The coffee here is so good! They also have yummy kolaches (while supplies lasts) that to me rival any bakery around Conroe. Fantastic coffee. Really nice variety of specialty lattes, with several alternative milks available. I tried their inferno (cinnamon, spice, chocolate) amd unhinged (toffee crunch) medium lattes. Both were good, but my favorite was the inferno - such good blend of flavors. They had 4 shots of espresso, too! Whoa! Other coffee shops don't give you that much in that size. The lattes were smooth and served at perfect temperature. No burnt beans here (looking at you Starbucks). Lovely service as well. So sad I was just here for a wedding, would come here very often. Why 5 stars? Because both ends of the coffee spectrum here are top notch. --- --- --- My ideal coffee order is a black nitro, where the flavor profile of the beans does not include anything fruity. Hellcat has this, exactly the way I prefer it. My wife's ideal coffee order is something espresso-based, iced, with some kind of flavoring: vanilla, caramel, etc. She ordered the Joy Ride, which is Espresso, Coconut and Chocolate and she loved it. Normally, our tastes do not overlap, as I really don't want my coffee to be sweet, as I feel it takes away from the caffeination aspect, which is the most important part. However, this particular drink, I found to be absolutely unreal. One thing my wife and I do bond over when it comes to coffee is that probably our favorite shop on Earth is Island Vintage in Hawaii. There, they somehow manage to meet the microscopic, center-circle of the Venn Diagram that joins together my coffee preferences and hers as one. Hellcat is now the second place capable of such thing. I could absolutely order a Joy Ride any day. To be honest, as much as I loved my Nitro, I was incredibly jealous of her drink and wanted one all for myself. Fortunately, this place is not too far away from us and we will certainly be visiting frequently in the future. I've seen the big sign off 105 many times, but never noticed the actual building itself until we actually made an effort to visit. Coffee lovers of Montgomery/Conroe, listen up: support this place. New coffee stop on 105 going towards the lake. Very cool theming for the menu and drinks names. Drive thru staff was very friendly and wanted to see what we thought about the flavors. I'm not usually one for flavors in my coffee, but The Redemption has a unique combination of vanilla and lavender. Tasty stuff. I was so happy to stumble upon this coffee shop while looking for coffee shops near or in Huntsville. I had just finished camping on a Sunday afternoon and was wanting some coffee from a local coffee shop before heading back to Houston. I found this spot that wasn't too far away from 45, so I decided to check it out. It's located on a nice piece of land, with a sign you can't miss telling you to turn now to go to Hellcat. I great appreciated that! There is a menu like any other drive-thru, but you place your order at the actual window with a person. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and let me know that they just opened at the beginning of this year. I ended up ordering their Hellcat iced espresso beverage because I needed the caffeine. It contains 6 shots of espresso - HECK YEAH! The prices are very reasonable here and I will definitely be returning. We have an upcoming camping trip that will have us passing through Conroe on 45S, so I will definitely be back in short order. read more

Hellcat is the Goldstar of coffee in Conroe, I love this place! The coffee is smooth and tasty and I had not had an Italian Soda in years, but I keep coming back as much as I can for the coffee...and Candace. She is the one who makes the Customer Service so wonderful (and her Mom) but she also knows how to make my iced coffee (lighter ice please) and it is refreshing to wait for a car or 2 to get my time at the window, more people are finding my little gem. 1st visit to Hellcat Coffee today, Sunday, 8-27-23, about noon. It was 102 degrees and the coffee menu was mostly hot drinks. I was looking for a cold brew with ice. Hellcat had nitro-chilled iced coffee, so I gave it a try, ordering via the drive- through. Excellent! I got everything I requested: sweet cream and one sugar, coffee over ice. The coffee was smooth and balanced with the right amount of cream, not overpowering the coffee turning it into a milk drink. The coffee flavour came through exactly right, with a commanding, substantial presence. The server sounded very nice, too, although I didn't get to see her face (my wife was driving) because the ordering window was abnormally high. I saw only the lower third of it. The server had to lean way down to take and deliver the coffee. I liked the quirkiness of that window. I'd go back to ask about the story on why it's so high. Mostly, though, I'd go back for another excellent iced coffee- or for one of their interesting-sounding hot coffee drinks when the weather is cooler! Bryon Satterfield read more
