The space is otherwise pretty traditional (apart from the game machines), and the vibe is exactly as you'd expect. On this particular day it looked liked there was one lone employee behind the counter. This meant everyone was to order at one of the various kiosks. I waited my turn for a good 4-5 minutes without realizing there was another unoccupied kiosk to my right. Whoops, wish there was someone there to tell me. The selection here is vast, not Cheesecake Factory menu vast, but it may come close including the level of customization. There are so many options, that it is helpful to have an employee to bounce questions off of. It's easy to make mistakes, and honestly, I think that's exactly what I did. I ordered a fruit tea off of the menu, and added a few items that I thought were complimentary...they were not.
