The noodles are pre portioned and come in a stuck together clump that they throw in the hot broth. They give you around 5-8 pieces of meat with the Large Pho. I believe if you order the small pho instead of the large you will get the same amount of meat. The skin on the spring rolls is very thick and rubbery they tasted good but it is so rubbery it is a 7/10 chance to choke to death on it. The food tasted fine I wanted to give it a 2 stars for the lack of meat but I will give it a 3 to be nice. read more

So far this place has never failed us when we needed a quick bite or soup slurping It's been almost 3 years since we frequented this place. So happy this place opens on Tuesdays now! I'm usually in this area on Tuesdays/ Thursday for work and saw recently they are now open Tuesday's which makes me so happy! They have the best house special drink. It's a combination of grass jelly, chia seeds, and tropical jelly! Not too sweet but just the right touch! Mango smoothie is also really good as well! Super refreshing! I love the chicken banh mi! Love the extra butter without even asking! Today for lunch I decided to eat at PHO VINH. The location is near me and it always seems to have business. The place itself is small but very welcoming while the service was great. The food didn't take long and the server/ cashier made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I started off with a Vietnamese Sandwich, Pork was my option. Must say the sandwich itself was a good size, the bread was crunchy but still soft. The pork was flavorful and the toppings really made the sandwich come together. Toppings included carrots, cilantro, cucumber, and jalapeño's which gave it a nice flare. To finish off I enjoyed one of there PHO Noodle soups the Eye of Round and Brisket. The brisket was a great choice, thinly sliced with long strips of tasty Brisket. The noodles were perfectly cooked and once I added some sriracha sauce it was completed. A must try if your in the mood for PHO. They had many other options that I was interested in trying like there smoothies, shrimp fried rice , and there Vietnamese bowls. This is the first time and the last time I will go to this Vietnamese Restaurant. I really feel like I was scammed. I placed a to go order over the phone ahead of time, and when I picked up my food, the price was more than I expected. After I paid, I asked to see how much my two items were. The person informed me that they charge a processing fee if you use a card to pay instead of cash. They didn't even give me the expectation of the fee which most Pho places I been to don't charge such a ridiculous fee. He also said that the notice is on the window which is very unnoticeable. Also, beware of the prices online because those prices are before the processing fee that they will charge you if you pay with a card. Again, management should inform customers of this because this is not a normal thing that you would expect in any restaurant you would go to. Very disappointed. Also, the owner already responded to my Google review and asked to stop spreading misinformation. Wow! The most rudest way to respond to their customers. Food is delicious. Ambience is nice and place is nice and modern looking, and clean. The service is good, they attentive and friendly.

Let's start with the pros. The service was great! The cashier was nice and the service was fast but that's the only thing I was impressed by. The broth was pretty good. I was disappointed by the vegetables they served. The basil looked wilted and my husbands looked worse than mine so he didn't bother with half of it. The jalapeños were dry so they had to be a few days old. They do give you quite a bit of meat but not many noodles :( I wish I would have known I would have paid for more. Unfortunately I don't think I will come back. I've been to a lot of pho restaurants and I have never been this disappointed. :( maybe it was just a bad day or lack of business.
