I had a great lunch here! The ambiance is very soothing and relaxed. I highly recommend the soda lemonade! It was my first time ordering one and it was amazing. The pho was hot, had a delicious broth and the meat was perfect. The staff was even kind enough to split the large portion into two bowls so my partner and I could flavor ours to our liking. I will be returning!

Our waiter was amazing memorizing all our orders and there were 9 of us and got our orders correctly. The inter design is nicely decorated w Vietnamese Buddha at the entrance, fancy plates on the call, color scheme and layout are open and welcoming. The food was good for a great price!

The food is super tasty, excellent service and nice accommodations but also very very clean. Try the vermicelli with steak lemongrass and jalapeño.

I went to lunch with a colleague here on a recent weekday. The restaurant was moderately busy, but we were seated right away. The server was very courteous and attentive. We had two appetizers- BBQ wraps and fried shrimp. Both were excellent. I had the beef stir fry rice dish, and ate everything delicious bit of it. We treated ourselves to the flan for dessert. It came with crushed ice and iced coffee poured over it, making for a unique and tasty dessert. It was a nice ambiance for our lunch meeting.

Well this was the first visit to this place. It was a win. I ordered the Pho Combination and it was very good. For my taste anyway. The dining room area was clean and neat. We arrived about 45 minutes after they opened and they did not disappoint. Service was friendly and kind. Will make this a go to place.

Love their house siracha! I have been back since before this review and I am in love with the Seafood Pho and obsessed with the Mango Smoothie. I highly recommend getting your pho fix here. Employees are very nice and accommodating to any special request or needs.

Everything was delicious, the egg rolls were crispy and tasty. I wish they were a bit larger! The vermicelli was good, the fish sauce wasn't too overpowering/fishy and was a bit on the sweeter side which I enjoyed. The chicken was tender, and a little dry but overall had great flavor.

We came here the night before Ironman TX to get some clean carbs and it was a great experience. The food was incredibly good and the service was very fast. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Vietnamese food.

I was happy to get a booth dining alone. There were a few customers there but it was not super busy. It was a clean and calm environment. I ordered the spring rolls and beef Pho. The spring tops were fresh and crispy just the way I like it. Although it was fried it wasn't greasy. My large Pho came out and it had nice flavor on its own. I asked for some chilli oil and the waitress promptly bought some out. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach because I had to take more than half to go. It's a win for me because I love left over Pho! I will say my entire dining experience was excellent. The price aligned with the quality food and service. I will definitely be back.

Searching for a banh mi sandwich with tofu for a quick lunch takeout, I was pleased to see that the restaurant was close to interstate 45 for a quick stop on the way back to Houston (timing is everything to beat the traffic in this area - IYKYK). I ended up ordering both the tofu vermicelli and a tofu banh mi because obviously, you need to try more than one thing. It was fine. Out of the two dishes, the vermicelli was my favorite. It came with a generous portion of noodles, a small lettuce and shredded carrot salad, several large wedges of tofu in a kind of curry sauce, and the classic vermicelli sauce to drizzle over the whole dish. The flavor was good, although what I would consider a slight deviation from traditional flavors, and overall filling. Vermicelli is always a dependable choice and I was satisfied with this dish. The tofu banh mi, however was nothing special. I prefer the bread to be a bit more crispy on the outside with a soft interior and this one was fairly soft all over. Inside, the tofu really needed more seasoning, seemingly cooked without any added flavors except for the fried finish. I added some hoisin sauce but still it needed something more. I'm always eager to try new places but not sure that this one will be a repeat for me.

This restaurant is from the same restaurant group as the adjacent Crawfish Cafe and Ocean Palace…read more They are also just another restaurant in The Woodlands using the name Prime for a different use. In the culinary world, at least when it comes to beef, prime has a special meaning, but the menu does not indicate any use of prime beef. Aside from my initial disappointment, they have a nice range of dishes ranging from soups to rice dishes, vermicelli, as well as a few classics (bo ne, bo kho, and bun bo hue). Their noodle soups are on the pricy side ranging from 13-32, but the higher priced ones are the more premium meats you don't see as often at Vietnamese soup kitchens like short rib, brisket, smoked brisket, bone marrow and oxtail. I chose the bo ne since it has a great price point at only $17, but I did add the bone marrow since I wanted to see how they make/present it. The dish also comes with a small salad. The rest of the table ordered soup and an egg sandwich. No complaints from the rest of my group that ordered soups, so it must have been good. The egg sandwich just comes with a french bread. Bo Ne - comes in a cast iron skillet with chinese sausage and tender chunks of tenderloin. This also came with 2 french bread loaves, plenty to make 2-3 small sandwiches, if you choose to eat it that way. Also included is a ramekin with butter and pate. I immediately noticed the bone marrow did not come in the skillet and figured it may come on a different plate, depending on its size. I have ordered bone marrow at other restaurants and its an elaborate presentation, but here its just one small bone sliced in half, which I later found out. I notified the waitress, and she went back to the kitchen to see what happened to my bone marrow and came out a couple of minutes later telling me that it will take about 10 minutes to make and will be comped. I breathed a slight sign of relief at that point because it would be painful for them to forget one of my items which I paid extra for, and they not only failed to bring it out, but it also came late. When it finally came out from the kitchen, I scooped some out onto a sandwich and took a bite only to realize that part of the marrow was actually cold. This tells me they likely keep the bone refrigerated (or frozen) prior to being ordered and the chef doesn't know how to properly re-heat it when preparing it. For an $8 add-on to an entree, this is just unacceptable. Other than the bone marrow snafu, this restaurant is pretty good and located in an excellent spot within the shopping center.

The meat tasted like it had been sitting for a while and then reheated it was rubbery, tough, and had that old, off flavor. The broth was also a huge letdown. Pho is supposed to be rich, aromatic, and full of depth, but this one had almost no flavor at all. I even asked ahead of time if the soup would include cartilage, which is usually part of a proper pho, and was told yes, but it wasn't there. What really concerned me was finding fruit flies in the soup. That raised serious questions about cleanliness and food handling, especially if soups are being left uncovered. One thing that also stood out was that, although this is presented as a Vietnamese restaurant, the kitchen staff did not appear to be Vietnamese. While anyone can cook any cuisine, authenticity and attention to traditional flavors really matter, and based on the taste of the food, that authenticity seemed to be missing. When the bill came, I calmly explained everything, expecting at least some acknowledgment or effort to make it right, but nothing meaningful was done. Between the poor food quality, the cleanliness concerns, and the lack of response from staff, this was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't return.

In a place like Houston, where you can get authentic Vietnamese food, this can be a luck draw if the fusion pays off. However, when I tried the food, it was a very flavorful and worth every cent I spent. Everything was very tasty. The wings were flavorful and crisp. It had a combination of crispy skin seasoned with a rich sauce. The meat was also moist. For a party of two, it was also very shareable because they gave six pieces -both drums and wings. I will say that you really gotta to get in there get your hands and face dirty though! (They did provide a hand wipe!) For the main dishes, the won tonic soup was very flavorful with sweet-and-sour elements with egg noodles that soaked up all this good flavor. The wontons inside were very standard. And the onion was added to provide some balance. Everything was very hardy and filling. My friend had gotten the vermicelli. Which came with crunchy egg rolls, shredded veggies, noodles, and shrimp topped with a fish sauce. It felt very light and refreshing with a balance of textures and savory elements'. Highly recommend as the number one and two selling dishes - it would just depend on if you're in a soup or dry noodle sort of mood. Service was overall fast and friendly. You have to pay by going to the counter. We had a newer waiter though, and it took him a long time to get our orders correctly and he had to get some help. Hopefully they're doing well, but overall, it's a very cute Homie little establishment. Seating fits around 30 around booths and tables.
