On the way to find Kroger Fuel Center, I found this Shell Station. Hell with GPS. I'm here with Shell. It's not bad. All gas pumps filled up with cars. So, I went around the convenience store to find 4 more pumps. There is a TV at the pump. I wasn't looking and suddenly gas tank all filled up. Wow. That was quick. Price was very competitive. This isn't the first time a cashier at a gas station has tried to short me on money during a lottery transaction, and it's extremely disappointing to see it happening here. Customers should not have to double-check their change every single time to make sure the employees aren't pocketing the difference. Honest mistakes happen, but this didn't feel like one. CVS is such a logical choice for that, and, as an additional benefit, if I use my debit card, I can obtain often-needed cash. Anyway, I knew CVS undoubtedly had a "2fer" for the iron supplements and I was correct. What I didn't know/realize was that, being on the tail end of a 25mile/40kms cycle about this amazing community of HoustonTX-USA, fatigue/exhaustion was beginning to rob my brain of coherent thinking ability. That, combined with the fact that I am a "Digital Dinosaur" made filling out the ePaperwork for the "2fer" damn near impossible. Fortunately, "Digital Native"/manager JADE was there to carefully guide me through the entire process. Despite my continually not pressing the right buttons (whether my fat fingers hit multiple buttons or I just don't quite see the correct buttons), JADE constantly helped me until my purchase was finally accepted/accomplished. Without a doubt, there is no way I would ever be able to navigate my way through this without her. She is such a tolerant/helpful CVS employee, and is a shining example of what every customer-contact business wants and needs representing them.
