The Vietnamese iced coffee with ube foam--or honestly, any of their foams--is incredible. It's authentic, strong, and packed with flavor. My personal favorite is the banana Biscoff foam... it's next level. They also make their taro paste in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference. They also display artwork from El Salvador, which I truly appreciated. It felt intentional and authentic. Staff and Owners I met the brothers who run it. Super cool guys and genuinely proud of what they have built. I asked what 1821 meant because I did not want to assume. It is the year El Salvador became independent, which sparked a great conversation. They were happy to share their story and talk about how their family is involved. We connected over being Salvadoran and even shared some geographical familiarity about different parts of El Salvador. That personal touch matters.
