Leslie was VERY helpful and walked me through the importance of knowing where the CBD came from, how it's made, and also advised me from steering clear from random vendors that carry CBD. This is industry is blowing up and there are a lot of potential scammers out there. Some of you reading this might think that she is just trying to grab a quick buck. Totally understandable. Just look at the facts. Do some research yourself and you will see how some other companies don't give you legit lab reports or any at all. Also, when sending their products to get them tested to see what's really in there: Turns out that most of the products have harmful ingredients and will cause more harm than good. As for the major claims for benefits, try it out and see for yourself. It has helped me with my anxiety and sleep for sure. Same thing for everything, there is no magic pill or supplement. -meditation (just some quiet time and breathing) -minimize: alcohol, sugar, bad carbs -eat more veggies -stay hydrated (osmosis and/or distilled water) -sleep 7-9 hours a day Consistency is key. Even with CBD products as well. Patience and consistency will lead to you a better life. Again, don't bother going to some smoke/vape shop that just decided they wanted to sell CBD products as well. It's just a way to grab some quick cash for them.
