Okay sooo... today was actually the first time I wasn't quite as pleased with my order as I usually am. For context, I am a *creature of habit*. Ever since about my second visit, I've been ordering the exact same drink: a medium Cookie Butter Blondie with caramel and sweet cream foam. It's my drink. In fact, at most locations, as soon as I say "Cookie Butter," they're already finishing the rest of my order for me. I absolutely love that level of familiarity. Today's visit felt a little different though. My drink usually comes out *close-up ready* if you know what I mean. The caramel is giving, the foam is foaming, and everything looks as good as it tastes. This time, that vibe just wasn't there. Service was a bit slower than I'm accustomed to, and when I got my drinks (yes, drinks lol my spouse happened to be heading into work later, so I was bringing a surprise), I was hesitant to ask for a remake. The biggest difference was the caramel and sweet cream foam. I typically ask for extra caramel, and the amount in the cup was noticeably lighter than what I've received on previous visits. The foam was also much thinner than usual. Those two things are honestly what make the drink for me, so the flavor wasn't quite hitting the same way. That being said, one reason I'm not overly upset is because this has *not* been my typical experience. I've ordered this same drink more times than I can count, and it's usually made perfectly. That's exactly why I keep coming back. So I'm chalking this one up as a one-off. Will I be back? Absolutely. For one, I still have money on my gift card. And two, 7 Brew has officially won me over. No shade to Starbucks I spent plenty of years faithfully redeeming stars over there, but somewhere along the way 7Brew became my go-to. Every favorite spot is allowed an off day. I'm betting my next Cookie Butter Blondie will be back to its usual star-player status. read more

I waited in line for a hour, the employee said the brewdohs were gone hours before. That's fine, not sure why they were so backed up but they were super inefficient. Also the employees were playing with their brewdohs while cars were trying to pay and get their drinks and leave. read more

This was my first visit to a 7 brew, so I was excited! Staff was really sweet. I typically get energy drinks from competitor places so I figured I would try theirs. I wasn't impressed, sadly. It tasted watered down and no carbonation whatsoever. I guess I'll stick to their coffee next time. read more

I've been to 7 brew multiple times and although I don't try different drinks each time like I do with most places, I have liked most everything I've got from here. I seem to go for the Blondie over everything else because I get sick of cinnamon quickly and I don't like mocha drinks and with the Blondies vanilla and caramel flavors, it seems to be a sure bet for me in the morning, when I'm not in the mood to be adventurous. They also do decaf and sugar free, just like I like. Suffiyan, my awesome drink handler for today, wrote happy birthday on my cup and had my drink out in a jiffy, which the team of course worked together to make happen. I really love when people go above and beyond for birthdays, so I really appreciate them writing happy birthday on my cup, and the great service that I've had each time. I feel like I could just go through the drive through and feel awake because of the loud music and how upbeat all of the employees seem to be. I probably wouldn't even need to get a drink. On that note, I will say that a lot of times when I drink the drink, it is about 4 sips before it's pretty much just a cup full of ice, so if you want more than 4 sips, make sure you ask for light ice. I seem to forget that often. It's actually more of a hassle for me to come here than dutch bros and starbucks, but I seem to be favoring the taste and service from this location. I visited this location on Friday, and they served me a drink in a cup that had a crack in it. Since I was on my way to work, I didn't have time to return to address the issue. I tried calling on Friday, but I reached a corporate number, so I didn't think much of it until today. On my way to work, I decided to return with the broken cup, but the manager responded, "It's been three days; there's not much I can do." Excuse me? It seemed like you didn't believe me. I feel it's important for others to know what kind of establishment you are running, so I'm sharing my experience. I work hard for my money, and I'd rather spend it elsewhere! I had a sweet tooth this morning, so I stopped in for a refreshing salted caramel white chocolate mocha with coconut milk. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but this hit the spot! It was sweet, smooth, and rich! They're super efficient, and this drink had the right amount of sweetness for my liking. I love the 2 lane drive way and QC code menu option. We are in Auatin area so we don't have 7 brew but we have been watching Ryan Trahan's 50 states in 50 days. He has not stopped raving about how good the coffee is. The line moved quick, the staff was super helpful for it being our first time there and they even have stickers for 1$. Every employee we met had a smile on their face and looked as if they were enjoying working there. One was even doing karate as we were driving up. Love that. The coffee was coffee. Wasn't anything to get excited about, in my opinion, but just because they donated to Saint Jude and have been supporting the series we will always stop at a 7 brews location. read more

I really like the coffee at this place. And I really like that they have almost everything available sugar free, however I've had a couple of not so warm experiences. While the employees don't need to be extra friendly it would be nice to at least have them repeat my order before paying. I always want to make sure they hear me when I ask for my sugar free drink. I thought repeating the order back to the customer to ensure accuracy is customer service 101. read more

The workers are the SWEETEST! The coffee is great - my favorite is the Brunette with 1/4 sweetness. When I don't want coffee, I usually get a black mamba - which has blue raspberry, a 7 brew energy drink...and I believe strawberry ? Double check that ha! Another coffee place in my radius and I AM HERE FOR IT!! It was National Coffee Day yesterday and I was so happy that this place got to have their soft opening on the perfect day to do it! And that I was able to get a free coffee because of it on said day to celebrate! That having been said, my son and I pulled up after school and he was also able to get a free drink... he chose a blue raspberry and watermelon flavored water and I got a flavor that Dutch Bros discontinued (the Cinnamon Roll which has brown sugar cinnamon syrup and white chocolate sauce) since this establishment seems quite similar... and it was! From the way the drive thru is set up, from the way they take your order, to the music blaring, and the default breve milk. I noticed little difference in the flavor other than I feel Dutch Bros has slightly better beans... it was overly creamy and overly sweet so if you enjoy that you will love it! They basically have everything DB has and some extra syrups and sugar free options that DB doesn't ... definitely feels like someone who worked there decided to open up their own. Sodas, teas, cocoas, chillers ... if you are familiar with the DB menu you will be right at home here. I am unsure of the prices because I got it free and didn't see them listed anywhere but if it is cheaper I would switch... if not, I would probably stick with Dutch Bros. The perfect sweet coffee! I love all kinds of coffee from bitter to sweet and what I choose just depends on my mood. Wanted a sweet coffee this morning so ordered the Blondie and it didn't disappoint. Very flavorful and not overly sweet to give me a headache. The entire staff was also very personable and helpful! Yet another coffee chain! There 7 brews all over the country, but this is the first one in the Houston metro area. I stopped in to give them a try on my way to the game the other day. I got the Triple 7, which is their Smooth 7 (coffee with Irish cream and chocolate) made with espresso instead of coffee. So 6 + espresso shots depending on what size you get (small, medium, large--understandable sizes!). The Smooth 7 would probably be too sweet for me, but with the bitterness of the espresso it tasted quite good. And of course a serious caffeine hit. Like Dutch Brothers and Scooter's, there's no seating, it's just a drive through. Like Dutch Brothers, the waitstaff come out and take your order in person rather than talk through a speaker, which I like. Unlike either of those there's no food on offer--if you want to chew on something go elsewhere. They do have smoothies and milkshakes, as well as tea and energy drinks. Do we really need another coffee chain? Hard to say. I give it 5 stars because I have no reason not to. Service was fast and friendly as promised. No ambiance to speak of, as promised (though they might be playing music sometimes?). read more

The 7 Brew in Copperfield had an issue with their parking lot that caused some minor damage to one of our cars. I spoke with David, VP of Operations and he quickly fixed the parking lot issue and paid for the damage to our car. Tried this place out for the first time last month. Absolutely awesome. Their matcha latte, iced, with a little bit of lavender is outstanding. The staff is always so kind & so welcoming.
