I love this health food store. It is a great place in a bad location. I always pass by and have to turn around because it's hidden but I never let that deter me. I like the selections though they are a bit pricey. The staff is always beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I recently moved to Conroe, and was looking was a supplement store that I could readily access without driving 50 miles. That would be the Herbal Connection. The employees were extremely helpful and very friendly. They had everything I needed (except for what was on back order) And prices were better than most places I had found. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the mix service I received from the employees. One employee was very friendly and helpful her name started with a J (I think it was Jeanette) she made us feel welcomed meanwhile the other employee a short lady with glasses wasn't so helpful or friendly whenever Jeannette( she said she was new to the store) would ask her something in regards to certain products she would respond with a bother tone she made us feel like we were a inconvenience while shopping in the store. read more

This store is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and when they aren't sure, they find an expert. I've been into the Herbal Connection multiple times and have not once had a poor experience. They have items that can be found cheaper elsewhere, but that's with anything. They've got the most beautiful salt lamps and a great selection of CBD oil products. I went in to buy some maringa. Maringa has to be fresh to work. I ask the owner if the maringa I was buying was fresh and if I could look at it. She gave me a testosterone lecture that she only sold the best. When I got home I opened the maringa. It is Brown and useless. I drove an hour. Never again. read more

This store is probably the best gem in Conroe! They have an amazing selection of natural products ranging from food to supplements to hygienics and even pet products. The owners and the staff are all very kind and informative, they welcome you in and remember you upon return. The prices are unbeatable, they give you all their products at a steal, you would be wasting your time to get the same thing at Whole Foods when you can come and support your small local business for much cheaper. My go to store for anything I can think of to keep me healthy and happy. read more
