this but it was so overpowered by the coconut flavor that it was almost uneatable Jalapeno poppers, I dont know they were just neh Mozzarella sticks, we order to go so this might have affect my experience it was basically a solid block of cheese, the also not have the best kind of cheese that is okay just to eat cold. NACHOS, they were the worst, hard stale nachos barely any cheese and they cheese was also terrible. Disappointing experience here. In 2024, my husband had a major accident, causing him to break 10 bones. This includes four broken ribs, 4 parts of the spine, right scapula and a 2ft long emergency incision that causes excruciating nerve pain. The recovery process has been very slow. He is still experiencing horrible pain from now 4 ribs that are still broken, and intense nerve pain. We went out this evening for his mental health, to get him out of the house and around a few friends for a bit. It was a very uncomfortable experience from the second we walked in. The manager was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. My husband does have a lot of pain currently so he walks slowly while holding his side. We tried explaining this to the manager, that we were just trying to find a seat comfortable enough for him to sit in for a while. The manager refused to listen to us and assumed we were intoxicated by the way my husband was walking. We explained the situation more than once to him, but he kept being rude, making us feel uncomfortable by outright staring at us and continuing to be confrontational. We decided to leave rather than try to give them any business, but we were so baffled by the way we were treated. My husband was so upset, he felt like he ruined the night. I don't think anyone that we know will be coming back after such a weird experience. His situation and his recovery has been such a challenging process, and inconsiderate people like this make it so much more disheartening. read more

Haya & Joel we're amazing. First thing is first. I ordered a grey goose and tonic with two limes. Haya automatically gave me a cardboard coaster AND napkins for my fingers after squeezing the limes. Super great attention to detail! After that Haya & Joel worked together seamlessly. I asked for off the menu items and they gave them to me no problem. They were both super accommodating and just the nicest I've experienced in such a long time and I've been traveling for 15+ years. HIGHLY recommend coming. read more
