We've been going here for many years. Not sure how I haven't reviewed before but here goes. This is conveniently located on the N 336 Loop in Conroe. The parking lot can be full sometimes as there are several other shops and some eateries in the same strip and surrounding area. If there is a line there will be a little bit of a wait. It takes time to get everyone else in front with the ice cream and toppings. Lots of choices, can get it in a cup, cone, bowl cone, shake. Also, UNLIMITED FREE toppings. I have never gone over 3/4 toppings so I can't speak to how true that really is . The people behind the counter are always providing good service. There is a reward system also where you can give them a phone number and earn free or discounted ice cream. The only thing I don't like is the tables are hardly ever clean. If you find a spot to sit at the few tables (there are a few outside as well) the chances of a clean table are about 20%. Otherwise, good ice cream, good service, lots of choices. I went in to marble slab around 8pm there was about 5 people in front of me you could just tell the staff was irritated and moving slow on purpose. Both the caucasian and Hispanic females were very rude and had no manners. I told them my order she asked me if I wanted it mixed I said yes and she didn't mix it. She then proceeded to scoop my ice cream with the cup instead of using the utensils that they have to put in there. I asked for a lid she rolled her eyes at me as if I was asking for too much she put the lid on halfway and gave me the cup, which had ice cream all on the outside of it so i had to clean It myself. The staff is rude and they aren't being sanitary at all. Cross contamination with each customer . It was a very much horrible experience, and I will not be going to that location again. read more

This place tried to steal my cell phone that I accidentally left behind after I called to see if it was still there and they confirmed yes! I get there and they cannot find it in the back where it should have been and said it wasn't there and that a family member found it and said he would take it to the back but never did. I told them If the phone was not returned I would call the cops. I spoke with their owner over phone who also gave me the run around. After waiting in the lobby for a while I was told the owner would come back with it. Somehow my phone magically appeared!! After waiting a group of other people came in (family I suppose) and didn't say a word and went to the back to speak with the two employees that were there. I asked if the owner was on her way with my phone and they said yes then they said they didn't know so I called the cops! Cops show up and speak to me and the group that arrived, the family I guess) pretty much because I accidentally left it he couldn't file a report!! How crazy is that! I was definitely going to escalate this if my phone didn't arrive. I asked the cop to wait until the owner arrived. The owner later shows up hands me the phone and I left because I was done dealing with thieves and wanted to be the bigger person. I get home and the SIM card is gone!!! This is my business phone and guess the phone magically appeared after I told them it would be tracked if it didn't appear. These people are thieves and will try to get away with it. I don't recommend supporting businesses with this kind of management. It is wrong and they are not trustworthy. read more

They are almost always super busy so be prepared to stand in line for a bit. However the wait is so worth it. They have really great ice cream. A great selection of flavors. The peanut butter ice cream is so yum! They have tons of stuff to mix in or put on top. No matter what size you choose they shove a ton of ice cream in multiple flavors if you choose in the little bowl. I have not yet tried their cakes but I am looking forward to it. Their prices are much better than Tutti Frutti and the like. If you're looking for ice cream in Conroe this is the best. read more

This place is the BEST place for an ice cream or an ice cream shake, they even make ice cream cakes. They have so many toppings for the ice cream and they have ice cream cones with chocolate. They have banana splits that are super delicious, I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

We were very disappointed in the lack of concern for the cleanliness of the place. Service was good at first but then when looking at the three open tables we realized how filthy the place was. Every table was disgusting. There was trash all over the floor. No one had come in behind us and the workers disappeared to the back. We cleaned a table to sit and eat our ice cream. When finished I went to the restroom and there I found a disaster. Filthy, filthy, filthy. There was no soap or paper towels. When I came out I knocked on the wall several times and no one came out. When a customer walked in and the door chime went off they walked out. The young man said his father owned the store. The marble slab they mix the ice cream on was filthy. There were mix ins from probably most of the day all around the table. I asked him if he was trained to leave it like that and he said no. It is a shame that he would let his own fathers investment look like that. No effort made to clean the tables or floors from previous customers. It seemed that on there was only two workers there and they close at nine but as soon as more people walked in after us the worker started getting irritated and flustered. He kept cussing under his breath. The people here are so friendly Ariel and Mel are so nice. They helped us accommodate to anything we wanted or needed. They deserve a raise. Many people do not raise their kids correct but these ladies...... these ladies are going places in life. The manager as well, if very sweet!! The worst customer service ever. We walked in stead there and was ignored. The girl making ice cream felt it more important to find a wet dry vac to suck up melted ice cream then even acknowledge we were standing there. The young lady at the register made eye contact several times then put her head down and continue to take notes while ignoring us. We love marble slab we eat marble slab all the time but we're really sad that we had to walk out because of poor customer service. Whoever owns this marble slab should teach their employees how to greet a customer. We would've been happy to wait had they at least acknowledge that we were standing there. whoever owns this marble slab should probably spend a little more time in their business managing their staff and teaching them customer service skills. This place is slow and dirty with rude employees. Every time we come it come definitely use a good cleaning. Today there was hair on the counter and then I saw a tiny bug climbing all over a sign on the counter. The employees are hit and miss...more miss. Usually there's rude girls who seem bothered by customers. And the way they skip over people to serve a party instead of an individual is annoying. When you have five people and we are in line and people come in behind us, don't skip persons 3-5 in my party to start the next group of people. Finish my group and then move on. Awful. The sign on the door and the Internet clearly said they closed at 10:00 on Friday and we came in at 9:00 and she immediately shouted that they were closed for the night.
