Nice new pho place with a clean atmosphere. My only regret is I didn't have enough room for the banh mi. We took half the large home for another meal, so great value. Pretty sure the only music I heard was Sam Smith. That would probably be my only complaint. read more

I'm debating between 3 or 4 but ended up doing 4 stars since the Pho itself is really good. The pho broth has the depth of flavor you expect, the noodle is cooked well, and it's served hot. What put it down was the spring rolls. The spring rolls fail short. The rice paper is stiff, and the fillings lack the herbs that you get from other places. The peanut sauce is also overly sweet. The bah mi is good as a sandwich in its own, but it's not bah mi. The picked veggies in it did not come through. All in all a solid place for pho. It's clearly mom and pops shop with the kid as the servers. Friendly vibe, and the facilities and dining areas are well kept and clean. read more

Across the road from Target, this is one of several new businesses in the area in a new strip mall. I stopped in today for appetizers and a drink and a drink. The appetizers were okay. The egg rolls were large and freshly fried, the Rangoon were shaped differently from the traditional but were tasty and the pan fried dumplings were not pan fried but deep fried making them a like less unctuous. The drink was a smoothie with boba and that too was slightly off as the boba were too big for the straw and not as tight as usual leading me to believe they were older. This seemed more of a fast food version of Vietnamese but as I didn't order a meal that would be a premature description. But what made this a four was the service. One young lady did everything upfront and she was fast, accurate and amazingly observant. She was able to anticipate her customers needs. read more

Notable point was how well cut the veggies were and the abundance of crunchy peanuts on top. Tried the hot oil on the table, was spicey and tasty but not the smokey I was looking for. Hoisin and Sriracha in the table was also appreciated. They have reusable chopsticks, traditional spooms as well as forks on the table Got an iced coffee to go and it was excellent. You can tell everything is made to order because it was hot and fresh when it came out. The pho broth was flavorful and the meat in the soup was perfectly tender. I ordered the pad Thai and it was AMAZING. The chicken in my dish was perfectly cooked. At the end of our meal, a sweet older vietnamese lady, the chef, came out and asked us if we liked the food. The food was good and the service excellent... I guess I am old but the rock music was WAY to loud. We will take out next time.

One thing I like about it is the sandwiches are toasted but $7 a sandwiches way over priced compared to other Vietnamese spots and the large pho is like a small comparing it to other Vietnamese spots. I had no problem with the taste maybe on the sandwich I couldn't add it to egg or something to not eat so much bread. All in all if I'm in the area I'll stop by again wouldn't go out my way. read more

I'm not really sure how this place has a 4.5 rating. The Pho was bland, the spring rolls weren't even tightly wrapped and the fried dumplings seemed frozen and not fresh. The water tasted like it came out of a fish tank and their ice came from a cooler that they hand scooped with no gloves. The service was interesting. The girl at the front counter never once made eye contact and would hastily throw our food down on the table. She didn't seem concerned with customer service at all. We did not feel welcomed.
