The service is getting worse and worse. Just spent 40 minutes to pick up a prescription...and I was the only customer there.

Came out to pump the gas and holy cow, the pump was so slow. I finished reading 6 articles on CNN website and it was still pumping. My tank was only 13 gallons and I prepaid $35. When I pointed it out, he acted like it was just a "mistake," but it was very clear he was hoping I wouldn't notice. This isn't the first time a cashier at a gas station has tried to short me on money during a lottery transaction, and it's extremely disappointing to see it happening here. Customers should not have to double-check their change every single time to make sure the employees aren't pocketing the difference. Honest mistakes happen, but this didn't feel like one. Management needs to be aware of this behavior and address it immediately. It's a matter of basic integrity and customer trust.
