Prices went up, for Karma. Use to be my favorite spot. Very widely in different flavored frappe. Good breakfast sandwiches but better kolaches. Spring Cypress is my favorite store, more better atmosphere, and food's better tasting than Cypresswood. Location, location. But whenever on Hwy-249, quick breakfast is Karma. Three stars only cause this location, and it's overall. Food taste and atmosphere different here. read more

I literally live across the street and finally decided to give it a try. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant (BEC croissant sandwich) was greasy and soggy and tasted like it had been fried in a a very dirty pan. the chocolate frosted donuts were edible but honestly I could get a better donut at Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered a donut donut holes and received 7ish donut holes although they were different so not sure what they all were and along with the donut holes I received a glazed donut (I assume they were out? But they didn't reach out to me for a replacement) pretty hard to divide those between the kids so that was disappointing. Also got a sausage and cheese kolache - my daughter loves kolaches and she only took a bite of this one so in all I don't think we'll be going back. It's convenient for sure but definitely not tasty. read more

Service is always quick here. Be sure to join their rewards program! The store is clean and usually they are well stocked unless you go later in the day closer to closing time. I personally enjoy the jalapeño popper kolache and the cronut holes. I do wish their kolaches had a bit more filling in them for the price paid. The kolaches are best warmed up. I found this place on yelp when I was looking for boudin kolaches and MAN I found my fav place ever for donuts and kolaches. The jalapeño popper kolache IS A MUST!! The boudin kolache! Did not disappoint! The lady that serves is so sweet. I went on a Monday and spent $23 and I came back today and spent $50! IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. M first visit here was a couple of years ago, quality and service was great then. Stopped in today 2/12/24 expecting same, not so lucky. Got a regular size (tiny) kolache and two plain glazed donuts for $4.60 and with a "Service charge"(3.00%) A Service Charge, I got nothing free. I paid your price. And in addition you ask for a TIP. Not sure what happened with this place but Kolaches are sub par. I bought some for 5 other friends and everyone had they same reaction. Just okay... kolaches were not filled at all just a thin layer at the bottom. Also just bland. Unfortunately. Too bad... hopefully the managers of this company do something about this. Won't be coming back anymore. kolache factory makes a better kolache filled and at a lower price point. If a chain can do it why cant these "gourmet" places do it. read more

As upset as I am that I have to write this, I just want to preface my review with the fact that this place would be a 5 star for me. I moved to the area a couple months ago and this place is close and has a lot of variety and good food. Never had anything bad to eat. However, going though the drive through this morning (which I normally just go inside and I now know I should do that from now on) the woman working in the drive through used a toast handheld to check me out, when I tapped my card she didn't let me choose my own tip option and put 25% on there herself and didn't say a word. Now I work in the service industry and I know times are hard. But that put a damper on how I view the business. I hope the owners are unaware so maybe once they are alerted that she is doing this they can coach her. I was going to tip them regardless, and I didn't give her any flack as there also may have been a communication barrier ? That could have been why she didn't say much. But not everyone is going to let that go. I would hate for her to get into a situation where she is faced with anger after being dishonest with a patrons money. I'll still continue to go here, as when I go inside I have no issue with this. But just putting this out there to hopefully have her learn that as much as tipping is nice and generous, it's completely optional. Especially in a drive through. And someone could constitute that as stealing which also wouldn't be good for the brand. I love mom and pop shops and I'll reiterate I highly recommend their food and drink. But be diligent when paying or use cash. read more

Great kolaches, tasty macarons, good donuts, and those croissant/donuts (kronuts)! Mmhm! My father-in-law was thrilled to finally find someplace with good hot chocolate, too. Super friendly staff and the place is really clean and well organized. Only thing keeping it from being five stars is the coffee; I got a vanilla latte, and while it wasn't horrible, it wasn't very good either. The staff is super friendly and nice and patient with you. There's a lot of different varieties of kolaches, from as wild as Philly cheesesteak to as standard as a plain sausage. They serve donuts, too, and they're not bad. The bread of the kolaches is always super soft, with a slight sweetness. Nothing ever tastes stale. It's open slightly later than some competition, too. Sometimes, when I go later in the day and they're at the end of their inventory, they'll give me some free donut holes. That's always a nice touch. read more

Stopped in 10 minutes before close expecting the worker to be annoyed with me but the service was still amazing!
