The food here is really good! Service was kind and answered all our questions, the wait wasn't terrible and they provide a cart of condiments at each table, which is a plus for me because I love sriracha and chili oil. The dumplings appetizer was fantastic, perfect crunch and texture and the filling paired well with the sauce. The beef with broccoli was also really good, the beef was super tender and the sauce was tasty. I do wish it came with more sweet and sour chicken, but it comes as a side so that's not a criticism, you could literally order its own plate. My wife and I shared this combo and between this and the dumplings it was almost too much. The Thai red curry was spicier than I expected, so if you like spicy this one for you! Good flavor and super saucy. The tofu with vegetables was pretty good, I wish the sauce had more flavor, but I'm happy to be generous with the provided condiments. I didn't try the spring rolls but my kids did, they were cooked perfectly with a nice crunch. But yesterday I branched out and went for Honey Walnut Chicken. Knee-buckling delicious and, again, generous. My Szechuan chicken, however, was excellent suitably spicy and very tender and a plentiful portion, even for a lunch special. The fried rice was nothing special, but it certainly was not bad. However, the eggroll was atrocious, it was freezer burnt and tasted old. This is probably the closest thing to authentic Chinese food in the area so I give them props for that, but they really should work on the consistency with their food service with keeping their food fresh. Very rarely give 5 star reviews, but little restaurant was amazing. The best WonTon soup we have tasted and were afraid of the cloudy color. It was loaded with favorite!. Sesame Oil, Ginger, Green Onions and the WonTon were fabulous. I did a drop of Soy Sauce. Perfect. The Eggplant was superior and took me back my to my Asia days of traveling. Chili Flakes and flavor delightful. I will reorder those two items next visit. Hubs have Honey Walnut Chicken. The Fusion was wonderful but, he prefers it stir fried over fried. It was a beautiful plate, however. We both split an order of Crab Puffs and they were pretty good and well filled with cream cheese and imitation crab. Pricing was $$. Worth it? I chose the Kung Pao meal with beef chicken and shrimp. As a combo it came with fried rice, an egg roll, and sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice need some extra oomph but still good. My favorite place in Conroe for a quick bite! I've been here a handful of times and they've never disappointed. I usually enjoy getting the popcorn chicken for a snack or the orange chicken with steamed rice if I'm a little more hungry. Their tea is pretty decent as well. Why 5 stars? Because this was our first great Chinese food experience in the area. --- --- --- We moved to the area a few months ago and I believe this was the first restaurant we've been to that's opened since we got here. We're making our way through all of the top-rated spots in Montgomery, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Spring, etc, but when we saw that Fuya opened with such strong reviews, we were excited to check it out. I was very tempted to get something a bit different, but I opted to be boring and get the beef lo mein. I'm glad I went this route because it was awesome. I devoured it so quickly because every bite of it was perfect. And the best part was that I didn't feel like I just ate a million carbs afterward (even though I did). My wife's experience was not as great, as she opted for sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. She pointed out that the chicken was incredibly salty, and while I didn't notice after trying a couple bites, I did notice after several more. And she felt "gross" the rest of the night and even into the next day. While I felt great after eating mine, the stuffed food coma kicked in after chowing down on her leftovers. But that aside, I ordered a Peach Blossom with Mango Jelly and it was amazing. There was so many little jelly's on the bottom that it took me several minutes to suck them all up after the drink itself was gone. So while we'll skip on the sweet and sour chicken next time, the beef lo mein and boba was so great that we'll definitely be back again - probably many times. read more

Definitely worth the trip! I read good reviews, so I tried it today. I must say the food was really good for lunch. We ordered an order of sticky ribs, Mongolian beef lunch special and General Taos. The lunch special was a great deal, you got soup, egg roll, fried rice and entree for 8.95. I had the hot & sour which was fantastic and Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian beef was tender and spicy and the egg roll was delicious. My husband ordered the wonton soup and the General Taos. That was the best General Taos I've tasted in a long time.
