BEWARE PRICES ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED! We were overcharged on every item we ordered. A dozen glazed donuts is advertised as $8, but in their system it shows as $9.50. She explained it's due to covid, but that does not explain why the sign has not changed in 3 years. It is to deceive customers. A kolache is advertised as $1.39 and we paid $3.10! That is not a reasonable increase of maybe a couple cents. That is ridiculous not to advertise. Will not be coming back and will be reporting this establishment as false advertising. read more

New ownership review. They used to have really good Jalapeño Sausage Cheese kolaches where the sausage had jalapeño and cheese in it and the bread tasted real good!! Now the bread taste like crap and they cut up their sausage and put half slices of jalapeños and cheese in there. Taste nasty!! Update: 7/9/19. Kolaches taste great and so their cake donuts. Easy parking. Located behind Kroger's , next to pho huynh. Friendly fast service. Clean place. Lots of choices. Lots of juicesor milk and house coffee and cappuccino machine. Boudain kolaches, mini kolaches, different donuts and kolaches and croissant sandwiches. I bought a Boudain kolache, a pink sprinkle donut, 3 mini kolaches, & a bacon cheese egg croissant... everything was soft and not too doughy or bready. Very light and flaky. This place has great donuts and other baked things. However, the breakfast sandwhiches and kolaches weren't so great. We have tried them several times and thought maybe it was a bad day for the croissants and kolaches, it wasn't. They just aren't good. Honestly I should've known better coming back to this donut shop after my first incident in 2018, where I thought that the racism was an isolated conflict. This time on October 26, 2022 I went to get donuts for my family as well as kolache's, when I made my order I clearly told her exactly what I wanted, half a dozen glazed donuts one large kolache with two regular sized jalapeño kolache's as well as four additional donuts, the two women seemed very judgmental caring negative energy and attitude, shortly after my order at the counter the first woman assured that my order was correct and proceeded to bag everything and told me my total, I paid for everything and walked out of the store when I looked at my bag in the car I was missing the kolache's that I ordered, I came back into ask her if the order had been put in correctly and she insisted of willingly attempting to correct the order she told me in fact that I didn't order kolache's and that I didn't want kolache's which was absolutely incorrect this situation made me take a deep breath and at this moment I realize that I shouldn't of went back into this establishment because the first time I had went through something similar. I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone who respectfully has an issue with racists and racist ran companies by Asians. The behavior is very poor especially when I noticed the majority of the customers are Black people I consider this establishment a waste of time and not suitable for decent people or Families. read more

I come here on occasion and the service is well from the other people that work here except from one. The hispanic lady that works the register has a issue heating up my apple fritters lol I can't make this up. Ask her to heat something up and she will roll her eyes. I am tired of her nasty attitude and something needs to be done about it. Customer service is customer service. If as a company you don't want to reheat items for customers remove the microwaves. First and last time coming here. When I support a local small business then return the favor and support the local schools. The donuts are very good and the staff are very friendly. Even though they are a newly opened business, they've kept the place very clean. I think they've changed management once, but the service and quality of the donuts still remained consistent. The pricing is on par with other donut shops in the area. It's very conveniently located to our neighborhood. read more

Zero stars. I walked into this establishment with my two small children. We quickly got drinks and quietly waited in line. (Not usually like my boys to be still and quiet, but they were ready for donuts). I asked for two donuts and ask my child if they wanted one w sausage. The lady behind the counter which acted like the owner kept sighing over and over and apologized to the guy behind me. There was only one man behind me in line and we had been standing there for literally 5-10 seconds. I gave her my cc, paid and left. My kids like the donuts, but I won't be back to that spot. If someone doesn't like kids coming into their donut shop, then they won't have my business or anyone else's. The least a small business owner can do is have their customer service on point. I've been in sales all my life and I know that being rude and pushy, even arrogant with half your customers or 3/4 of them is no way to stay open. Good luck read more

I don't come often anymore as the last time I notice the vents right above the donuts was full of filth and could not stop thinking how much of that has fallen onto the items that are clearly not stored properly away from contamination. read more

Stopped by on the way to church on a Sunday morning! No line and was immediately greeted by the friendly woman behind the counter. I ordered three mini kolaches (so cute!)...they are so tiny they fit in your palm. Perfect for someone like me who likes just tiny bites. I also ordered donut holes, boudin kolache, sausage and cheese kolache and apple juice. Everything was great and it was pretty cheap! About $9.50 for everything. I'll be stopping by again! read more

I went in today because I had a craving for a Kolache. I bought two jalapeño cheese Kolache for me and a one for my husband. It was SO delicious I ate both of them! The bread was sweet, which I love! The sausage was cut in half with jalapeño slices put into the sausage. The cheese was the perfect amount. When I took a bite, it all melted in my mouth. Gaw! It was delicious!! I also bought a Kolache with everything in it. I forgot what it was called. Hubby hasn't tried it yet, but the presentation is pretty and neat. Will definitely be back !!! read more

I'm writing this review to let everyone know how disrespectfully I have been treated since the new owners have taken over the Donut shop. My husband and i built our home 3 years ago in the community near this shop. We have seen this establishment sold at least 4 times. The new owners that are currently there as a lady at the front counter that you can clearly tell does not like African American's. Ive never had a verbal alteration with this lady but every time I go here she has an attitude. She rolls her eyes at me and makes snappy comments for no reason at all. This past week however I could no longer ignore it. I asked her for 2 bags of donuts holes and she picked the bags that were already prepared at the front counter up. Then I told her never mind that's too much sugar for my toddlers I'll just get 2 glazed donuts. This lady slammed the bag of donuts on the counter and yelled at me saying " YOU SAID DONUT HOLES THESE ARE DONUT HOLES THOSE ARE DONUTS." I politely said excuse me I have the right to change my mind why is this an issue the donut holes are already pre-bagged so I didn't cause you a inconvenience. She then threw the bags down on the counter grabbed 2 glazed donuts which she intentionally squished together with prongs and threw the bag at me. I told her that I will never return to this establishment and let others know the racism I have experienced. This lady walked away and said good. I have never been more offended in my life. So i'm writing this in hopes that if anyone else has received this kind of treatment you will come forward and give your review so that others will know. Just a little note to the owner. You never know who you may encounter you looked at a skin color without even knowing me. That is perfectly fine because I sit on the committee board of 2 of the HOA's in this community and you better believe me when I say I will be sharing my experience at the next meeting we have. read more

I stop by several times a week when possible. They carry Boyds coffee which I love specially the good morning flavor with hazelnut creamer yumm! The donuts are good. For those mornings I'm in need of a sugar rush the chocolate filled is my favorite, the filling is just right. You can easily do a quick breakfast here before heading out for the day, they have plenty of kolaches and things. Staff is very friendly. Cutting down my trips to Starbucks and supporting a local business is always great! It has helped me save a bit. I gave them 4 out of 5 for now because I haven't tried that many things aside from the glazed & chocolate filled donuts. One late morning they had ran out of my favorite coffee, they are still fairly new & still need time to adjust to the traffic. Especially considering the type of business this is. Business 101. Make 90% profit and a crap product, keep customer 1 time. Make 50% profit and keep customers for a lifetime- priceless! The sausage in the kolache was as big as two #2 pencils, pitiful! Ordered a dozen assorted donuts to see what she would put in the box. She went through and put the cheapest she could get off the shelf, none of the more preferable.
