If i could leave 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrible customer service they are extremely rude and have 0 patience the manager or whoever he is so unprofessional. The female workers always have their hair down in the kitchen and the hair looks a mess I always have the same problem with having hairs in my drinks and I always have to go back and they never apologize and switch my drink in such a bad manner. I order the drink I want and when i get to the window I nicely said that's not what I ordered and he said it's not his problem that I need to go back in line and reorder like what type of boss or manager is that instead of changing my drink that I was going to pay for, there was only one car behind me. Lol true story. I went through the drive thru around 8:55 pm and asked the guy what donuts do you all have left. He said chocolate and glazed. I said let me see the chocolate. I asked for everything to be put in one box so that I didn't have to walk out to my car with 9 different bags. do not go to the one off Main and 610 by the Texas Medical Center if you want to order ahead using your mobile app. I think they recently changed management such that they take at least twice as long to make your order as if you ordered in person with them. and now they make the drive-thru folks pull ahead and park in their sketchy lot, so they can serve 2+ other customers behind you while you're waiting for your one drink. When I questioned them on why this change, they didn't answer, just saying "this is our policy," which isn't an answer and didn't use to be the case. I'm a Shipley"s girl but something told me to come here and give them a chance there's never any cars in drive thru. Oh boy, I'm so glad I did! I came here around 5am I believe,they make their donuts fresh around 4am so I was just in time for some hot donuts cause who wants cold donuts at 5am?!?! I told him it was my first time and I asked him what does he have hot he said the blueberry donuts; which sounded good so I tried a couple of those and the sausage and cheese Kolache (wow so different from shipleys) and absolutely the BEST!!! Less bread with more meat and cheese. My second visit I tried the chocolate glaze which were hot and gooey; so delicious. I'm from New Jersey and I make mention of it every chance I get. Houston has embraced me with open arms, and I'm quite fond of it, but there are some comforts of home that I miss dearly. One of these is DD. Back home, they're on every corner. Even during my 18 months in Miami, I enjoyed DD on the regular. So imagine the horror I was overcome with when I discovered there are exactly 6 within a 50 mile radius of Houston including one at an airport and exactly none of these locations are in any way shape or form convenient to my life. I know what you're going to say...Shipley's! Yeah, yeah. Shipley's is fine, but they're not really comparable. I don't go to DD for the donuts. I go for my medium vanilla chai and some sort of unhealthy breakfast delight, not a teeny-tiny kolache and a hot chocolate. So, I will continue to travel way the heck out of my way for this indulgence that Shipley's will just never be able satiate. read more

I have a weakness, when it comes to iced beverages. I love iced coffee. I loved iced tea. These crazy people have the nerve to offer it for 99 cents from 12pm to Close, and I go to school 0.1 miles away from this location, so I pass by it several times a day... I don't know if anything else needs to be said. The Almond Fudge iced coffee is great, with a nice coffee taste and an almost-but-not-quite bitter taste to the chocolate that I enjoy. The Cookie Dough is a little too on the sweet side for my taste personally, but I know some people love their iced coffee really sweet, so who am I to judge. All I know is that this place gives me what I want for a good price. This Dunkin Donuts has been here for as long as I can remember. It's a shame they haven't built more of them, there are other chains popping up left and right. When this store was first built it was a nice area, now it's kind of in the ghetto. I feel like I have a 50/50 chance of someone robbing the place while I'm there. But if you are feeling dangerous, then you will be rewarded with a breakfast selection that no other doughnut shop in town can match! You have donuts, munchkins, bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, danishes, and so much more! When I go I have to get me a couple different donuts and a breakfast sandwich... I feel like they should just roll me out of there afterwards I stuff myself. But oh the donuts, seriously Shipley's just doesn't compare. The staff are nice, friendly, and professional. I come here all the time. Their service is fast. Their food is hot. And it is awesome. Dunkin Donuts has more than donuts. Right now I have in my hand what is called a bacon guacamole flat bread. It has egg bacon guacamole and it is also served hot. And I'm doing Weight Watchers. I have never tasted anything so good that is only 9.. I cannot say enough about this I think this is my new favorite food. Also their service is very fast. The person who takes your order is very courteous and very friendly. Clearly maple donuts are everyone's favorites. Every shop is always out if you don't go early in the morning and since I can't wake up early, I can never get my favorite. Also Dunkin Donuts has the best maple frosting. There's one near my house in Spring near on Kuykendahl, they are always out if everything. I went to this location and yes they were out too. However, and I don't know why I haven't thought of this, the guy offered if I wanted to have the lady go back and just frost some plain donuts. Of course I said, YES! I also asked for extra frosting and they hooked me up. I appreciate they thought outside of the box and did a great job.
