Ambiance: Thursday after work I had a desire for pho, but I didn't know where because honestly it's hard finding good pho outside of the inner loop. We stumbled across this location and decided to give them a try. When we first walked in it was very calm and clean. It wasn't packed and the staff were very nice. Order: Small pho Shrimp to go: We did have to order the chili oil as it doesn't come with it (no extra charge). Once I made it home I mixed everything provided (pictures before and after attached). The pho was very flavorful and the small was a great idea as it is larger than expected. Service: Everyone was helpful Payment: The food was priced well and the payment was quick and easy Overall experience I definitely plan to return to try other items and would recommend. read more

Pho some reason, pho has been in my craving list quite a bit these days. Stopped by Pho Vinh to satisfy a craving. Their pho tasted great, but it took a bit of time to come out. This was due to the flow of takeout orders - which was a good sign. The restaurant itself is kind of small so if they're busy, might be hard to find a seat. Would definitely go back! read more

Stumbled upon this Viet restaurant while on my lunch break. It's located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking! The restaurant is cozy, small and clean. Came on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't busy and service was good & quick! I ordered the pho tai bo vien (eye of round + meatball). The portion was good for the pricing. The pho itself satisfied the craving and it was a quick & comforting meal. read more

Came here during my lunch break as my friend was craving Vietnamese food. The Pho with brisket and meatballs was just okay. The broth tasted very "instant" and didn't have much depth of flavor. There wasn't much protein either. It wasn't bad though. Unfortunately I'm just spoiled by Pho from Bellaire... read more

Great Food, Great Service. Everything was fresh. I would for sure eat here again and definitely recommend .

I'm pretty bummed because I ate here before, but this time there was 3 pieces of what appears to be broken tile in my egg roll. I'm so glad it didn't crack my teeth. Can't order from here anymore. read more

Food is great one of my favorite spots to visit. The customer service is unmatched. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.

The noodles are pre portioned and come in a stuck together clump that they throw in the hot broth. They give you around 5-8 pieces of meat with the Large Pho. I believe if you order the small pho instead of the large you will get the same amount of meat. The skin on the spring rolls is very thick and rubbery they tasted good but it is so rubbery it is a 7/10 chance to choke to death on it. The food tasted fine I wanted to give it a 2 stars for the lack of meat but I will give it a 3 to be nice. read more

So far this place has never failed us when we needed a quick bite or soup slurping It's been almost 3 years since we frequented this place. Not because we live intnhe vicinity but because we love the food and the quick service. Their staff is very patient and very helpful. They never rush you and very helpful to give you options and their opinion is highly considered. We have tried most of the menu and so far I love the soup and of course appetizers Sadly, I have lost most of my photossince my phone update. I will update this post once I visit again. Thank you my friends. read more

It was okay. Hit the spot when we needed it. I got the p6 and a thai tea. Service was quick and the spot is quiet and cozy so I assume they get lots of delivery instead of people eating in. If you're in spring and need some pho it's a decent place. read more

came back, pho was still super delicious. Service was good, very polite and checked up on us frequently. The only thing that was off was that the pricing was somewhat high. $50 for 2 people. But in this economy what isn't pricy? Overall very great experience and would come back again. read more

Overall, a good sandwich. The Vietnamese spring rolls were good. Needed some hot mustard.

Wonderful service and cozy little restaurant. The pho itself was pretty average though. It's good for satisfying a craving but only just. The broth is not as flavorful as I usually like it to be. I also prefer more meat. read more

So happy this place opens on Tuesdays now! I'm usually in this area on Tuesdays/ Thursday for work and saw recently they are now open Tuesday's which makes me so happy! They have the best house special drink. It's a combination of grass jelly, chia seeds, and tropical jelly! Not too sweet but just the right touch! Mango smoothie is also really good as well! Super refreshing! I love the chicken banh mi! Love the extra butter without even asking! Some other favorites my hubby and I also enjoy are the egg rolls, shaken beef with fried rice, and chicken and beef pho! So yummy and especially for cold and rainy days! Hits the spot each time! Love the awesome service we always receive here! The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating to our requests! Super friendly and fast with the orders! read more

For the outside this place doesn't look like much but when you walk in you are greeted by a very nice person and they tell you to sit down where you want. It was my first time there and the person that took our order was very pleasant and understood that I'd need extra time looking at the menu. I ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer and then ordered the vermicelli bowl. It was some of the best food I've had in a while and will continue to come to this establishment as their food and service are 5 stars. read more

Today for lunch I decided to eat at PHO VINH. The location is near me and it always seems to have business. The place itself is small but very welcoming while the service was great. The food didn't take long and the server/ cashier made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I started off with a Vietnamese Sandwich, Pork was my option. Must say the sandwich itself was a good size, the bread was crunchy but still soft. The pork was flavorful and the toppings really made the sandwich come together. Toppings included carrots, cilantro, cucumber, and jalapeño's which gave it a nice flare. To finish off I enjoyed one of there PHO Noodle soups the Eye of Round and Brisket. The brisket was a great choice, thinly sliced with long strips of tasty Brisket. The noodles were perfectly cooked and once I added some sriracha sauce it was completed. A must try if your in the mood for PHO. They had many other options that I was interested in trying like there smoothies, shrimp fried rice , and there Vietnamese bowls. Will definitely be back for another great lunch. read more

We took the food to go so I can't comment on the ambience. However, the food was delicious. Broth was hot when I came home, noodles were not mushy and the meat was tender. I thought the broth was full of flavor and not too salty or bland. I would come again! read more

Let's start with the pros. The service was great! The cashier was nice and the service was fast but that's the only thing I was impressed by. The broth was pretty good. I was disappointed by the vegetables they served. The basil looked wilted and my husbands looked worse than mine so he didn't bother with half of it. The jalapeños were dry so they had to be a few days old. They do give you quite a bit of meat but not many noodles :( I wish I would have known I would have paid for more. Unfortunately I don't think I will come back. I've been to a lot of pho restaurants and I have never been this disappointed. :( maybe it was just a bad day or lack of business. All in all not bad but there's plenty of options. Good luck and have a great day. read more

This is the first time and the last time I will go to this Vietnamese Restaurant. I really feel like I was scammed. I placed a to go order over the phone ahead of time, and when I picked up my food, the price was more than I expected. After I paid, I asked to see how much my two items were. The person informed me that they charge a processing fee if you use a card to pay instead of cash. They didn't even give me the expectation of the fee which most Pho places I been to don't charge such a ridiculous fee. He also said that the notice is on the window which is very unnoticeable. Also, beware of the prices online because those prices are before the processing fee that they will charge you if you pay with a card. Again, management should inform customers of this because this is not a normal thing that you would expect in any restaurant you would go to. Very disappointed. Also, the owner already responded to my Google review and asked to stop spreading misinformation. Wow! The most rudest way to respond to their customers. A prime example of their customer service and how they would respond to you in person. read more

The best pho store on the north side! Yall have seen my pho addiction over the years and I gotta report when a good fix comes around. We stumbled on this looking with the criteria of"a pho place we have not been to" And man out if 100 times we do this, 1 or 2 ends up on the lunch rotation. The broth for the pho is very aromatic, the flavor is light and satisfying. If you are also a pho junkie, you will not be let down. read more
