The staff is always friendly and my drink is always perfect. Love their milk tea but my kiddos love taro and durian I'm glad to see they opened other locations so I can get some elsewhere when in other areas! read more

Love the sandwiches! Boba sometimes is a hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes better and sometimes not so much. Still will stop by during breaks to get lunch!! Recommend the sandwich to everyone! read more

I do love me some bubble tea. Columbus (OH) doesn't have the plethora of bubble tea joints around, compared to Houston. Seeing IHB's great reviews on my Yelp search, I couldn't not stop by. Natalie and Jamie working behind the counter were happy to explain the difference between tapioca bubbles, juice bursts, and jelly custard. I narrowed it down to a Taro/Green Tea/Milk ("Cream"?) with extra, extra, extra tapioca bubbles. This one had a slightly weird aftertaste, so not as good as the last taro bubble tea I had a few weeks ago in Columbus. Had coconut hints, but an off taste. I absolutely love coconut, so I'm not sure what was the culprit for sure. read more

Fast service, friendly staff. I love the Thai Tea but the boba could have been better. They weren't squishy. I'll be back but it won't be my go to. Update: I just noticed there isn't a good amount of boba in the cup either. I probably won't be back. read more

I was very thirsty and hungry. Stopped in and got the peach banana smoothie. Was very good, very courteous staff, thumbs up!

Had lunch here for the first time, ordered the Charbroiled BBQ Chicken and cold brewed oolong tea, both delicious. The sandwich has a lot of flavor the bread was kind of hard, the tea is very refreshing and great customer service! read more

I've seen this establishment multiple times and decided to make a quick stop here. The atmosphere was very hip and it was a definitely a family based joint. I went with the passion fruit and mixed jelly, and it was good! The staff was very friendly and patient while I was contemplating on my order. The place was very clean too. Would I go back? Yup! read more

Bahn mi sandwiches always on point, I love the tuna one it's bomb! Boba is great here and staff is friendly and super cool.

I've never been disappointed here. The banh mi and boba drinks are both on point every time.

In the world facing COVID, cravings may emerge. For us, it was I Heart Boba. Just a drink you say? Not hardly. Their slushies are things dreams are made of (well in the COVID world anyway), packed with intense fruit flavor without the mess and nestled atop tapioca balls these are refreshing and fun. Slushies elsewhere turn into white masses of ices after you suck out the flavoring but here you get flavor down to the very last drop. No gathering, hanging out or congregating but in and out and to your car, where mask removed you get to enjoy your drink. Service is great too. read more

Today was our first time here and we ordered 3 drinks (2 were the same). The Thai tea was good- sweet, bold, and medium-brewed tea strength. My almond cream tea tasted powdery and really light. I did not taste any green tea but only this overwhelming powdery almond flavor, it was decent but not satisfying. We got all the beverages less sweet and with less ice. For the price, quantity, and good customer service, it's worth a second trip to try some of the other beverages here. The staff is also practicing safety during the pandemic and donning gloves/masks to protect themselves and the customers. read more

The boba here is soooooooooooo good and the sandwiches are amazingly delicious. You gotta try this!

We've been here 3 times and it's really great! Today we tried the sandwiches as well and they were all tasty. We tried the ham, tuna, and bbq chicken sandwiches; all are recommended. The customer service is outstanding as well! They are always very polite and welcoming. The milk tea and boba are high quality. We will have to take pictures to share with you next time. read more

Good boba. Nearby so it's always a solid stop. I like that there are several food trucks starting to open up in the parking lot so a good couple of options to eat and sip on some boba. read more

We ordered the the tarp cream tea and bubble milk tea. Both flavors were not what we were expecting. I couldn't quite put my finger on it. The seats are a bit run down but I'll still come again. The service was good! read more

I've been to I heart boba many times and they had provided good services and sandwiches. But today to my surprise when I ordered Special Combination Sandwich. It's look so sad. There's hardly any ham in the sandwich. I understand business is going through tough times due to Covid. As I like to support their business but if they still charge a full price and their quality went bad. I don't think I will coming back. read more

Foodies, come one come all! This place definitely has some good boba. I really like their Earl grey boba and my most favorite is the rose milk tea. If your hungry definitely try the bahn mi. I usually always get the tuna one and my son the chicken and man these sandwiches are soooo yummy. I love all the veggies involved in this delicious madness, the bread is toasted to perfection and sandwich is loaded to perfection. They definitely don't skimp on the size of the sandwich because it very filling and perfect for a good meal and a boba! Enjoy! read more

I love this place. I go to different locations and constantly spend money. Today I asked for a drink with no ice cause I have errands and didn't want it to be watered down. . They didn't even fill my cup up AND they still added ice to ice to it. I'm annoyed but that's it. Otherwise it's a great place and the drinks are always on point. Hopefully this won't happen again. read more

We ordered a mango drink we saw on the paper menu taped on the counter and ended up getting a different mango tea than I was expecting. I told the girl I wanted the creamy one and she said that's not what I ordered and listed about 4 different options I wasn't given when I first ordered. She was super nice and asked management if I could exchange it but they said no and even showed me the sign that says no returns or exchanges. She politely asked me to try it to see if I liked it before buying another one. I tried it, didn't like and purchase the one I actually wanted. The cashier was super nice and polite, but management should be a little more understanding. If you order from here make sure you tell them EXACTLY what you want before paying, some of us are not that familiar with all the different variations on flavors, and if you only give us two options we're going to assume those are the only ones. read more

This place SLAPS get the hazelnut cream tea with black tea! I also really like it blended on hot days!!

I come here whenever i am in the area. This is a great small boba place with some awesome staff. They will try and do their best with any requests you have which is what really sold me. The boba is good but its about the same as many of the other shops. The value that is given though is great and i would highly recommend for anyone in the area to try it out. read more

So I gave this place a second chance and was once again disappointed. Worse than the first time. I ordered three different drinks, and yes one was matcha green tea (I don't want to give up on this as this is my favorite drink), one was a peppermint tea and another one I can't recall the name. Two out of three drinks were super bitter. The two hot drinks were not even hot. I poured it on my hands and did not hurt me at all. Made me wonder what the cup sleeves were for. Not wanting to waste my money, I brought it home and warm it up adding 2 packets of stevia. Still did not get rid of its bitterness. By the 3rd packet I gave up and poured it down the sink. There won't be a third visit to this place. read more

It was just bad. Just bad nothing more just bad. Like driving your scoop of ice cream bad.

Delicious smoothies. Good boba texture. The peach smoothie was good but passion fruit was the best. Check in on Yelp to get a coupon. You can't sit in here during this time but the place is way too loud anyways. read more

Are all I heart bobas the same?? I've been to one location and thought it was pretty decent but recently been to this one and the one on 529 and it was just terrible. I didn't want to be rude so I never wrote a review but the drink and food here today was just gross as well as the service. First off, the banh mi is way smaller than it use to be, I had my old pics to look at for comparison and it is definitely thinner too. Secondly, I asked for it to be toasted but it wasn't and was cold, barely any flavors and no mayo or pate? Third, the drinks were too sugary and when I asked for it to be fixed they said no they already made it lol ok really. I got a milk tea, avocado smoothie which have no avocado taste, artichoke nuoc mac and a cantaloupe cream tea and all were too sweet (I only asked for the cantaloupe to be fixed though, ONE drink but apparently they can't). I asked what they use for the drink and they said they don't use tea even though it's in the name but a type of cream to make it lol you mean cantaloupe powder? **Edit** I've tried all drinks listed above at this location except for the artichoke nuoc mac which was at their 529 location. Either way, they all didn't taste good just to clarify. read more

Yummy boba, cute location and loved the decor and cool ceiling. Didnt have to wait too long on the drinks, and the service was good. The only thing I didn't like was that there was trash and empty cups left on all but the table we sat at. I noticed a father and son looking around and ending up sitting on some chairs in the middle of the place that didn't have a table, though to be fair they did end up taking their drinks to go. Good drinks, just wouldn't want to hang out there if it's not cleaned up routinely. read more

Cozy teahouse. It's small with 6 or 7 tables & couch chairs and an additional 2 side tables along the wall. Large parking lot. Happy hour specials Monday - Friday 4 to 7. They also have a Yelp check-in deal and lunch specials. Sweet! They had the radio on when I was there as well as a TV with no sound. Free wifi. They also have board games that you can play. Pretty cool spot. There isn't a lot in this area right now but it looks like there's construction going on to the left. ONLY DOWNSIDE: I stayed here on my laptop for 2+ hours & one thing I noticed is that they didn't come out to the dining area to clean the leftover baskets on tables. There was a basket on the table I sat at when I got there and it was still there when I left (at closing). I also saw crumbs on other tables. read more
