I wanted tapioca BALLS, usually licorice flavored and CHEWY. The 'jelly' in my drink was thick, soft strands, very soft and mushy, not chewable. Texture is a significant experience in one of these unique drinks, entirely lacking in mine. I will never order another drink with 'jelly' again. If the more chewable tapioca balls are available, I need to see it on the menu. I did not see it or know it was available. I thought 'jelly' was simply a different shape of tapioca with body equal to that of the tapioca balls I have had in all my previous drinks. It is not.
