My biggest complaint with this place is how the employee slide in asking if any tip be add to the final total price. Well, my bet is most will opt for tip not wanting to feel guilty. This business is pure drive through so what exactly are we suppose to tip them for. The taking order??? The alternative should be place the terminal to the customer and let the customer chose what if any tip should be add. read more

Really good coffee... I had the Golden Eagle with extra caramel drizzle and caramel on the cup it was good. Plus I need a break from Starbucks aka Tik Tok coffee. The employees are nice and held a conversation while they were making my coffee which was cool. Will definitely be back. read more

Dutch Bros is pretty good! You get a lot of coffee per dollar which is nice. The flavored coffee is pretty strong, so make sure you like the flavors you order. The blended beverages have a lot more strength; they're very good. I got a pink straw (those who know know) so I'm happy. I recommend the 911, the Annihilator, and the Kicker. Also, the first Wednesday of every month you get a sticker. The staff are really friendly, as well. read more

New to the scene, the excitement is palatable. Finally rolled up to see what it was all about and to treat my favorite hairdresser. First, they have to work out the traffic pattern, two lanes in with orders taken but then convergence at one window where traffic backs up as served customers try to figure out how to navigate the neighboring Freddy's parking lot to exit. Poor design. The drinks fare much better with many customization options. Chock full of sugar and calories, this is not for the faint of heart. My first drink was the double torture full of espresso and vanilla mocha. I ordered a double Dutch cocoa for my friend. The drinks were good and their are plenty of cold and frozen options too. Oh my was I excited to try this place. I am Starbucks sick and in need of some new coffee options. The way people were hyping it up, maybe my expectations were too high. There are other locations that are supposed to be opening up that are way closer to me but I just couldn't wait and made the almost 30 minute trek out to see what Dutch Bros had in store for me. I was savvy enough to check out these Yelp reviews first and because of the awesome Yelper who posted the text club pic was able to get my first ever Dutch drink free. Sorry to say I was glad I did not pay for it. It was a 911 freeze and my first thought as they handed it to me was that it was very watery for a blended drink but then I let it go since there are six shots in there so I chalked it up to that. One sip and I almost had to spit it out. It was WAAAAYYYYY too sweet. Like coffee flavored soda or snow cone sweet. I couldn't taste much of the espresso at all just sugar. I was so so bummed that I probably ordered the wrong thing even though everyone raves about the 911 and I figured with 6 shots how sweet could it be?? I will absolutely give them another chance and either ask for half sweet or maybe try one of their cold brew concoctions with no syrups? I am not sure but I was so sad and disappointed when I left. I know I could've gone back and asked them to remake but since I didn't pay for it I felt bad and also the line was super long. I fixed it when I got home by pouring in milk and a ton of cold brew. The staff was nice enough but made me feel like a was back in California and I wasn't sure if that was good or bad. Hipster vibe for days. The only thing that made it worth the drive was the granola bar which was hearty and delicious. I was planning on returning to this location several times before the ones near me opened up but after today's experience I will probably just wait and go to the closer ones. I also didn't like that you kinda have to be in the know as there are people coming up to your car asking for your order before you even see the posted menu. Worst experience ever. Will not return to this dutch bro any after this experience. Waited in the drive thru line & placed my order online in line 15 cars deep. Checked in w/ the broista - she said someone will bring our drink and muffin to us. We got to the front of our lane & a girl came out and walked up to us & told us oh because you ordered online you have to go back in the back of the current drive through line again & wait behind those orders too. We asked, so we were better off ordering through yall rather than making it easier and ordering online? She said yes that's our policy & our rules that we follow with our app orders. She wouldn't cancel my order so i had to get back in line to wait for my drink as i was not going to get my items nor my money if i left. I spent 48 minutes in total at this dutch bros & spent 20 minutes waiting to communicate this on the app because she told us "we can submit our feedback to customer service" When i got back in line the broista did not recognize us & then was shocked when we said we were sent back through AGAIN. The look on her face was like oh snap. Given she even told us they would bring our drinks out not send us around AGAIN. By the time we got to the window the guy at the window didn't even have our order. He had to ask us what we ordered - then finally found it. My drink was melted. Not only was this traumatizing, but this was time consuming, totally out of line and embarrassing. I hope this finds its way to management and will contact me about this situation. 8/6/21-I got a medium iced vanilla latte and an orange cranberry muffin top. $8.40. While the latte was larger than a grande from Starbucks, I don't think it tasted as good. The espresso taste needed to be stronger. I knew this was going to be an issue by the color of my drink. The milk did not seem as creamy. It was almost like it wasn't real milk, but some kind of substitute. I know that sounds weird. They are very limited on bakery items. I think 3 flavors of muffin tops and a granola bar are all they have. Mine had a good flavor but it was handed to me in a cellophane wrapper and was ice, ice cold. I prefer Starbucks bakery products and the way they heat them up. I can say that I tried the place, but I won't be back. read more

Normally I love Dutch Bros. and this has been my favorite location however tonight was just not a good experience. First we drive 45 minutes from town because this is closest to our house. Then tonight we waited in line for 29 minutes before getting to the window. At that point they tried to hand us the wrong drinks after verifying our order. Just not a good experience. DB got great coffee, its the orders that gets messed up half of the time. Its just simple preferences like lite ice, lite cream, sugar free or extra shot etc Id like to assume theyre in a hurry cause its always long lines when I order, the only time they get the order right is when its not busy. I understand the frenziness but small attention to details of order means a lot. I hope they get to read this review so they can improve this flaw. The brorista taking our order walked up to our car without saying anything and typing on her ipad just to look up impatienty, as if we missed our mark to order. Once we had paid she didn't turn the screen back at us for the tip, so either she clicked no tip or chose a tip herself... I asked for a small surprise Rebel with cream and didn't get any cream. Super friendly staff who want to help you explore their menu and are incredibly fast! Reasonably priced for their sizes and you can customize your drinks in really fun ways! Of the five different items I've ordered I highly recommend their Horchata Chai with Oatmilk and cinnamon nutmeg sprinkles and astronaut (green) tea! This morning I was on my way to work and stopped by at 5:00am, google shows that they open at 5am but I sat there until 5:07 and it didn't appear to be anyone inside.
