The cinnamon roll was soft, rich, and generously frosted without becoming overwhelming. The s'mores cookie was perfectly crisp around the edges, soft in the center, and topped with toasted marshmallow and Hershey chocolate that made it feel nostalgic without being gimmicky. We also grabbed a carrot cake cupcake that was light, moist, and beautifully decorated, plus a few iced coffees and a refreshing fruit tea that paired perfectly with all the pastries. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you can sit with friends over coffee or grab a box of pastries to take home (which you'll probably wish you'd done after the first bite). We'll definitely be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in--just don't expect to leave with only one pastry.

One thing I did really enjoy was the dessert. The Cookie Snowfall was actually very good and probably my favorite thing I ordered overall.

I didn't think the crystal boba was necessary since it already had basil seeds. CITRUS LORD - 5.50 + 50% sweet + 0.75 for aloe This one tasted like 0% sweet, and I actually liked it. It was a nice citrus and tea blend that was perfect for my palette. Aloe was a good topping option. Sadly, this wasn't my drink. Overall, the drinks were delicious, but we felt like the sugar level was very inconsistent across our drinks. They're nice and accommodating, so we appreciate them for that. They open decently late too (until 11 PM on a Friday) so we had plenty of time to enjoy boba after a late dinner.

Okay sooo... today was actually the first time I wasn't quite as pleased with my order as I usually…read moream. For context, I am a *creature of habit*. Ever since about my second visit, I've been ordering the exact same drink: a medium Cookie Butter Blondie with caramel and sweet cream foam. It's my drink. In fact, at most locations, as soon as I say "Cookie Butter," they're already finishing the rest of my order for me. I absolutely love that level of familiarity. Today's visit felt a little different though. My drink usually comes out *close-up ready* if you know what I mean. The caramel is giving, the foam is foaming, and everything looks as good as it tastes. This time, that vibe just wasn't there. Service was a bit slower than I'm accustomed to, and when I got my drinks (yes, drinks lol my spouse happened to be heading into work later, so I was bringing a surprise), I was hesitant to ask for a remake. The biggest difference was the caramel and sweet cream foam. I typically ask for extra caramel, and the amount in the cup was noticeably lighter than what I've received on previous visits. The foam was also much thinner than usual. Those two things are honestly what make the drink for me, so the flavor wasn't quite hitting the same way. That being said, one reason I'm not overly upset is because this has *not* been my typical experience. I've ordered this same drink more times than I can count, and it's usually made perfectly. That's exactly why I keep coming back. So I'm chalking this one up as a one-off. Will I be back? Absolutely. For one, I still have money on my gift card. And two, 7 Brew has officially won me over. No shade to Starbucks I spent plenty of years faithfully redeeming stars over there, but somewhere along the way 7Brew became my go-to. Every favorite spot is allowed an off day. I'm betting my next Cookie Butter Blondie will be back to its usual star-player status.
