While drinking my smoothie from Smoothie King, I noticed small, hard pieces in the drink that I initially assumed were fruit. After spitting out two pieces, I realized they were actually shards of plastic. Concerned, I inspected the rest of my drink and found several large chunks of plastic mixed in. I often frequent various Smoothie King locations as a quick meal because I'm always on the go for work, and this may very well be the best location I've been to in the Houston/Greater Houston area. Located on Fry, just off of I-10, this Smoothie King is very accessible for those in the area. The staff here is always friendly and quick to accommodate. They are pretty easy to talk to and know their products pretty well. The flavors are all gonna be same as other Smoothie King locations, but the quality here is a step ahead of the rest. Many of the other locations sometimes miss when it comes to the flavor of some drinks, but this one has been consistently serving quality smoothies every time I come. Maybe they get better ingredients, or maybe the workers here just make it better..but it is always spot on here. The one and only negative here is that there is no drive-thru. It's not so much of a problem for me even though I'm always on the go, but I know a few people might appreciate not having to get out of their car. If you are looking for a nice smoothie and are in the Houston/Katy area, do make your way over to this Smoothie King. read more

Staff has an attitude every day of the week, and clearly do not understand the connection between good customer service and the ability to receive a paycheck.
