It's loaded with oven roasted chicken, nut-seed crumble, chips, lettuce, tomato, pickles, romaine, provolone, and buttermilk ranch on a pretzel bun. They give you so much chicken, this is one of the better non hot sandwiches I've had. The cucumbers and chips added a nice crunch. I also had a side of potato chips and a cookie. You also have the option to have this sandwich served as a salad instead.

My tastebuds were very happy to say the least! Such a cute place when it simple decor, where the emphasis is on their many selections of snacks, wine and more. I dined at the Rice Village location and the night I came the crowds were out, but I managed to snag a convenient place to park. Inside I didn't have to struggle to find seating so that was a plus. LFM offers indoor and outdoor seating. You do have to go up to place your order at the counter, but they will bring your food/drink to you. The LFM staff are so nice and hospitable and they make you feel welcome. I ordered their Seared Salmon Ceaser Salad and my oh my, it was so good! I added their fries to my order and their signature sauce took my fries to another level! And to cap it off I order a glass of their Rose, divine! Inside you do have opportunity to peruse their wine area for a vast selection of vino! All in all, their pricing is manageable, I feel that I got a lot of what I paid. I enjoyed myself so much, I will definitely be back. Such a cute place to grab lunch or dinner with friends, loved ones or yourself. Worth checking out for sure! Enjoy!

You walk in and it's just so odd. There is a l shaped bar where they make smoothies then another bar in the back where they have some supplements. But okay, it's just one brand of supplements, and some weird branded protein I've never seen. And a dry erase board that is acting as it's menu. I walked in and was greeted by two ladies. I wanted to keep it simple since I am not a scholar in deciphering texts. Vanilla, large, with protein and some supplements. 7.75. But they started with this brown solution as the base for the smoothie. Dumped in a scoop of protein. And that was it. Really was an uneventful smoothie. At least at smoothie king you can see what they're putting in. Oh and to digress a little, after I walked in someone came behind me and the girl who was helping me just stopped making my smoothie and started talking to her. Was just odd. They don't have a traditional cash register. Just a calculator and that's it. Just everything about this place was weird. So the smoothie. Was it good? Ish. Had a weird underlying flavor I couldn't peg. Consumable? Yup. Best in houston? Absolutely not. Good? Meh. Will I be back? Nope.

A hidden gem of healing knowledge AND locally owned!…read more I was looking for a very specific species of plant: non-GMO, cold pressed, steam distilled and sourced from the Mediterranean. Nourish Market was one of 3 locations in the greater Houston area that carried what I was looking for. I had to get my hands on this product for the upcoming flu season for my medicinal arsenal. I called and Candy was friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for but had another recommendation that exceeded my expectations. When I arrived and had a few more questions she was able to reach the manufacturer for clarification - bear in mind I was there on a Monday during slower traffic business hours. EXCELLENT SERVICE. This quaint local market is clean, lovingly organized and featured products from other local small businesses. I do extensive research on herbs and wellness products and glancing through the wellness section, it is clear their inventory is consciously and selectively curated. The health conscious and curious will have a nice selection to chose from; with the added benefit of knowledgeable staff. I didn't have as much time to explore as I wanted but I will definitely be back and be recommending Nourish Market to everyone.

The parking was a bit of a challenge, but it was easy enough because it was a calm Tuesday morning. To get from the parking area to the store, you just take the elevator one level down, and then you're right inside. This place is surprisingly big, filled with all kinds of snacks, cookies, and coffee. The highlight for me was their shawarma breakfast wrap. It was top-notch and exactly what I needed. You choose between whole wheat or white pita, and it's filled with scrambled eggs, your choice of fresh or sautéed spinach, and they add potatoes as well. Then they top it with shawarma chicken, tomato, and a delicious sauce. For $8.5 it was worth every bite. Hands down, a five out of five. I also tried their coffee, which was just a standard brew sitting in ice for hours and nothing special. At $2.50, it was fine, but nothing to write home about. The real stars were the cookies. I got a coconut pecan cookie and an almond crunch cookie, and both were absolutely delicious. I didn't have time to explore the whole store, but there was a great selection of fresh produce, chocolates, and all sorts of small treats. Overall, the staff were really friendly, and the entire visit was smooth. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Five out of five stars!
