I think I just found my favorite combo! I ordered the Garlic Beef, Crab Rangoons, and a Thai Tea. The Crab Rangoons were crispy, crunchy, and packed with flavor. The Garlic Beef was tender and juicy, with crispy garlic on top and fresh cucumber on the side to balance everything out. Then I finished it off with a creamy, refreshing Thai Tea. I really liked this place. I mean they were playing Mark Weins even. It's way better than the thai restaurants around the woodlands. The Thai basil chicken (pad ka praw) was way more legit than other places in the woodlands. I loved how they did the flower arrangement on the mango sticky rice too. Coming from the food Mecca of the world (NYC) I am always so hesitant to try new restaurants but I was craving some Thai food. Today I walked in, was greeted immediately and my order was taken within 5 minutes. This restaurant is clean, was at comfortable temperature, the music wasn't loud and absolutely appreciated that. I ordered a chicken Pad See Ewe (mild), the food came out not long after I ordered (was only one other table of customers besides mine) so the food was at a perfect temperature aaand let me say, it was delicious. I really cannot complain. I'm so happy to have found a Thai restaurant out here.. I will definitely be coming back and I look forward to trying new dishes. LASTLY, for dessert I tried the mango sticky rice. I had no idea what to expect! Never had it but I will say it is interesting and good! The rice was warm, the coconut milk (I think) was a nice and the mango was really good. This is a mildly sweet dessert... a nice end to a meal. Ordered takeout last night. The food was good overall. Service was great when I picked up the food. The staff was courteous. My wife and I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, panang curry, and edmame with garlic sauce. But we just wish the panang curry sauce was a little thicker in consistency. The flavor was there though. I ordered the N4 Pad See Ew with chicken and fried tofu, and unfortunately it had a very unpleasant taste. It tasted almost like burnt fish sauce or burnt soy sauce, without any sweetness or savory flavor. Overall, it was extremely bland and basically flavorless. The Mango Sticky Rice was better. The sticky rice had a nice pandan aroma and tasted good, but the mango itself was sour instead of sweet. I called the restaurant to politely explain my experience and hoped they would help resolve the issue. Instead, the owner told me to order from another Thai restaurant and said to never order from her business again. I was disappointed because I was simply trying to address the quality of my meal and find a reasonable solution. This place was very disappointing. We ordered the yellow and green curry entrees and maybe only 4-5 bites in I find a long hair deep in the sauce. It happens..I didn't have time to wait for a remake so they told me to call when I had time and they'd remake.. The next day I called and was told No they wouldn't be fulfilling that promise. The fried rice was really good! You can tell the chef has great wok skills. Not wet or mushy at all. I paired it with the coconut shrimp, and it was the perfect combo! This is my current go-to for Thai food. Service is straightforward, the interior is large and clean, takeout is fast, and the food always hits the spot when I crave Thai food. I always love to order either the Thai Fried Rice or Pad Thai, both with tofu. There's been some inconsistency on the seasoning recently; I'll admit I ordered their Thai Fried Rice three separate times within the span of two months, and I noticed the seasoning was definitely different week to week. Their curries are also good, but feel like they have more heat than what their spice level describes (eg their Mild tastes more like Medium spice). I need to branch out to their other items since their menu has a good variety, but I can't help falling back on old favorites especially when they're very good overall. I've been to tic tac Thai a few times now for lunch & have always had a good experience. Their lunch special is a great deal & the food is really delicious. I've gotten both the green curry and the pad see ewe. Both were delicious. I love the Thai spicy spice level, it's the perfect amount of spice. They also serve you a spring roll as an appetizer which is very nice :) Ambiance is pretty nice here. It's usually very clean & you get your pick of tables. Service is very good - you get sat quickly and food comes out very fast. Tic tac Thai is our office go-to Thai place. Highly recommend. read more

This is going to be an our new go to Thai restaurant. We got summer rolls which were good. We got the large shrimp Tom kha, and it was delicious, I then had the yellow curry with tofu, and my husband had red curry with chicken. We ordered from the lunch menu, and they were big portions. My husband loves spicy food. They have a scale from one to nine. I got mine at a six, but my husband went for nine. It was the first time my husband admitted it was too hot for him, so if you like spicy this place is going to be great for you. Th service was friendly. We ordered mild spice levels but this was a bit too spicy food for us. The soup especially was very spicy. There were hardly any chicken pieces in both the Tom Kha soup and Massaman curry. The flat noodles are the first drunken noodles I've had since being in spring that was the right noodles! It was delicious. We might go back again for the drunken noodles. I have been craving some yellow curry for awhile now and this place looked to be my target. Good looking menu, several varieties of curry available. Delicious looking soups and appetizers. I ordered some spicy tom yum soup and spicy yellow chicken curry. I can hardly wait. They also have some great looking noodle dishes too. I really had a hard time deciding, but stuck with the Original plan. Just means I have to come back. Nice size bowl of yummy smelling soup, I can hardly wait. I may have been a little crazy on the spice level, but I will have to be tough, it's my own doing. So the level 5 spice is not too bad for me. But I am a fan of spicy food. The soup is really good, I forgot to say no cilantro, but it's not overpowering, so no worries. Ok, so the spice is getting to me, but in a good way. I love it. I can hardly wait to get thru the soup so I can start on the curry, it looks amazing. I clearly didn't need the soup, my eyes are always bigger than my stomach. The soup is so good though, I don't want to put it aside yet. OMG, the yellow curry is so good, I'm so happy with my decision. I mean I am talking REALLY good. The potatoes are unfortunately not done enough, but the curry is so good I am willing to look past the potatoes. This time anyway. This MAY be the best yellow curry I have had, definitely one of them if not the best Even with the potato issue. I am considering ordering another one to go. I am already looking forward to coming back, although I will be faced with a difficult decision, I know I am going to want to order this again. We've done take out from here that was impressive despite coming in containers and bags, so we knew we had to give it a try. Friday night at 7 and the dining room, well lit and appointed, was nearly empty. Clearly you all don't know about this place! A big shout out to our server, Anthony, who took care of us the moment we entered and made our experience top notch. We started with spring rolls and duck roti. The spring rolls were fresh and disappeared quickly like spring rolls do. The duck roti was a first for me, basically well cooked duck, cucumber wrapped in a thicker version of the spring roll wrap and drizzled with hoisin. These were amazing. Unctuous and cool, a great start to the meal. I asked Anthony about the various curries on the menu being unfamiliar with all and he brought us a sampler so we could make an informed choice. Five different curries, one off menu and tasting spoons. We all liked the massaman curry, which was similar to the red. I loved the yellow curry with its bold color and taste and told myself it was healthy as it had turmeric in it. The Panang had a little after burn that was not unpleasant and was a fave with my dining partner. The only one that didn't resonate with me as the green chili which was largely as I'm not a fan of the green pepper. You might love it. We both had pad see ewe as mains, one with beef and one with shrimp. Proteins were spot on and quality. We grabbed and order of the crab fried rice too which my 18 year old fried rice connoisseur declared the best. We will visit again soon. read more

This place has very good, fresh Thai food! When you first walk in you are greeted by some friendly staff, and they let you sit yourself wherever you like. I was waiting on someone and they were very patient and attentive while I waited for the other person. Saw the place on 2920. It is in the location where a good Chinese restaurant had been. Hadn't been out in awhile so as usual I ordered more than enough food. Everything. The duck Roti was interesting in a good way. I failed to get a pic of the coconut shrimp appetizer as it came out after the spring rolls and the roti; very tasty. Crisp, plump ship. My Tom Kha soup was ordered "spicy" on the heat scale and it did not disappoint. I chose the vegetable version, and it was chock full of broccoli, carrots, and other goodies. I went because I saw they had tofu summer rolls. Which looked lackluster but tasted amazing. The lettuce was on the outside, hiding the delicious fillings inside of fried tofu, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro. They we're served with peanut sauce and fish sauce on the side. I also ordered the edamame which was lightly salted and nice and hot when it came out, and was cooked to perfection. As a vegan it's nice to see foods which need no alterations. I wanted to order curry, but will try it next time as I only wanted appetizers this time. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp and tic tac wings, which he enjoyed both. For dessert we shared the mango sticky rice. It was delicious and beautifully plated with a mango rose. The ambiance was clean, relaxing, well decorated, and comfortable. The waiter informed us they've only been open 2 months. I was sad to see barely anyone here, being that they did so great.
