Came in at 7:30pm so 30 min before closing time because you get that boba craving you know? Totally missed the grand opening, but I work at the hospital nearby so it's an easy drive. I think the location is great that area of Conroe is up and coming for sure! Got the mango passion fruit green tea with boba and the Okinawa roasted milk tea with boba Each about $6! WOW. Boba quality some of the best I had and I go to bellarie monthly for my boba fix, share tea and kung fu tea don't compare. The teas were delicious and it hit the spot. I aim to come back and make this happy lemon location my go-to from now on!

Just moved back to Houston from the PNW and I couldn't find good bubble waffles anywhere. So I'm very happy happy lemon opened a location here. The waffles here were perfectly warm and crispy. I got salted cheese to dip it in too. The salted cheese here was also perfectly balanced with salty sweetness. I even got my drink (dragon fruit lychee juice w/ salted cheese) with extra salted cheese cause it's so good. Overall the place is very new but they seem to have a good system down. I got my items pretty quickly.

Original bubble waffle. Make sure you get try with a side of puff or taro cream

This store completes my weekend! I can go to Costco for lunch, H‑E‑B for groceries, and boba milk tea for dessert! Went here for their grand opening in the Woodlands/Conroe area. I'm SO happy we finally have a great milk tea shop up North. No more having to drive to Bellaire or Katy for Happy Lemon. My personal favorites are the classic A8 milk tea with salted cheese (50% cheese) and Mango Matcha. Don't let the cheese name scare you, it's similar to Starbucks cold foam and Dutch Bros soft top but with better taste/texture. The bubble waffle was crispy and warm on the outside and airy on the inside. Paired great with their puff cream on the side. Customer service was fabulous. Lots of action for opening weekend because of their BOGO deal. Good price for great drinks. Feels like a great local establishment. Will be coming back frequently!

Yay finally a good bubble te shop! So thrilled that Happy Lemon opened up in the Woodlands area. My go to drink is the strawberry shortcake with salted cheese. Make sure to add an order of bubble waffle along with puff cream, you won't be disappointed.

I had no idea a restaurant was attached to this place. If I had time, I would've dined in before taking the 30 minute drive back home. Many customers were coming in and out. I should note parking in the area is A PAIN!!! After circling the lot twice i managed to bully my way into a front row spot. I love the touchscreen ordering system. Price range for teas are $4.45-$7.95. Tbaar offers a variety of teas to choose from in a medium and a large. We ordered two milk teas with Boba. I had the Taro milk tea, she had the brown sugar milk tea. Our order was ready in minutes - btw the cups are sturdy. I would definitely reuse them. I definitely look forward to coming back here again. I'd like to try the Ramen restaurant next-door.

This pocket shop is attached to the beautiful Kyuramen which means two things. First, seating is minimal. Second, it's a great spot to wait out traffic, get some work done, explore, and recharge your electric car (if that's your jam). I ordered the lychee lime fruit tea with lychee jelly and it was delightful. The jelly was fresh, sweet, and buoyant, the flavors bright without being overly acidic. I tried 50%, but in the future I'll order 25% or even 0% sweet since the jelly is sweet enough. It maybe my controversial opinion but lychee lime beats lychee lemon, all day, everyday. I'm excited to return to try their other flavors.

As a person who loves boba tea, I don't pass up on any opportunities to try new spots. Went to…read moredinner and saw this place, so decided to give it a try. I got the Thai milk tea with coffee jelly. I forgot to ask for less sweetener because it was extremely sweet. The coffee jelly was good. Note, sinkers are extra costs. My hubby got the coconut milk tea with black boba. He said it had a bit of an aftertaste, and the boba was not as soft. We also tried to pandan waffle with coconut flakes. That was the best. Highly recommend. It was delicious. I'll be back just for that. Service was quick and friendly. They have ample seating and games to play. Parking is sufficient surface parking.

I arrived during a storm, so I'll chalk it up to that. Anyways, it was interesting to see a few Korean inspirations on the menu like bulgogi kimchi fries, and a bulgogi banh mi. I personally was craving a fried treat, so I gave their crab puffs a go, which arrived to me freshly fried, and the perfect size for 1-2 folks. I also grabbed a chicken banh mi, which comes with butter, cucumber, carrot, and cilantro. The onion and no jalapeño slice were a surprise to me, but the sandwich was warm, toasty, and comforting. The chicken was well seasoned, and plentiful (I had to do a jaw stretch (Guy Fieri style) to capture everything in one bite). I'd certainly order it again. Next time, I'll cross my fingers for a friendly greeting, I'm eager to try the pandan waffle and homemade flan.
