A great place to go for coffee and or to study/ work. There is an upstairs which I did not go to. Overall, the baristas were amazing and it's a great and cozy place. I will for sure come again if I'm ever in the area!

I went on a Sunday and it was busy but the service was very fast and attentive. I didn't see or try any of their food just their coffee and it was delicious! There were people on coffee dates, or doing homework. There is also a sitting area outside! Can't wait to go back!

Always a line to the door. But it moves reasonably fast. Baristas are friendly and my kid loves sitting upstairs in the loft styl design.

There's ample room to study and to chill, they have a downstairs area and also an upstairs. I got an iced matcha with brown sugar cold foam! The matcha is unsweetened, I wish I would've gotten vanilla syrup so it could have enhanced the matcha. The blueberry muffin was gigantic and sweet! I would totally come here again :)

Just what I was looking for. Hubby and I stopped for a coffee on the way home. I like things on the sweeter side and am always not sure what to ask for, the Canebreak Latte was perfection. Hubby's cappuccino was very nice as well. The staff was more than accommodating and very kind without being fake. Looking forward to returning soon.

Cinnamon Roll Latte...halfway done and remembered I needed to take a picture.

First off the iced Cinnamon Roll Latte is delicious. If you're worried about the cinnamon being too overwhelming, don't. It balances out nicely with the other ingredients. The Loft area is spacious and has a nice variety of seating options, chairs, tables and couches, oh my. Would definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you need to get out of the house for a day.

I finally made it to this coffee shop which may be the only 2 story coffee shop in houston...well. 1.5 stories you could say. They have plenty of parking and 5 signature lattes on their menu, which is what I came here for. I tried the English sausage roll and their iced cinnamon roll latte. The pastry was ok, I wasn't blown away as I've had this at other coffee shops and restaurants. The latte was also just ok for me, not very sweet at all and I didn't feel like it tasted anything like a cinnamon roll. The best part is really just the atmosphere here. Service is fast and friendly, even when there is a line.

It's a hoping spot on a cold and drizzly Sunday late morning. Ordered the usual (decaf flat white, heavy cream) and THIS is a cup of coffee. Strong flavor standing up to the cream. The ratios are right. It's hot, but not scalding. Hubs is thinking he'll grab another one for the road. (Now THAT's saying something!) Comfy seats here under the crazy black and white wall, and a steady stream of patrons. We'll check out upstairs before we leave but if it's anything like what's going on down here? This place is the bomb. Worth the drive up and off our normal beaten path. Next time we'll bring a book to sit and read (or maybe grab one from the bookstore next door!)

The service at this coffee shop is good, I love a good chai so that's what I ordered here and I was a bit disappointed as it was mostly milk and lacked that particular flavor chai has. It is a two story coffee shop with very nice decor and a chill vibe where you can just sit and enjoy your coffee. I also tried an espresso, which was decent. Not good not bad just a regular espresso. I overall recommend this place and will visit them again with the hopes of finding a drink that I really enjoy.

Rarely you'll find me in the Woodlands area since it's so far from my domicile. But I found myself here in the morning during a Sunday in late June where I needed to post up for some coffee and me time. As always, YELP brought me here so I had to stop in and hang for a bit. First, the space; a two floor establishment with table seating (downstairs) or lounge seating (upstairs). I went with the lounge seating where there's a side table for plugging in your electronics that you can work from. Very convenient! Second, the employees are kind and excited if it's your first time here which mine was. They recommended the either the cinnamon roll latte or baklava latte, I decided on the latter. Which leads me to the third, the latte was straight up BOMB. Like having that delicious mediterranean dessert in latte format with the cinnamon rim, I was very impressed with the taste. I also got a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel which complimented the latte well. Quite a breakfast. There's other signature lattes here and frappuccinos, someone mentioned there was a cookes & cream frap. I'll have to try that sometime. They use cold brew as the base for a frap which keeps it frosted; a nice touch. Look forward to being back here when I'm in the Woodlands! Recommend others check this place out too cause they deserve to stick around given their service, ambiance, and coffee.

Third Gen is so far from where I live, but I always make an effort to stop by if I'm in the Woodlands area or otw to Dallas! This coffee shop is super cute; plenty of tables to hangout or study. There's an area upstairs as well. Staff is very friendly & service is excellent. The first drink I ever ordered was a cinnamon roll latte; it's good and tastes exactly like how the name sounds haha. My go-to drink is the cookies & cream frap. The mistake I made the first time I ordered this was only getting a 16oz instead of 20oz!! One of the few coffee shops that uses cold brew as the base for a frappuccino. I hope this coffee shop stays open for a long time!

Love to come here for study sessions! They have a down stairs and upstairs seating area and both are perfect for a quick coffee meet up or a sit down school or work session. They have a selection of pastries and lunch items, this go around i tried their sausage, egg and cheese bagel which was so delicious. The drinks are always a hit and the baristas are very accommodating to any changes !

Cute & cozy coffee shop! Plenty of parking in the front & good seating downstairs & upstairs. We got the honey oat latte and the grinch drink. Both were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area. The staff are very nice and service was quick!

Are there any decaf options? I don't see anything on the menu.

I believe so I think you just have to ask at the desk when you arrive

Do they use syrups to flavor their lattes or do they use real stuff? I'm leaning towards the vanilla.

I would personally buy Pyure liquid stevia. It comes with vanilla and no junk. You only need a tiny amount. I believe they do use syrups but as far as it being the more expensive brands vs cheap Starbucks stuff, I can't say. My coffee guy prefers… Read more

But the avocado toast is the reason why I'm writing this review. I first visited about three weeks ago, and I still can't stop thinking about it. Not to sound corny, but the flavors literally exploded in my mouth. It wasn't your regular avocado toast, so I was a little scared to try it (especially because of the tomatoes), but after the first bite, I felt like I was about to start levitating. I honestly don't know how to explain what it tasted like, but just know that it was delicious! The only small critique would be that it's a bit on the pricier side, but honestly not by much, and the quality makes it worth it!! Overall, you should totally visit this place at least ONCE in your life!!
