I like going to Dunkin' as a treat for the munchkins but the coffee is always inconsistent at this location. I order the same coffee every time I go and it always comes out tasting VASTLY different. I live for the Gingerbread coffee at Dunkins. They make it perfect every time and ordering through the app makes it only $1 for a medium. In my opinion it's better than McDonald's, Starbucks and anywhere I can get a coffee. And it's the ONLY place where I can get a gingerbread flavored coffee every winter season. This location does not have good customer service at all. I found a bug in the ice cube of my iced coffee and when I submitted a complaint to corporate, I was told I was going to be called by the store manager but no one ever reached out to me and I never received my refund as promised. This store isn't very clean so I would not recommend this location. read more

Lol true story. I went through the drive thru around 8:55 pm and asked the guy what donuts do you all have left. He said chocolate and glazed. I said let me see the chocolate. He barehanded it lmao and I asked him are you gonna sell me that one. He said no he just wanted to show me. I couldn't stop laughing. The glaze and chocolate are really good. Really impressed with the flavor and taste. Good stuff. Will def go back. Wish they cooked them fresh throughout the day instead of letting them sit all day. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is nothing out of the ordinary. Yes, I like that they have breakfast sandwich deals. Yes, I like that the drive thru is usually speedy and efficient. What I do not like about this place is that the drive thru is a tire killer! There are so many potholes on your path to the speaker. Why can't they fix this tread butchers? All in all, you will find that Dunkin' taste with all the items you purchase. I normally wait until I get coupons in the mail before I visit them. read more

Surprisingly never been a DD' fan, until my friend talks about nothing else but getting Donuts from here. First time we went I got a hazel nut latte and a chicken salad croissant. hands down.... so good I can't get enough. Luckily she's not a yelper so she'll never see this review other wise she's toot her own horns and say "I told you so" but this dunkin' donut is clean and it's family owned. read more

"Time to make the Donuts....."zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" Memories of childhood as I watched TV on Saturday mornings in NJ. Dunkin' Donuts was prevalent there but scare here. Now living closer to this location, it tends to call to me in my sleep. You don't often realize what you miss until it is harder to obtain! Will it be a Hazelnut or Regular Blend? Cream only...never sugar for me (Geesh, isn't there enough in the donuts...). Maybe the new Latte? Will I cave in and eat the Chocolate Glazed Munchkins, a calorie loaded bomb of a blueberry muffin, or order the "healthy" Egg White Flatbread? Decisions abound here....too many sometimes to choose from. I normally go with healthy, and the flatbread sandwich is better than other fast food offerings. To be honest it is frozen and they microwave it, but still tastes pretty good when you are wanting something with your Cup of Dunkin. My son is quickly becoming hooked on Vanilla Glazed with sprinkles...he likes them better than the local well-known competitor's sugar rush called a do-nut. There is one thing missing at this Dunkin' that ruins the childhood memory of Daddy coming home with a dozen. What happened to the ORIGINAL Dunkin' Donut, the cake donut with the dipping handle, the one that MADE them famous? Maybe, just maybe, I need to invest in my own franchise! That is my only star-depleting action that I can apply to this location. When I have gone, I never see them available! Being that I am originally for The east coast I try to indulge in the little things that make me feel at home. In DC we have a DD all over so in being in Houston and not having but a few around just makes me want to taste a little of Home... Well my visit wasn't the way I assumes DD to be! The guy behind the counter seemed like he was in a daze and ready to be alone. He wasn't rude but very (dazed and confused) LoL! It was the middle of the afternoon and I saw the store and wanted to try a donut or two. The only turn off would have to be the dazed and lazy guy at the counter. :) read more

This was my first time at the store and I probably won't be back. The cashier was super rude and impatient. I asked for everything to be put in one box so that I didn't have to walk out to my car with 9 different bags. I got a full dozen different items but they tried to argue and say that I had to have the different types of pastries in different bags. Anyway, it was annoying but the donuts were ok. read more

Please fix your parking lot! I don't come here as often, the potholes damaged my rims and tires. Other than that, reminds me of Nee England where there is a Dunkin Donuts every 2 minutes! Their coffee is perfect and their breakfast is filling, the donuts aren't bad either. read more

Friendly staff and always fast! Clean tables and if not, a dude will be at your table before your ass hits the seat to be sure it is! While Dunkin is not my favorite coffee in the US...I miss it very much since leaving the East Coast a few years ago. read more

I ordered two plain glazed donuts and a sausage kolache. All of them were cold. I'm sure they get there around 4 am to start baking since the store opens at 5 but I ordered my food at 5:55 am. Since I didn't have a bulk order, it was safe to assume that I would consume at least one item on my morning commute so offering to throw it in the microwave would be helpful. I didn't realize I needed to ask for warm food since I frequent Shipley donuts down the street and my pastries are always hot and fresh. Also, my kolache was about 3 inches long. It didn't even deserve its own bag. America may run on Dunkin but Houstonians love Shipleys. I should have stuck to what I was used to. read more

do not go to the one off Main and 610 by the Texas Medical Center if you want to order ahead using your mobile app. I think they recently changed management such that they take at least twice as long to make your order as if you ordered in person with them. and now they make the drive-thru folks pull ahead and park in their sketchy lot, so they can serve 2+ other customers behind you while you're waiting for your one drink. When I questioned them on why this change, they didn't answer, just saying "this is our policy," which isn't an answer and didn't use to be the case. It Was nice when customer service actually mattered. read more

I'm a Shipley"s girl but something told me to come here and give them a chance there's never any cars in drive thru. Oh boy, I'm so glad I did! I came here around 5am I believe,they make their donuts fresh around 4am so I was just in time for some hot donuts cause who wants cold donuts at 5am?!?! I told him it was my first time and I asked him what does he have hot he said the blueberry donuts; which sounded good so I tried a couple of those and the sausage and cheese Kolache (wow so different from shipleys) and absolutely the BEST!!! Less bread with more meat and cheese. My second visit I tried the chocolate glaze which were hot and gooey; so delicious. My new fav donut spot and their strawberry smoothies/slushes are great as well. I must agree with one yelper concerning the parking lot and pot holes I almost ruined my car; they really do need construction. read more

I'm from New Jersey and I make mention of it every chance I get. Houston has embraced me with open arms, and I'm quite fond of it, but there are some comforts of home that I miss dearly. One of these is DD. Back home, they're on every corner. Even during my 18 months in Miami, I enjoyed DD on the regular. So imagine the horror I was overcome with when I discovered there are exactly 6 within a 50 mile radius of Houston including one at an airport and exactly none of these locations are in any way shape or form convenient to my life. I know what you're going to say...Shipley's! Yeah, yeah. Shipley's is fine, but they're not really comparable. I don't go to DD for the donuts. I go for my medium vanilla chai and some sort of unhealthy breakfast delight, not a teeny-tiny kolache and a hot chocolate. So, I will continue to travel way the heck out of my way for this indulgence that Shipley's will just never be able satiate. read more

I have a weakness, when it comes to iced beverages. I love iced coffee. I loved iced tea. These crazy people have the nerve to offer it for 99 cents from 12pm to Close, and I go to school 0.1 miles away from this location, so I pass by it several times a day... I don't know if anything else needs to be said. The Almond Fudge iced coffee is great, with a nice coffee taste and an almost-but-not-quite bitter taste to the chocolate that I enjoy. The Cookie Dough is a little too on the sweet side for my taste personally, but I know some people love their iced coffee really sweet, so who am I to judge. All I know is that this place gives me what I want for a good price. As much as I love that other place with the weird green mermaid on it, *hides Starbucks Gold Card* I'm still waiting for them to give me 32oz of icy deliciousness for 99 cents. I remember going to Dunkin Donuts a lot with my dad when I was a little girl. He would always get a cup of hot coffee, some donuts and Munchkins, you remember, that's what they called their donut holes. I loved it because that was his nickname for my sister and me. Totally new, all redone nice DD. Everything was good- iced coffee is my favorite here. Edit: This dude who works there, work MAD HARD, YOU WILL NEVER BE LATE. I often choose DD over the Charbucks across the way because of line time. Dude will get you in and out in less than 5 minutes. He's all business, but it's so much better than the kids in green aprons across the street that treat you like your their annoying mom. read more

This Dunkin Donuts has been here for as long as I can remember. It's a shame they haven't built more of them, there are other chains popping up left and right. When this store was first built it was a nice area, now it's kind of in the ghetto. I feel like I have a 50/50 chance of someone robbing the place while I'm there. But if you are feeling dangerous, then you will be rewarded with a breakfast selection that no other doughnut shop in town can match! You have donuts, munchkins, bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, danishes, and so much more! When I go I have to get me a couple different donuts and a breakfast sandwich... I feel like they should just roll me out of there afterwards I stuff myself. But oh the donuts, seriously Shipley's just doesn't compare. The staff are nice, friendly, and professional. The store is as plain as every donut shop out there, you come for the sweet delights, not the decor. My only wish is that there was a Dunkin's in a nicer location, maybe along 2920 somewhere... read more

Had an odd experience...I pulled up ordered a LG Carmel latte and a grape cosmic drink pull up total is 8.42$ I give exact change...guy acts like I owe him 2$ he said I only handed him 6$ ummm No sir than he starts saying no no it's a joke...it's a prank....not funny...I wonder how many people he has done that too...his name starts with a P...I'm very disturbed by his actions and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else...I am mad at myself for not taking his picture the way he was laughing n smiling in my face...matter fact,I think I'll go back n take his picture especially if he is there... read more

I come here all the time. Their service is fast. Their food is hot. And it is awesome. Dunkin Donuts has more than donuts. Right now I have in my hand what is called a bacon guacamole flat bread. It has egg bacon guacamole and it is also served hot. And I'm doing Weight Watchers. I have never tasted anything so good that is only 9.. I cannot say enough about this I think this is my new favorite food. Also their service is very fast. The person who takes your order is very courteous and very friendly. And he is patient and answers any questions you have about the product. I highly recommend Dunkin Donuts. read more

Clearly maple donuts are everyone's favorites. Every shop is always out if you don't go early in the morning and since I can't wake up early, I can never get my favorite. Also Dunkin Donuts has the best maple frosting. There's one near my house in Spring near on Kuykendahl, they are always out if everything. I went to this location and yes they were out too. However, and I don't know why I haven't thought of this, the guy offered if I wanted to have the lady go back and just frost some plain donuts. Of course I said, YES! I also asked for extra frosting and they hooked me up. I appreciate they thought outside of the box and did a great job. Something so small makes a big difference I will go here from now on! read more

Of the Dunkin' Donuts located around the Spring area this is by far the best location.The 2920 and Louetta locations are kinda terrible so I decided to drive out to this one instead. This place always has a large variety of donuts in the morning, has friendly staff and they won't charge you incorrectly! The workers are fast and are awake which is a great bonus. Additionally they just added a drive thru in case you don't want to put pants on in the morning. Yay. read more

The manager was very nice and offered me a sample of the Oreo donut, so I ended up buying a donut for later. Yonutz stands for Yogurt Donuts. However, yogurt melted to fast so, they had to use ice cream inside. They slice open a donut put ice cream in the center and seal it shut with a device similar to hotel waffle machines. They also sell donuts without the ice cream in the center. Yonutz, Memorial City, has been open since 2023 and is a franchised location.
