5 star review I've been coming here everyday for the past few years and it's so convenient quick even when there is a line, clean, friendly and the owners are sooo nice and caring. I've never had an issue until my last 6-7 visits. Most of the new employees are BEYOND TERRIBLE. It's almost like they are trying to ruin this establishment/lovation on purpose. I know exactly which employees are always giving me attitude, messing up orders and making coffee and matchas completely watered/milked down. Just went to the drive through, and the young lady had the nerve to ask me why I was recording my coffee review the last time I came through the drive through, - the last time I was here they filled my cup from bottom to top with ice, basically alll almond milk and no matcha, it was basically a milk with a splash of matcha. I didn't even complain about the less match I just asked them to put less ice and more matcha, instead she poured the Ice out and put more almond milk in, basically served me a almond milk on ice. However regardless of the bad experiences every single time this woman is working, I still come back because they are other decent employees. Today she admitted to me that she poured the Ice out and filled it with almond milk: and when I proceeded to kindly tell her why I was not happy with last time she had a huge attitude and argued with me at the window for 5 minutes. I really hope they clean up this location. The other girl wasn't at the window but she was a tall light skinned dark curly haired girl with glasses. They both have been at it. First visit to this location. Placed my order, paid then was asked to pull up , they wanted me to sit by a stinking garbage dumpster, there was no one behind me , I said no , when the girl that took my order came to give me my order I had to practically hang out my window to retrieve the items, I asked her if she could reach out a little further, she said no very rudely. I don't see this location staying in business very long due to having a rude people worker there. I will not be visiting that location again. Dunkin do better in hiring your employees . They need to be trained like Chick-fil-a . And move your dumpster. No one wants to retrieve food with it being right there by the pick up window read more

This is actually the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I drive all the way to the Louetta location because their customer service is amazing, and they're always at least appearing to be happy to be at work. Today, I went to this location because the power was out at the Louetta location. They joke around amongst themselves, and don't pay attention to the customers. One employee was making fun of a mobile order drink she was making, another employee went to make my drink and the other pointed at me and said that's for her. She made my drink, and instead of just handing me my drink (I was standing right at the order counter still), she walked over to the other side of the counter and reached over the bar and said "here" under her breath. I've been to this location three times, and I'm tired of feeling like a burden every time I come here. When I use the drive thru, they literally just say "hello?" Or "what?". Usually come here once or twice a week. For the most part, they are genuinely happy and cheerful and very helpful. Occasionally they do get things wrong as everyone does. They are helpful whenever they do get something wrong and apologetic and make it right.. when they do get things right the food is good. We like coming here and will continue it. read more

If you want fresh donuts, cold lattes, or hot coffee, this location is for you! I can come here early morning, mid-afternoon, or late in the evening, and the donuts and coffee are fresher than ever. The donuts are so fresh the flakes just fall down my chin onto my shirt. The service and the atmosphere are always the same, too; everyone is happy and smiling. America runs on Dunkin', but do Texans? As a native born Texan, this really is Shipley's country when you come down to it. This state was built off of that institution and its almost feel like I'm cheating on a loved one, when I visit a Dunkin' However, Dunkin is a place that has grown near and dear to my heart, and this location is no different. My grandmother lives around this area, and whenever I make the journey to visit her, I stop by this Dunkin' to fill up on some delicious coffee. The location itself is small, but sufficient, and in all honesty, I usually just head straight to the drive-thru. I think Dunkin is the spot for all things Iced Coffee, not to mention that their prices are incredibly cheap, given this economy that we are living in. During all my visits, the young teens working the shop are very friendly, and provide good service. I've only had various iced coffees here (the seasonal Blueberry donut Iced Coffee has been my most recent addiction), and they never dissappoint. Worth a visit - for sure! read more

So this one star review is off of my Saturday morning drive thru experience: Ordered a dozen donuts, 6 glazed and 6 with sprinkles... I thought I could TRUST dunkin (silly me, right) I never checked what I got until I got home! The boys opened the box to 6 unglazed fluffy ass donuts... I called and spoke with a manager and she says "Those are glazed donuts Ma'am" and I say "Are you sure about this?" She says "I'm sure those are glazed and im sorry you feel that way" and that was as far as the conversation went. I told her they needed to do a better job at glazing their donuts. I mean! you're Dunkin' Donuts for God sake! Listen, that just goes to show you to keep the smaller donut shops ALIVE and stop dealing with the foolish franchises. Absolutely atrocious costumer service, rude and unprofessional employees who know nothing about their menu or the food they provide. I don't understand how people continue to support this location. I have been wanting one of these to open near me for so long. It still hasn't happened. But it did open less than a mile from my Ma's,b so I've been here pretty much every time I visit. The lines and wait time are rough during peak, but overall I've been very happy with the service and the food. The staff has always been friendly, the dining area has always been clean. read more

Their iced mocha latte IMO is better than Starbucks. This location hasn't run out of mocha sauce like the locations closer to Houston. Their hot drinks, though, are too sweet. And I hate their donuts, but that's at all Dunkins. Their pup cups are also $1 here, whereas everywhere else is free. I don't mind being charged but a dollar is a bit much for just a little bit of whip. read more

A combined Dunkin/Baskin Robin's, the staff seem to only be "allowed" to work on one side or the other. So even though there was only 1 car in the drive thru, 2 people in the dining room, and only 3 varieties of donuts in the case, none of the 6 employees standing behind the counter were willing to scoop some ice cream for my daughter's birthday. Been here a few times since they opened. At first, I thought the slow service and limited variety was due to growing pains. But after several more stops, nothing has changed. My most recent visit cost me $10 for dry, stale donuts at 9:00am. When I called & spoke to the manager, he assured me that the donuts were made that morning. Average donut shop. DD is known for its coffee and it is served quick and hot here, so that's good. The donuts are fine but if I'm going to pay a premium for a brand name donut at a dollar each or $9 a dozen, it had better be superior to the ones I can get at the grocery store bakery for 75 cents each or $5 a dozen. These are ok but not spectacular. You can get better just a half mile further west at Daily Donuts. The site has tried to branch out beyond donuts but the results here are mixed. The breakfast sandwiches are $4 for essentially airline food; you're getting a pre packaged, microwaved egg, cheese and sausage bun. Not inedible but nothing to wake up early for. Perhaps the ice drinks are better for the hot Houston afternoons but I haven't tried those yet. Ultimately, this shop is what you'd expect from a highly corporatized, standardized franchise. A baseline catering to the least common denominator at a higher price. You could do worse, and you could also do better. read more

Had not been to a Dunkin' in years. A few other customers inside, but no line at the register. The cold donut display doesn't look as compelling as a Shipley donut. Got a medium coffee with two sugars and a special on two bacon egg and cheese croissants for $5. The coffee came out quick and the sandwiches took 5 minutes. The coffee is great as expected, since that is what DD is known for... The sandwiches had very little flavor and were essentially the same thing you would get at a Burger King. The dining area was messy. Did not look like the tables or floors had been cleaned in a while. I would probably not come back to this location unless I was driving thru for coffee. read more
