It had been a couple of years since I had been in. I was greeted by a lady who acted as if she's known me for years. Super friendly. She apologized because the stock was low. I knew it was because everything was delicious. I saw that they had a specialty latte called the Spicy Bee. And oh my goodness this is probably the best iced latte I have ever had. It had hot honey in it...Mmmmmmmm! I also purchased a smoked sausage and cheddar kolache. She said it was still warm cause they just pulled it from the oven. The bread from this kolache was hands-down. The best I've ever had. I did not want to stop eating it. I wanted another one. They should make them into rolls for your Thanksgiving table. They are so delicious. The smoked sausage was also really good. It came from 2 Guys 1 Pit BBQ across the street. Nice snap to it. The kolaches had that perfect sweet and savory combo, and the cake donut wasn't overly thick or heavy like some can be. Safe to say we devoured it all.
