This is the second time (lunchtime) I have eaten here recently and the food was terrible. The bun was dry and crumbling and the meat had absolutely no flavor and was a grey color and also very dry. The patty didn't even cover the whole bun and was only about 1/4" thick. I understand everyone is under sizing things but this is getting ridiculous. Even if you make it smaller, at least make it have some taste and juice. After two tries, I give up. Maybe I'll try a different location but for now, this one has lost our business. read more

Typical McDonald's...not great! My son walked up at 9:59 and the worker locked the door and pointed to the drive thru...but there were 10 people on the inside in line for food. He knocked and everyone ignored him. WTH? He actually just needed to pee. We were ordering to go anyway! Only one drive thru lane opened when we pulled over. Ordered food, pulled to first window that was full of happy meal boxes. Pulled up to second window and paid. Was handed drinks unmarked. Then the bags of food. I thought that it was faster than I expected--probably because the food was COLD! Come on McDonalds! Nobody wants cold fries. I couldn't even finish my quarter pounder...the meat was kind of in pieces and not very tasty. The best part of the burger was the pickles... Visited this McDonald's on 2/2/2024. They have roaches around the drink refill station. Spoke to the manager Alejandra to inform she had roaches crawling around the machines. She stared at me like a deer in headlights saying nothing. There is no way you can be a manager and not know what's happening in your restaurant without inspecting all areas. This is disgusting and shame that this North Point location is contaminated by pest. This location isn't that old yet the owners and staff have allowed it to be dirty. read more

Every single week we come to this location they always says they have no ice cream or milkshakes. I don't understand why you advertise a new milkshake if it's never available. If you're going to own a franchise then keep up with it. Also, I get it that it's difficult to find good people that want to work, but you need to evaluate the members you have representing your establishment. This is a joke to go through drive though. It is annoying that every time we come we get parked. I understand that if it is due to the fact that we have a big order or we messed up their time by taking long to order but today I took less than 5 seconds to order a bacon McDouble. This McDonal's has continually gone downhill from when they opened. I don't think I have received my order for my family and I 100% correct in over 6 months. Today tops them all . . . Gave them my App ID, pull up to pay and use a coupon they offer just for today "buy one double cheeseburger or 6 piece nugget and get 2nd for .25", the register couldn't figure that out so first mistake. Get my receipt and the extra large fry besides the meals ordered was missing, 2nd mistake. Get my bag and 4 single cheeseburgers, Big Mac and 3 fries in the bag. I ordered Big Mac, quarter pounder, 3 double cheese, 6 piece nugget and 3 fries. I go in to show them the mistake and instead of fixing my mistake first they continue to make other orders and I wait an additional 10 minutes. I was so mad that I missed the 6 piece nugget that was for my kid so I get home to hand out the food and realize that was missing. I figured that would be the icing on the cake but nope it gets worse . . . I ordered two Coke's and got two Dr Peppers! I don't know what is the issue, most of the time it comes from the management at the store not having accountability for there employees and if you read this McDonald's . . . Start chopping from the top down - worst service and accountability I have ever seen. i worked at McDonald's growing up for 4-5 years and none of this would have ever filed. Do yourself a favor by avoiding this McDonald's, they used to be my go-to store but now the quality services are going downhill from the food to the employee. The staff in the morning is decent, at least they greet and hi to you, but at night is different. The employee doesn't care, I just ordered a meal earlier before this review like 15 minutes ago, there are two guys at the first window to take money, I said hi but none of them even bother to reply or give the eyes contact when handling my card back to me. Location was very clean and modern. They had new self serve ordering kiosks to place your order from a computer and pay. However they weren't operating correctly so I had to take off a star. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Food was fresh.
