I paid $18 for a Bun Thit Nuong with a vegetable egg roll add on, and the portion and quality didn't come close to justifying the price. Pho was just average, leaned a bit on the salty side and skimpy with ingredients but really nothing to write home about. With so many restaurants offering better quality and value, it's hard to justify coming back. Unfortunately this lunch didn't leave much of an impression besides the bill. read more

I'm debating between 3 or 4 but ended up doing 4 stars since the Pho itself is really good. The pho broth has the depth of flavor you expect, the noodle is cooked well, and it's served hot. What put it down was the spring rolls. The spring rolls fail short. The rice paper is stiff, and the fillings lack the herbs that you get from other places. The peanut sauce is also overly sweet. The bah mi is good as a sandwich in its own, but it's not bah mi. The picked veggies in it did not come through. All in all a solid place for pho. Across the road from Target, this is one of several new businesses in the area in a new strip mall. I stopped in today for appetizers and a drink and a drink. The appetizers were okay. The egg rolls were large and freshly fried, the Rangoon were shaped differently from the traditional but were tasty and the pan fried dumplings were not pan fried but deep fried making them a like less unctuous. The drink was a smoothie with boba and that too was slightly off as the boba were too big for the straw and not as tight as usual leading me to believe they were older. This seemed more of a fast food version of Vietnamese but as I didn't order a meal that would be a premature description. But what made this a four was the service. One young lady did everything upfront and she was fast, accurate and amazingly observant. She was able to anticipate her customers needs. read more

You can tell everything is made to order because it was hot and fresh when it came out. The pho broth was flavorful and the meat in the soup was perfectly tender. I ordered the pad Thai and it was AMAZING. The chicken in my dish was perfectly cooked. At the end of our meal, a sweet older vietnamese lady, the chef, came out and asked us if we liked the food. One thing I like about it is the sandwiches are toasted but $7 a sandwiches way over priced compared to other Vietnamese spots and the large pho is like a small comparing it to other Vietnamese spots. I had no problem with the taste maybe on the sandwich I couldn't add it to egg or something to not eat so much bread.
