We love Jade Garden, tons of food for the price. I can eat and I always end up with two meals from this place. Delicious and fast, right outside the neighborhood so pick up is a breeze. Great Chinese food. read more

Just did another of many large orders for my family's Sunday dinner. Jade Garden is consistently excellent in both service and, especially, in the quality of food. The Chef's Orange Chicken is a favorite amongst the kids, and everything else is always delicious and hot. The restaurant, itself, is clean and inviting in a strip-center Chinese restaurant way... but I do appreciate and emphasize *clean*, which is another reason we are loyal, repeat patrons. read more

I went to this restaurant with my friends on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty except for people waiting for takeout. The restaurant was pretty nice, but we just got takeout and didn't stay long. The front desk staff was nice. The food was ok. I was disappointed by the sweet and sour chicken, i was hoping it would be more than fried chicken pieces + sauce in a container. The gyoza was a little chewy as well. Overall, i probably wouldn't go here again read more

Fresh vegetables, delicious chicken, great sauces, served by friendly waiters. Beware of the hot mustard! My wife loves it and offers me some every visit. This stuff is ok to look at but be careful to only use a little unless you have an asbestos mouth like my wife, I tried some thinking I eat habanero peppers like candy so what can this do to me? 5 glasses of water, 2 Diet Coke's later with some screaming taught me a valuable lesson. My wife is tougher than she looks. read more

We placed a carry out order. It was filled quickly and correctly. The egg rolls were generously filled with meat and crispy. The crab puffs were delicious and crispy as well. Our chicken lo mein seemed a little bland and light on the chicken. read more

This should be 5 Stars if you based it only on flavor. We had the string bean chicken, Mongolian beef, chicken lo mien, fried rice, steamed rice, and the veggie spring rolls (fried). All were great. The brown sauce in the Mongolian is amazing. Even the plain steamed rice was good, not over cooked. Definitely going back. The problem here was the wait time. And I get the pandemic, and it being a Friday night. But they said 20-25 min. Showed up 20 min later, told ten more minutes....35 minutes later food finally came out. Asked four other people who got food before ours and all said they order 20-25 min previously. 60 min from order to take out being ready. Food was hot and fresh so it wasn't sitting there but still...be more accurate in times. read more

The orange chicken is a must try!! It is the best orange chicken I have ever had. Service was good. We will definitely return!

Never disappointed. Fast friendly service and the food is tasty. Combination lo mein minus shrimp, add pork. Delicious cold in the morning. Husband loves the chicken fried rice and gets the sesame chicken sauce on the side so he can crisp it up in the air fryer. Best wonton soup around. read more

One of the best places for Chinese in the area. My go to restaurant when the need hits. Delivery is fast and very courteous. The spring rolls are delicious, like plenty of crunch inside and out. The regular egg rolls are big & have a nice pepper kick to them. Beef w/Broccoli is some of the best I've tasted. Very tender, sauce is perfectly flavorful and broccoli was the right amount of crispy. Sweet & Sour Chicken was perfectly cooked and the batter has a nice sweet flavor. The sauce is yummy too. The Singapore special noodles are my favorite tho, simple but still super complex with the spice and curry. They also are good about cutting down the heat when requested, other places go crazy with it no matter what. read more

Jade Garden is a fairly typical "Americanized" Chinese restaurant. That being said they have a good selection of options to choose from. The appetizer section of the menu offers a choice between spring rolls and egg rolls which is nice since it's becoming the norm to get only one or the other. They also offer the soft summer rolls. They even have shrimp toast which used to be ubiquitous at Chinese restaurants when I was growing up but now seems to have all but disappeared. At least in my experience the food has always been hot and fresh. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. Lunch combinations consisting of an entree, choice of soup, and a spring roll, crab rangoon and fried rice are available daily until 3pm for $8 - $9. Free delivery is available with a $15 minimum. Delivery has always been very prompt and in my 4 years as a customer I have yet to receive an order that was incorrect. An excellent choice for above average Chinese food at a very reasonable price. read more

Get em on a good day, and their dumplings and soups are hard to beat. Also, their delivery times are ridiculously fast and friendly.

We have been coming here for years. No Chinese food compares, they are always my favorite!!! The owners and family are amazing and kind people. There is never a wait, likely because it is a hole in the wall. People can have their Panda, this is WAY BETTER!!!! Orange Chicken forever. read more

To be honest food was on point, and the service was nice since I was the only one there with a friend, but the only problem was when I had to pay, I was short on cash so I had the items carefully selected for the price, my total was 31$ that was perfect but they added a 9.75$ for no reason and I couldn't get out of it I was planning on leaving a tip of course but after that I'm sure they got enough out of me read more

The egg rolls were good. You can tell they don't get a lot of business. The tea was sour. The food was not that great. It's nothing like the food you get at a Chinese buffet. We tried it but won't be going back. read more

Singapore noodles, my favorite, were excellent! Even better the next day. Nice curry flavor.

We had a family dinner at this restaurant the other night. It's pretty standard American Chinese food, but well-executed for the most part. The beef and chicken dishes were tender and had flavor as expected. Service was well above average, the waitress was very attentive and refilled our drinks several times. The high point for me was shrimp toast. Done well this is an excellent starter and takes advantage of the region's fresh shrimp. This wasn't the best I have had but it was close enough. The other appetizers were just OK. The spring rolls were somewhat greasy. They have something called a curly wonton, which is actually not curly at all--it's quite flat. It's filled with some kind of ground beef that got a mixed reception. The crabmeat rangoons were just as expected. The tofu was kind of disappointing, rather chewy with an unpleasant texture. If you are looking for a Chinese fix, you could do way worse than this. The interior is pretty standard and inoffensive, but has decoration to rest the eyes on. The bathroom was clean and ready to go on my visit. I gave it a 3.6 and rounded up. read more

We ate in here for our first go around with Texas Chinese and went away satisfied. We realized as soon as we walked in that they mostly do a take out and delivery business since we were the only ones there pretty much the whole time. Eating in was lovely though as we snacked on wonton chips with duck sauce and enjoyed a gorgeous Pu Pu platter presentation. The egg drop soup was really good especially when you added said wonton chips to it. The fried wontons on the Pu Pu platter were definitely Texas sized as were the portion sizes and prices were very reasonable. Service could've been a bit more sweet but it was efficient. We had sesame chicken for our main course and it was meaty and perfectly fried. The sauce was delicate and not overbearing. Every thing came to us hot and fresh. A great experience. Will try delivery sometime since they are very close to us but really enjoyed our dine in experience! read more

I had their spring rolls and they were just just piss poor and the peanut sauce it's just terrible. I had their chicken lettuce wraps there was just no flavor to the minced chicken stuffing it was like it was all just cut up so small with just no flavor at all.Their spare ribs I would probably say that it was the sauce that I didn't like him I didn't like the smell. But the ribs were nice size they were thick. Staff was friendly cordial and timely. I just wouldn't go back again read more

Everything was delicious! The pepper steak was so flavorful the cream cheese Rangoon's were to die for and the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice!!! Omg amazing will be back soon read more

We have been eating at Jade Garden for over 8 years . Excellent and fast delivery . Great staff ! Food is the Best !

It took me 8 years to find great Chinese food here in Texas. Coming from New York nothing compared until i found Jade Garden!! Good portions. Amazing flavor. Real pork fried rice. Tender juicy chicken. Awesome egg rolls. I could go on. It's now our go to for Chinese food that's similar to home. Restaurant is clean with fast friendly service. read more

This is just an average suburban Chinese restaurant serving average overly Americanized Chinese food. They're not even trying here. The fried rice only has egg - no veggies and tasted like it was reheated. The fried egg roll and wonton are just the standard frozen variety thrown in a fryer. The General Tso chicken is just chicken tenders with a sauce straight from the jar. Lunch portion with drink will set you back $11.57 for most items. Service is good. If I was high I might have enjoyed it more. read more

Literally downloaded Yelp and made an account to write this review. 8:30 pm and everything tasted fresh and like it wasn't just 'the last bit of rice before they close out'. We got egg rolls (the best we have ever had, full of flavor, crispy on the outside, full of deliciousness), the fried rice was perfect, not mushy, or oily, or sticky or salty just perfect fried rice to complement the hero of the night the orange chicken. Not like the orange chicken we have grown accustomed dripping is sugar sauce, to it was a perfect balance between sweet and a little bit of spice. Not a single bad piece in the bunch and I loved that I got the clear orange chicken flavor without feeling weighed down in sugar. The spring rolls were just average. No dining in because of COVID but the staff were fast, friendly and even ran the order out to the car when it was ready so we didn't have to come inside. read more

This is our go to, for delivery Chinese. We have been using Jade Garden since it opened and I have never rated it. They are alway quick, the food is consistently good, and it has always been hot. We have our favorites but have tried several items. The curry , the lo main, fried rice, sesame chicken, curry fried wontons. All of it is very good. read more

Have to put this review in here because of the low scoring idiots. It's Chinese food. They deliver. The people are nice. The food is delicious. Hey dummies...IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ORDERING, ASK OR DON'T ORDER IT, STUPID. Hate to have to pull the NYC card, but compared to usual delivery there, it's awesome. read more

Tried this place for the first time as delivery. Food was hot and came fast BUT the fried rice and white rice was so dry. The tofu and fried rice had way too much soy sauce to the point that I had to blot it out of the tofu. Tofu was also over cooked. Just want to point out that adding a ton of soy sauce to something will not make it a Chinese dish. Ugh. Order also came with extra packets of soy sauce as if I wanted to add even more. read more

Pretty much average Chinese food. Haven't found anything really special in a dish here yet, but haven't found anything terrible either. Every thing does seem fresh, I just don't get real excited about this type of food period. Friendly family is running the place, so that's part of the appeal for me. The egg drop soup with chicken is really nice. Rich and velvety soup. The Lo Mien is also pretty good. They have several Tai curry dishes that I haven't tried yet. It's convenient to the office and decent enough to have me coming in from time to time. read more

3 stars because the last time we ordered from here the shrimp was cold and under cooked. the rice was hard and the sweet and sour chicken was mushy and disgusting. Tossed it all in the garbage after the first bite! Wasted money. Not sure what was going on that day. It is usually pretty darn good . read more

Funny previous review talks about the chef special beef. My wife loves it, but I am not that big of a fan. It's deep fried. Little too crispy for my taste. We ordered special wonton soup for two. Big soup with lots of veggies. Almost too much veg. Soft drink comes in can so no refills. Big minus. I believe they are Cantonese style as it's dry rather than saucy dishes read more
