Oh, Dutch Bros. Bro, do I have a story for you, LOL! My sister is a HUGE fan, having been a fan from the Central Valley in California. When DB decided to move out to Texas, she was thrilled, and I once brought her drinks from this Houston location all the way to Austin because they've been slow in developing their location out there, haha. My Dad was curious about my sister's infatuation with this drive-thru only coffee shop, so we decided to go together this morning so he could experience it for himself. There wasn't a crowd, but we did lose our spot in line thinking we had to form two lines. A truck cut in front of us, making my Dad irritated. We decided to split a simple 16oz latte with coconut milk, which took some time to order, between the lady taking our order wearing a mask and my Dad being unable to hear her because of the mask. Out order was simple enough, but when we rolled up to the window, I knew what was our fate---THE AWKWARD SMALL TALK! I honestly feel so sorry for the employees who are "forced" to do so, only because customers like us can be extremely awkward. Somehow a question about our plans for the day turned into us hearing about the employee's major golf accident, lol. When our drink was ready, my Dad asked for an extra, small cup, and someone commented "But they ordered a medium?!" and someone replied "They're gonna split it", omg that's what had me cracking up. The staff is friendly and great here. I got a nice story to share out of it, but maybe we can cut back on the small talk as a whole, and let everyone relax and not feel pressure to talk. He asked several questions to inquire what I like and what I order at other establishments. I ended up going with one of his suggestions "the kicker". I really loved it. I loved it so much I came back the next day. That time I ordered his other suggestion the "annihilator". I loved it even better than the kicker. Coffee is ok but service was slow. My biggest issue with Dutch Bros Coffee is the lid on their cup. It may sound trivial but it's got this nipple like thing to drink from. It's really like an adult sippy cup. It's weird enough that I won't go back. read more

This place is so cool! The vibes were welcoming as well as the employees there. It was my very first time trying Dutch Bros, and I truly felt cared about. Looking at the menu I was unsure of what to get, but the employees there helped me decide and even waited for me to try it first before taking off. That part was really cool. No coffee shop I've ever been to has given me the chance to taste it first to see if I liked it. They offered to recommend and make me another drink if I didn't like the one I ordered. But I loved the one I got. Like I said, this place is great, the employees are great and the prices were not bad at all compared to other well known coffee shops...if you know what I mean. My new all time favorite place to go to now. I wish and hope that a Dutch Bros opens up closer to where I live so I don't have to travel 25 minutes. read more

This place is so close to my house and I had no idea!! I don't drink coffee very much but The guy in the little window was so helpful in guiding my friend and I to which drinks we might like based on our preferences elsewhere. I prefer sweet coffee drinks, so the nice guy suggested a caramel mocha hot coffee and I had it with extra caramel. My friend got a nitro cold brew with the mocha milk. The nice working man made sure we enjoyed the drinks before we left and insisted if there was something he could do to make it better he would!! They were so good. After getting tired of paying high prices at Starbucks with lackluster service I decided to try someplace new. The coffee at Dutch Brothers is rich and delicious. I'm not sure if I come here for the coffee or for the broistas. I'll be honest, the first time i went to Dutch Bros was because I saw it on tiktok where people would drive an hour for it. And I was like really? Then I went back a second time. And I was hooked. I get it. It's not just that the coffee is great, and the selection is incredible, it's the people. As many times as I have gone to the coffee place that shall not be named that is very close to home, they never know who I am. After coming to Dutch bros twice in a week, they knew my name, my drink order, my dogs name - everything. I try to make this a weekend treat, but the interaction with the staff here always brightens my day. When I wake up in a bad mood or tired or need an emotional boost, I load up the dog and we head to Dutch bros. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Since it was my first visit, I did not realize the employee came outside to take the order. I went around 4:30 in the afternoon and was the 3rd person in line. I received great service and will definitely return. My drink was very good and reminded me of the Blackout at Black Rock Coffee. The soft top is a fluffy top on the coffee which adds to the delicious flavor. So glad I finally tried DB and I definitely will return. read more

I came here to try their caramel pumpkin brûlée coffee and it literally tasted like just straight coffee. No caramel, no pumpkin, no crème brûlée. It was super disappointing because seeing the name you would expect a blast of flavors. But nope. Just coffee. Lol stick to Starbucks! read more

Ok my elite and coffee lovers, so my sister in law brought me here the other night like 9 pm lol and we got some coffee.. first off I was shocked how cook and simple their menu was but their open til 11pm!!!! Man their coffee is so yummy and service was super awesome, everyone was very nice and just super smooth. This morning ya girl and baby were craving some delicious chai, although it was sprinkling there was a girl named Kennedy outside taking orders, just the fact that she's out there helping to push this line I'm very thankful, very nice very sweet and definitely great service. They also allow you to adjust milk options which for me is important as I personally don't drink regular milk. As I arrived to the window I was greeted by Megan and again super cool and really nice people. I love the service, I love coffee shops so if I can press you to come check this place out then I will because their service was awesome, staff is super nice and all smiles which is valuable to anyone! Also if your wondering about my chai... well it was definitely spot on, large iced chai with oat milk (AMAZING)!!!
