Sadly this is usually a 5* more often than not , today it's not one of them, I'm not sure if the barista was new but we ordered 2 large coffees my wife a golden eagle and myself a large banana bread . The coffees took a while to get made but when we left the cups were barely 1/2 full and my wife's drink tasted no caramel and very bitter , mine had flavor just barely half a cup I think the barista needs more training personally as I wasted my points on this drink , it's not a deal breaker it's still our number 1 go to read more

2.25.24 It's been a hot minute since I have visited a Dutch Bros. The closest one to me now is 25 miles away. My hubby and I stopped here after lunch for coffees. I ordered my husband's drink, which was a 911, frozen and no whip. No extra espresso shots or anything like that. I ordered a decaf golden eagle, frozen, no whip. Also nothing extra for my drink either. I was SHOCKED when the girl told me it was $16.55 for 2 drinks and no extras added. My daughter told me that DB's has gotten expensive but this was crazy high to me. I have stopped at this location before and I will say the service was better on this visit but still I'm shocked. My drink did not taste like it normally does but, I just drank it anyway. For the price of these 2 drinks I think next time I will just keep driving. After having them in Colorado 6 years ago, I've been waiting for them to move here and for the first year plus that they've been here they've been amazing... However, as of lately they've been absolute crap. Half my orders are wrong and they've become unbelievably slow in the morning. While I appreciate civility and their kind comments and gestures in the morning. It should not be a full on conversation, I waited 15 minutes for one vehicle to move. Everyone else went through the line just fine, but one vehicle took 15 minutes and they only handed one drink through the window. This made my total weight in line today over 20 minutes. read more

The drinks were so good! If I'm being honest the only reason we stopped here is because the adjacent Starbucks was closed, but now I know I prefer Dutch Bros. The drinks were in my option tastier, better price and quality. The little ice beads were so satisfying. The service was phenomenal. Went here early in the morning before work. It was our first time. The sweet lady Allyson was excellent !! She was patient and helped us with all of our questions and made some amazing recommendations. She also put little covers over the drinks so they didn't spill. You know... I was underwhelmed. I had built it up in my head, but was taken aback by the choice of a drive thru or a walk up window. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my coffee, I was expecting a sit-down experience. These were coffee shop prices, so I was disappointed. The coffee was hot and strong, and that's what I look for, so I guess I should just be good with that. I won't be going back unless its on my route and the drive thru line isn't crazy long and the weather is perfect if I have to stand at the window. There were plenty of decent looking choices of both hot and cold, so they hit all those marks. I guess it was just disappointing with the setup. I am sure plenty of people who are more familiar with the brand will love it just for the familiarity of it, so I am sure they will have plenty of great reviews. read more
