Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I was referred to Michael through a fitness competition…read morefriend, Kaylee Flanagan about a year ago. Michael started off by getting me lean for a fitness photo shoot and I couldn't believe that I didn't have to diet as hard and miserably like all of my previous coaches had me doing. My meal plan involved lots of good/healthy fats and carbs. There is lots of variety and there is something to be said about his patience with me on foods I don't like and how to workout around my super hectic schedule. I have since then adopted him as my person mentor. As a fitness competitor, mother of two, business owner, fitness magazine columnist, and more I really need someone to help me gain a wider perspective on my goals (what and when should I be pursuing certain projects). He always gives me the answer I need by asking me questions that help me to answer my own question...does that make since?? lol At the moment I have 8 of my personal training clients/friends going to see him and their results are ASTONISHING! I assume that my clients get tired of hearing me tell them that they "can workout in the gym all day, but if you are not eating right, you will never see that beautiful, hard, lean muscle" which is why they began working with him. I'm certain that not one of them regret going to see him! Highly highly HIIIIIIGHLY recommended!

Ok. So I don't have an awesome photo of myself right now, well, because I am gigantic and pregnant…read more I saw the other reviews here and know Michael is very effective at turning people into the best version of their terminator-self, however, I feel the need to relate how effective he is at also working with those of us who tend more toward the frosty the snow-man or Mrs. Clause physique. :O) I met him after hearing how he changed my husband's life -- literally saved it. When he began seeing Michael, he was on insulin and 70 pounds overweight. After a year [maybe less, actually], he was at 6% body fat, exercising regularly and so much happier. And hot. Very, very hot. Bonus. As to my experience, he was able to help me and our 14 year old daughter learn how to read food product labels, understand what they are really indicating about the 'food' in the container and how that affects the body. Thinking in terms of physiology and body chemistry and how it works or hurts. He was able to offer better meal suggestions even for our super-choosey eater who believed she could live on chicken nuggets, chocolate and mac n cheese alone. And she actually liked some of them. SHOCKER. While pregnant the last time around, which was ironically not very long ago, I had some worries about avoiding gestational diabetes and keeping my blood pressure where it needed to be. I went to see him and asked about some specific issues and he was able to point to what I was eating and offer suggestions to get the changes I wanted to see. Following the meal plan and suggestions he made, I didn't develop either of those issues, nor any others and ended up giving his contact info to my midwives. I have referred friends struggling with all sorts of body, food and beverage issues. Every one of them has had a positive experience. So my point in writing this review is to express the sheer diversity of counsel that Michael can offer. In my family, those of us who are grateful for this represent: - pregnant women aiming for healthy babies and natural births - choosey teens who need to learn what they can tolerate and still achieve some sort of balanced nutrition and - adult men who want to want to refocus and see real health and muscle mass results Our family loves Michael Florida and what he has been able to do for us.

Came in about 8 weeks ago to buy a series of supplements: HemoShock, Sarm 2.0, Hi-5, and Magnum Nutraceuticals Primer 30 Packs. They all come highly recommended by the owner Chad, and after using the products consistently since the purchase, I have seen great results in both muscle gain and strength. I would say the most noticeable effects were from the HemoShock (pre-workout mix) and Magnum Primer. I had noticed in the last few weeks, that my recovery times had become significantly slower and I could not figure out why...until I remembered that my Magnum Primer run out around that same time....the product works! Great store and very knowledgeable manager/owner. read more

If you're in the galleria area and into fitness or thinking about getting into fitness to make a healthy change in your life, or for a new found hobby this is your one stop shop. The staff is very educated on the products they carry, as well as listing to your goals/needs and pointing you in the right direction to achieve your goals with the right supplements. The laid back vibe you encounter is a plus in a way of the staff not trying to push a sale on you just to make a sale. They really do take your goals into consideration. read more

The bodybuilding gym I go to supports this business and they always send their members to Total Nutrition. Plus shopping local helps support a business. From the first time I came in to this store, and seeking for a new isolate protein to getting samples of preworkout, services has ALWAYS been the best. I can't stress enough that when you come here, or ANY Total Nutrition, you get the attention you deserve. You're actually educated about all the supplements on hand and some that you may have never even heard of. When I say educated, I really mean it. These people truly know their stuff and what they are selling. Compared to....let's say GNC, you actually get noticed. You actually get educated. At GNC, there's just SO MUCH in the store. At Total Nutrition, they carry specific items but it's catered to meet pretty much everyone's needs. I'll admit, I'll go to GNC to buy ON SALE protein bars, but that's just about it. Ever since I started bodybuilding, I've been intaking more protein, more branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), and needing a good preworkout for my gym sessions. Now, I will say that supplements are meant what they are supposed to do. They supplement. LOL they aren't meant to replace your diet, they aren't quick fixes to losing weight....they are meant to supplement your current diet and help boost your overall health. My home girl Allanie just became the manager of this location and she is so down to earth. When I first came in, we were on a mini debate on isolate proteins and at the end, I went with her suggestion. I'm stubborn but I'm also open to new suggestions. She is so well versed in supplements and she doesn't give fluff. And this is what I appreciate about a supplement store. The more you come in, the more you become a friend than a customer. They know your face, they know your name, they know what you like and don't like, and they are willing to suggest anything new. I highly highly recommend checking out Total Nutrition.
