Also, when sending their products to get them tested to see what's really in there: Turns out that most of the products have harmful ingredients and will cause more harm than good. As for the major claims for benefits, try it out and see for yourself. It has helped me with my anxiety and sleep for sure. Same thing for everything, there is no magic pill or supplement. -meditation (just some quiet time and breathing) -minimize: alcohol, sugar, bad carbs -eat more veggies -stay hydrated (osmosis and/or distilled water) -sleep 7-9 hours a day Consistency is key.
