Service was kind and answered all our questions, the wait wasn't terrible and they provide a cart of condiments at each table, which is a plus for me because I love sriracha and chili oil. The beef with broccoli was also really good, the beef was super tender and the sauce was tasty. I do wish it came with more sweet and sour chicken, but it comes as a side so that's not a criticism, you could literally order its own plate. My wife and I shared this combo and between this and the dumplings it was almost too much. The Thai red curry was spicier than I expected, so if you like spicy this one for you! But yesterday I branched out and went for Honey Walnut Chicken. Knee-buckling delicious and, again, generous. However, the eggroll was atrocious, it was freezer burnt and tasted old. This is probably the closest thing to authentic Chinese food in the area so I give them props for that, but they really should work on the consistency with their food service with keeping their food fresh. Why 5 stars? Because this was our first great Chinese food experience in the area. --- --- --- We moved to the area a few months ago and I believe this was the first restaurant we've been to that's opened since we got here. We're making our way through all of the top-rated spots in Montgomery, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Spring, etc, but when we saw that Fuya opened with such strong reviews, we were excited to check it out. I was very tempted to get something a bit different, but I opted to be boring and get the beef lo mein. I'm glad I went this route because it was awesome. I devoured it so quickly because every bite of it was perfect. And the best part was that I didn't feel like I just ate a million carbs afterward (even though I did). My wife's experience was not as great, as she opted for sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. She pointed out that the chicken was incredibly salty, and while I didn't notice after trying a couple bites, I did notice after several more. And she felt "gross" the rest of the night and even into the next day. While I felt great after eating mine, the stuffed food coma kicked in after chowing down on her leftovers. But that aside, I ordered a Peach Blossom with Mango Jelly and it was amazing. There was so many little jelly's on the bottom that it took me several minutes to suck them all up after the drink itself was gone.
