I was looking for a cafe to fo some work before my meetings and found 1st Cup! Awesome location, plenty of parking. So much room to lay out my laptop and jump on some meetings. The service was super friendly and they have some exciting lattes!! I'll be back for sure!

Ube shaken espresso

I ordered with a friend here and I will definitely be coming back by myself to try a few other drinks. The ube shaken expresso was point! It was beautiful to look at and so tasty I felt the caffeine high all day from this. I can't wait to also buy their coffee beans.

Tucked behind I-45, this spot is not at all what I expected. Likely a former residential home, or really unique commercial development, the exterior would lead one to believe that they're not in for much...but they are. Expertly punctuated with a variety of textiles, the interior is expansive and bright. Everywhere you turn there's a door leading to somewhere, and many spaces are available for office rental. At 2pm on a Monday, this spot was near full! Neither the coffee nor the customer service were the highlight of my experience, but I can't judge if that's typical from one visit alone. I'm certainly excited to try them again on a sunny day. I'm looking forward to getting some work done while bathed in the sunshine provided by their floor to ceiling windows.

First time here and I can say very very nice I really loved the vibes in here I loved my matcha drink great customer service 5/5

outside play area

Wow! I was looking for a new study spot and saw this one was right off 45 which is super convenient and i'm glad i stopped by. The service was friendly, they gave me some recommendations for my first time (I went for their seasoning Blueberry lemon refresher, yum!) and they have a variety of snacks and pastries which is also convenient. They're open pretty late for a typical coffee shop which I love! The environment is super chill, the decor makes you feel right at home. Outside they have a bonfire seating area along with other tables, what I enjoyed the most was the dog friendly area. They also have a mini play area for kids which overall makes it a very family friendly place. I look forward to keeping this place in my rotation and can't wait to try more of their drinks!

If this place seems familiar, it's because it used to be Hebrews Coffee. We were glad to see another coffee shop took its place because the location is cute and parking is readily available! There were a bunch of tables available for us to choose from on a weekend afternoon too. I will say, the coffee is fine- we got a regular latte and a white chocolate mocha and the temperature and consistency were good but the coffee itself was nothing to write home about. Still, cute spot to hang and get some work done.

Cappuccino

Came here to get some work done and I was stunned by how spacious this place was! The conference rooms, couches, and backyard area were quite nice. I ordered a cappuccino with peppermint syrup and it was delicious. The espresso was pulled nicely and the peppermint complemented it beautifully. WiFi was very reliable!

Strawberry Matcha

I was sad to see the coffee shop change but First Cup has a really nice vibe inside. Very calm and inviting. The strawberry matcha is delicious and made well! 10/10 recommend! Great to study, lots of tables and chairs to sit at. The outside area is also nice to talk with friends and just hangout.

Came here for a meeting in the nativiti loft upstairs and grabbed a matcha beforehand. It was so good and the strawberry was delicious in the matcha. Would come back 100%

The service is great, the coffee was great, and i liked the overall atmosphere of the place! Good coffee, good vibes!

The coffe was had no flavor and tasted watery. Starbucks is significantly better since their lattes are more full bodied. Saves money

I do not like most mushrooms and didnt know this before coming but I still liked the coffee, as it seemed a little less heavy than traditional coffee for some reason. They have a decent food selection consisting of pastries and house-made latin/american dishes ranging from homemade chips and guacamole to Chilequiles. Note that all food is either vegetarian or vegan. The theme of the place is artisenal Latin/Mexican. If you dine in, you will receive your cold drink in a tall ceramic mug/cup most likely in an Aztec/Mexican style, while the hot drinks will be served in a mug and the food is served on festive plates. They play light Latin music in the background. They don't really advertise their syrups if you come in for an iced latte like me, but basically any of their artisanal coffees can be made iced or cold and you can choose from any of those ingredients/syrups in those choices to flavor your own custom latte. I also added a slice of banana bread from the pastry case adjacent to the register. The alchemist - a pretty light tasting latte with obvious notes of cinnamon. I liked it. Banana bread - more like a triple slice of bread. Its gluten free and very dense. A little on the dry side, obviously. Overall, I can see why they're highly rated. A must visit if you want to try some of the best coffee woodlands has to offer.

Just Ube and all the Oreos that are supposed to be at the bottom were all stuck to the wall of the cup instead. The owner said the Ube dissolves the Thai tea after a while. I live half a mile away and it took only three minutes to arrive after placing my order. So no way I believe that story. Also my kid went in to retrieve the drink and she couldn't get it from the servers so I had to go in and get it. 3 of them there. Not a single one helping her in an empty store. Unfortunate seeing as there was no parking and that's why my kid went in to get it while I was waiting in the car. The owner says they asked her if she needed help but she was on her phone. Well my daughter was only on her phone because she was texting me because not a single person helped her. They said nothing to her like they claim. Total lies. If this is the kind of service we're now getting I won't be coming back and it's a shame that the owner doesn't take more pride in their shop.

I also asked her what she thought of the mango sago drink and I doubt she's ever tried it by what she even said. Anywho. That's what I ordered. The mango sago drink and my husband ordered a basic taro slush. Both pretty basic drinks. There was no wow factor in either.

I ordered the Aussie iced latte with oat milk, which comes with ice cream. But then my honest, friendly waitress pulls up with freshly made brown butter syrup like she's presenting a plot twist. I tasted the latte before and after because someone else brought it out but listen...that syrup changed the whole personality of the drank!. It went from "oh ok"' to "bihhhh, I'll be back for you." I grabbed a side of pancakes and bacon because I asked my honest waitress about a dish and she quickly gave me her honest opinion which I took. The basic dish was nothing groundbreaking, but also nothing tragic. Honestly, if someone messed up pancakes and bacon, I'd have to call the authorities. With tax and tip, I walked out a little over $20 lighter. These days, that's basically the going rate for breathing in a restaurant, so I wasn't shocked. Overall, service was solid once I sat down from the waitress to the either mgmt or owner that helped her out (I went on a Saturday morning). But that latte? That latte is the reason I'd return. The vibe is modern and stylish--very "cute," as my wife would say. We were seated right away, and the staff were kind and accommodating throughout our visit. To start, I ordered the Bondi Blue Protein Smoothie while my wife went with the Laird Latte--both were easily 10/10. The kids had orange juice that tasted like it had been freshly squeezed right at the table. For breakfast, my wife chose the Sunshine Burrito, and I had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant (with extra chipotle mayo on the side). The kids shared the blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. My wife mentioned the burrito could have used a bit more seasoning, but overall the food was a solid 9/10. I especially loved my croissant, and the kids were big fans of the pancakes. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot, and I'm already planning to bring the extended family back to try it.
