It is a shame that our experience was spoiled by the kitchen staff, but if the kitchen is the heartbeat of the restaurant, the Spring Broken Yolk needs a heart check. I understand that rushes happen, I have worked in a kitchen myself, but then the management needs to step up and come to the table and address it.
