I love this place! The customer service is always on point. This is my go to place (prob the only place) when I'm craving nachos with jalapeños. They're very generous with their portion size. I tried the pork head cheese torta for the first time. It wasn't bad. The bread they use for the torta is so good and nicely toasted. Can't wait to try a yarda on my next visit! Ordered Cheetos con nacho cheese and I noticed the cheese tasted weird. It had an expired dairy taste to it. I thought it was my imagination but when my husband tried it, he said it tasted weird too! I called and told them that their cheese wasn't tasting good, all they said was "ohhhhh ok" and then they said "well that's weird, we sold a few throughout the day and we haven't had anyone complain". I've been to kiosko many times before and have seen the no dogs sign but today I came in for the first time with my service dog and this hispanic lady working there told me I couldn't bring him in, I told her in spanish that he is my service dog and she shrugged and repeated herself. I began to get frustrated at this point and I told her it's illegal to deny me and she said ok and asked me for a card saying that he is my service dog SERVICE DOGS DO NOT HAVE ANY PAPERWORK OR LICENSE TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE SERVICE DOGS, I have him for a disability and he is task trained for me specifically. It's one of the things most people running businesses don't seem to know so I told her there is no paperwork and it's illegal for her to ask me for it, she disagreed with me and just asked me what I wanted so I thought it was over with but after me and my friend put in our order she asked me to wait outside I then asked her why? I knew it was because of my service dog but I wanted her to tell me that, and she just responded with "please" ( not a nice please either) I asked why again and she just repeated herself. It's illegal to treat me any differently from a customer without a service dog because it's discriminatory. I wanted to leave at this point but we had already paid, she then proceeded to bad mouth me in spanish and called me "necia" (it means stubborn in spanish) completely unprofessional and disrespectful. it's frustrating because it's so easy to search this information up on google and it's very clear.
