I really don't know where to start with this review. I will say I've been buying from various supplement stores for over a decade. Most stores are small, overpriced and lacking in customer service. TFSupplements changes the game completely. I shop at the Cypresswood/I-45 location and love it! By far the biggest supplement store I've been in. 9 times out of 10 they had the specific supplement I was looking for and when they didn't I was recommended an alternative that was even better than what I was taking before. I'm about move to a different area but I'm seriously considering commuting to TF when It's time to re-up. Don't be afraid to pick the employees brains. They seem to be VERY knowledgeable and in most cases can break down the ingredients to the respective supplements and what they do. By far the most amazing store to be apart of, the people, the atmosphere, and the knowledge. I know from working there in the past that everyone that works there is in the best interest of the customer. And our goals were never to just push a brand down someone's throat or to build a basket of 10 things that the customers aren't going to remember how to use or take once they leave the parking lot. We were trained to be genuine and to make sure to get the customers exactly what they are looking for. I miss working for TF and I miss the family that came with it. My first time walking in the store I was surprised by how big it was. Initially, I was a little overwhelmed by all the different brands and products they carry due to my limited knowledge of supplements and vitamins. That anxiety quickly went away when I was greeted by the very welcoming employee working on the floor. First off, this is the nicest looking supplement store I have ever walked into. It is huge, clean and really well organized. Second, Chris is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to provide details no one else can ever provide at other stores. I feel like they are usually more focused on selling a certain brand than they are selling something that actually meets my expectations. All around great experience and the prices are competitive. Love the honesty we get when we visit these guys. A friend of mine used to say, "if you want fluff, go pet a bunny" ... sort of feel like that when I visit this store. I like the place, been coming here since last October. I had stopped coming since I stopped paying for the gym next door in december but now that I've come back in june 2022, they've added a protein ice cream bar that is still in dev but they were giving samples.
