Great food and amazing staff. I really enjoyed everyone I met and the store was clean and really fast service

If I could leave less stars I would. Saturday 6/6/26 durning business hours, I tried to order a smoothie through the app, the order was processed but they were randomly closed. I still haven't gotten my money back from that. Today 6/7/26, I place an order online for 3 smoothies, promise time was 3:52. I walked in at 3:55 and only 1 smoothie was ready, I wanted a little longer. The store was mildly busy however I wasn't addressed until 4:02 after I had to ask about my other 2 smoothies. The girl behind the counter tried to get me to accept just 1 smoothie even though I paid for and ordered 3 smoothies stating someone already picked up the other 2. She argued me down until I had to express my frustration to get what I paid for. I did not walk out with my smoothie until 4:12. read more

1 person actually making smoothies. The other employees standing around. Made for a LONG LONG wait.

Dirty! From counters, to glass and all surfaces in the bathroom this place was filthy. Corporate needs to fix as local management does not seem to care. read more

Staff is always friendly and fast!! Even when there are new peeps in the mix, they work like a well oiled machine , moving every which way in unison. Vibe is always chill. The app makes using coupons difficult when ordering online.they always help me with the coupons available. Smoothies are the freshest in town. Keep it up! It trickles down from the top, hope this is a result of a good owner or manager . read more

I don't normally leave reviews but this place is filthy. Food not covered, smell like old mop water, not welcoming at all.

Caleb I believe his name was, made my smoothie xtra cold! On a hot sunny December day!! LOL!! Always clean, fast , and friendly service!! I will come back Friday for my free upgrade! read more

It is hit or miss when it comes to customer service. We have experienced audible displeasure from staff when we come in as we tend to place large orders. Instead of being grateful for the patronage, some staff members have stated, "Oh no, not again!" Seriously! We have experienced staff members eating while ringing up our orders, and it generally makes us feel uncomfortable. We are not sure why some of the staff members take such an unprofessional stance. To be fair, not all staff suffer from a lack of customer service, which is why we continue to return. This is the ONLY reason 3 stars was given in place of 1. Overall, please do better! read more

Well, they got me again. Used Door Dash twice now for delivery of protect from Smoothie King. However, I didn't know it was from this location. Both times now my order has been cancelled because ingredients were unavailable. When I went it to talk to someone about the problem, I was told that I should call the location before putting in an order to ensure it's available. When I shared that I called when the order was cancelled but no one picked up, her response was that "there was only one girl working earlier and she was very busy." Oh wizened "Business Manager" of Smoothie King, can you answer that paradox for me? Who is going to answer my call to ensure you have the product before I use a 3rd party to pick up said product? It certainly won't be the manager or supervisor. They always seem to be unavailable, leaving a hapless teenager to take the brunt of my inquiries into the lack of service or product. Maybe if a Supervsior were in house there wouldn't be an employee parked in the SK parking space up front. And maybe there wouldn't be 4-5 missing ingredients on the board. You can say it's because you always keep fresh ingredients, but these aren't perishable items: keto powder, angel food cake, and PEANUT BUTTER!? I can accept fresh fruit being out of stock, but come on. And again, I have never seen this issue on the South Loop location. My order is always 100% and available when I get there. Their location is clean and bright, there the 105 location has sticky floors and a couple of wobbly tables. Just do better. Or at least show a modicum of improvement after getting so many negative reviews. And before your "fill-in-the-blank" response comes through, know that I already sent my feedback on your website. It hasn't helped in the past, I doubt it will get my refunds or corrections done this time. read more

The drinks are amazing and the customer service and friendliness was above and beyond from hayven and jessica. Overall a really great experience will be coming everyday! read more

Nice friendly atmosphere, very product knowledgeable staff, and the Smoothies are delicious!

I want to like this place but they never have ingredients to make the bowls . They never have peanut butter . They need to properly cover ingredients because flies make their way in. Floors seem sticky either clean the mop out right then mop or their just not mopping. Please get the ingredients needed to make all bowls and smoothies it's a smoothie place. read more

Love their refreshing smoothies. When in a rush many times I run by and get a smoothie and consider that my meal. Refreshing and delicious! Yummy! read more

Left review on Google. They asked me to contact them. No change based on my review or other customers reviews reporting similar issues. Absolutely horrible customer service. They demand you wear a mask or order online but you can't until after 9. They say they are open at 7 am but never see. When you go in the employees are rude and don't care. Smoothies are never consistent. Horrible experience I will go to the woodlands or magnolia from now on. Well I'm here as requested by your post on Google reviews. So I thought It would be fixed since you replied. So today I went to order a smoothie via the app and I can't order it because it says business is closed. I'm outside the door it clearly isn't closed. At least employees are there today. So no business from me and I will leave another review. read more

Today me and my kids came in to order at 3:45. Two girls were at the register and didn't even look up to acknowledge us, and proceeded to count money from the cash register without saying a word to us for almost 10 minutes. The girl counting the money looked up finally to see there was a long line behind us and slammed the register closed, apparently perturbed you had customers!? Then literally said in a rude way to me "what do you want". Had me kids not been with me I would have probably left or said something. But I ordered. She was VERY RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We definitely won't be coming back. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Worst customer service and workers are rude and not professional at all. They are not sanitary at all either. The first time I came here I got a smoothie from here felt something weird in my mouth, turns out there was plastic in my smoothie... workers don't wear gloves and touches fruit products ect after touching the money. The second time Called this location to ask if they could re make my smoothie because it tasted awful and not made correctly they told me once you walk out the store they can't remake my smoothie and offered a 10% off coupon for next time. Tried contacting management never get back to you. Pretty disappointed, not sure how this place is still in business with that kind of customer service. read more

They never have the açaí bowls as advertised. It's literally a 50/50 toss up every time I make an attempt. What is so hard about keeping things in stock? That's like me showing up to work without my computer. Fuckin sad. read more

This is the second time we've come here in the last week, well before closing and all of the chairs are on the tables like they are about to close. It's 7:08, their xllosing time is 9 pm. Rude disrespectful employees. They screwed up the order before mine and when they "thought" they completed my order, I was waiting for my last one. They had a look on their faces like "What??" I told them I had one more coming. The girl at the register rudely said "You ordered this, this etc." Really snippy. The other one started slamming the ingredients in the blender and completed my order while Miss Register shook her head like I was trying to get a free smoothie. You just lost another customer. Congrats. read more

Not sure who you guys are hiring now but it not only is making me uncomfortable but i'm sure other employees. When I came in saturday I was first startled with a sports announcer level of a greeting then, overheard a new girl (same one who greeted me) who I didn't recognize talking about being in her thirties. I don't see how hiring a thirty year old to work with a team of who i'd presume all under twenty is appropriate. Especially since I know some there who are in high school. Then there was a guy in front of me ordering, he asked for a green machine and the girl who normally works looked a little confused while saying "we don't sell that", then the new girl practically slammed her hand onto her shoulder being dramatic to then reveal he's thinking of a naked smoothie. I could see not only her uncomfortable but also the guy ordering. Once he's done and I come up she practically looks like she's being taken hostage, and i don't blame her. I was uncomfortable being around that lady and I was in there for no more than 10 minutes. If I see her working again i'll make sure to come back at a different time. read more

The two young women who open the store on weekday mornings work hard to efficiently make good smoothies on a consistent basis.

First time here. One person was new and the other seemed overwhelmed... shaking her head a lot and not welcoming. I ordered the Mango Fest. Just awful. Tasted like seaweed? I asked to have it remade and ordered something different (mango with ginger). The experienced staff person was a bit nasty about it and said she would only remake it once. Much better but really not in the mood for it now. May let my husband have it. read more

The 2 young ladies in this location were VERY rude. I understand we are in middle of Covid but absolutely no excuse for being rude to a customer....who basically pays them fir working there....no customers, no business & you will have to shut down. I was asking about diy protein because my don was just diagnosed with diabetes.......they just kept say "I don't know" My question....who should I ask!!!! Sign on window says you have plant based protein. Someone working there should be able to answer the question.....not only did they not know...especially the girl with colored hair (I think it was blue) was RUDE! I felt like she was the one in charge & basically couldn't care less about helping me with product. I WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. So sad the one in Montgomery near the Dam in lake Conroe closed. They were nice! read more

I came here and the lady here was super rude she didn't let us use the restroom and also she was being racist she finished making our drink didn't even tell us when it was ready and just walked away and didn't even look at us. read more

Seems that this location is consistent with bad customer service. I walk in looking at different items on the shelves, after selection I go to pay. (Zoe) never acknowledged me when I first walked in, finally rings me up and just stares at me but says nothing. Only words I hear from her is "do you want a reciept?" She proceeds to make my drink while I wait. Some time passes and i see her taking other orders, finally look over and see a drink sitting at pick up. Didnt know if it was mine or an online order. Finally had to ask if it was mine just for her to nod her head. I'm surprised the hiring manager can't see when employees have no potential. No ambition or future for her or this location. 2/6/2020 2-3pm. Poor service .. the girls there never greeted us and just stood there on their phones. When I asked if someone was going to take our order the girl said "I was waiting on you". We left without ordering. I will never visit this location again. read more

I went in and waited, while the lead employee spoke with other employees for about 5 minutes, before she asked what i wanted. I was so disgusted, I threw my $8 drink in the garbage I would not drink it. I cannot afford to get sick. read more

Amazing customer service & amazing smoothies! They were so nice & welcoming & they followed the correct covid-19 guidelines (:

The staff they had today was amazing, they finally have new employees and they are doing great. The staff they had before really didn't seem to care but I'm glad to see new people. My smoothie was perfect, I haven't had one like this in a very long time from this location. I'm happy to see they have employees that actually care about their job. The young gentleman working there was very attentive to making sure everyone got their order correct due to the fact that there was like 6 people ordering multiple smoothies, I myself had ordered 3 for my coworkers and they also noticed a difference and the girl on the register actually had a smile on her face and was really nice. read more

I go to this location maybe 2-3 times a year. The people who work there are the least smiling people I've ever seen. This location doesn't use the SK app, I know this.
